I asked permission to my professor in QC2, who is also our Program Coordinator in our College, to sit in on her class. It's good to see that that majority of my adings got the passing grade in their QC2 Laboratory. Keep up the good work!

As our final output in Quality Control 2, we were to analyze our chosen drug product which is Amoxicillin 500 mg, both generic and leading brand. We did several quality control tests such as Disintegration<701>, Dissolution<711>, Uniformity of Dosage Units<905>, Capsule Diameter and Width, and UV VIS Spectroscopy based on USP/NF. After conducting those QC tests, we prepared a portfolio of the analysis of Amoxicillin 500 mg capsules in which the contents are Finished Product Specifications, Testing Methods, Certificate of Analysis, Data and Result, Computations, and Documentations of the Experiment based on the PIC/S Guidelines Chapter 4. I enjoyed doing those experiments and creating documents for the Quality Control of drugs. I wish I could do these again in my Internship in Manufacturing Pharmacy in th next years. 🥼💊🧪🧫

We had about 12 Paracetamol tablets in order to reach the requirement of 6.5 g for the Tablet Friability Test. We used a friabilator to test the strength of the tablets. We weighed the tablets to check the final weight and compute for % friability. I took a video of the friabilator and my inner child is knocking the door because of the ASMR of the tablets in the said equipment. 🥼⚖️
