Okay so I know a lot of people argue that Basil dying a lot in Blackspace means Sunny hates Basil (I think that was what you were referring to by saying Basil was killed constantly? Sorry if I misinterpreted that TvT). HOWEVER, I actually think there’s a lot of evidence to support that it means he cares for Basil a lot, and can be interpreted as repressed (romantic and/or platonic). In Blackspace, you still play as Omori. I’d like to address the spider-room death first. Basil starts being swarmed and covered in spiders, and eventually cries out to Omori for help. Omori backs away from Basil, and Basil disappears as the spiders presumably consume him. Notably, Omori is the one in control here. In the game, we play as Sunny; anytime we lose control of the Omori character, it presumably means that Sunny also does not have conscious control over Omori. Another thing that might be worth mentioning, is that although Omori technically overcame his fear of spiders in headspace, this is no longer headspace. This bit is more up to speculative, but it can be interpreted that Omori was too scared to save Basil from the spiders because he himself was scared of them. In which case, this death could also be interpreted as Sunny’s own fear causing pain for the people he cares about, something that we see at other points in the game.
Another particular Basil death that might be worth addressing, is the one in the glitched Neighbor’s room, where the headspace friends turn on him, and he cries to Omori for help before Aubrey hits him with her bat. To me, this very much doesn’t read as Sunny wanting Basil to die. It feels a lot more like he’s helpless to do anything- Because yet again, at that moment, we cannot control Omori anymore, and neither can Sunny. He doesn’t want Basil to die; he just feels powerless to do anything about it. Also, the many possibly interpretations of Aubrey being the one to unalive Basil here. I do think that Aubrey hitting him with her bat is likely a nod to the fact that she’s been bullying Basil in the real world. Even more fuel that Sunny feels helpless to save Basil from being hurt for Sunny’s own actions (Mari’s death, scribbling out the photos). Another possible interpretation (and one that is, admittedly, a lot less likely), is that it’s Sunny’s idolized crush, that he’s held onto for so long, is trying push down and get rid of the crush he has on Basil. It could possibly be taken as a sign of repressed feelings for Basil, whether that be because he hasn’t accepted his bisexuality (or whatever your personal headcanon may be), or he’s simply scared of letting go of his old crush.
There’s a lot more Blackspace stuff I could go into, but this is really long already aaand I’m in class TvT

it doesn’t even have to be romantic, it just feels like a soulmate thing! like Sunny and Basil are tied together after this single incident, they will always be intertwined after that day
they may not have been known it, but they are so heavily intertwined together that even Sunny’s subconscious picked up on it. even coping mechanism calls out how the two are connected.
it’s like - sir, the mixed signals of killing Basil constantly but then essentially using soulmate theory? do you hate him or want to kiss him? (/j)
also, with that joke, i do actually ship Sunflower, and this line speaks to the hopeless romantic in me to some degree - because what do you mean Sunny thinks “a string of fate” ties them together? like it’s super dark, but also kinda gay. just slightly.
anyways, the Branch Coral was super cool and i love the slight soulmate implications on Basil and Sunny even though it’s super screwed up!
(also there’s the line - it’s so minor but like dude-?! the sheer gayness of this is amazing /j)
So.
In the AU I've been concepting for a while, Webber had been chosen by the purple crown of War to take over post-Old Faith (Lamb didnt destroy the crowns when killing the bishops). After some time, Webber had ventured out on the sea to see if there were other lands to potentially conquer. He did find a new massive continent, which had a whole host of other Gods. They'd heard tales of the Bishops and the purple crown, and knew it's vessel was a spider. This of course led to fear of Webber, but it was cleared up and confirmed that the original holder was long since dethroned.
And yeah, I've been trying to concept some new buddies for Webber because why not? He could use some god friends that aren't just his immediate family.
Any and all questions are welcome. I desire to ramble because I have a whole thing going from when Webber first arrived to the lands of the Old Faith to his rise to power and his adventures and beyond. Also God ideas would be cool!
I went to the movie theater and watched Moana 2! I really like it, it wasn’t as exciting as the first movie but it was still good!

Highly doubt this will get much (if any) traction but I made Gabriel into an obey me character. Why? Because... Why not, needed him for some plot in "welcome back lu" and then kinda became obsessed with an idea. More information below (slight spoilers for my fics)
So I made Gabriel originally as just Lucifers mentor because his father sure as hell wasnt raising him. Then it turned into Gabriel and Lucifers father were secret lovers, then it turned into Lucifer being the product of their combined magic.
(I refuse to write Mpreg anymore [might do it for shits and giggles but i am NEVER writing it seriously again] , i did it in rps and im so tired of it. All power to you if you can do it I just cant anymore. I am currently finalizing how the whole combined magic works but i have the basic idea down :3)
A lot of Lucifers Manerisms is from Gabriel (good and bad) and he looks almost just like Gabriel. Gabriel has black hair that he started to dye blonde and wears colored contacts in order to protect Lucifer.
Trust me Gabriel and Gods relationship is less than healthy but thats a story for another time <3

Good Omens is officially happening, which has already been hinted at, but today it was confirmed to only have a 90 minute finale episode.
Sure, it’s sad we don’t get a full season like the other two, but to look on the bright side, at least it’s not cancelled!! G.O has been through so much since you know who decided to do you know what.
I’ve went through a whole emotional roller coaster in the last like, 15 minutes.
(trying to look on the bright side is so hard, like Im just really fucking mad that Neil had to ruin it.)

But I'm so frustrated with clothes shopping. Like, okay so I'm a bit more on the big side - but I should still be able to shop at stores like pacsun and hot topic and other stores for clothes. I should be able to go to Kohl's for shoes, but I can't
Like for example; a pair of shorts I got at pacsun, they were so cute!! Black and white flowers. And they were a size 30, so I assumed they'd fit well. Well fuck me in the ass with a chicken and color me surprise when I discover that they are too small
I, wear a wide 14-16 in normal jeans. So why can't a size 30 fit me? It honestly makes me feel like crap.
Not to mention underwear, oh my fucking god I just want to buy underwear that covers the entirety of my ass cheeks without buying underwear too big. I buy boy shorts panties and still half of my ass is hanging out. I should not look and see my butt cheek popping out like it's a neighbor coming for a cup of sugar I should see that shit quarantined like it's still covid lockdown
It is a pain to find clothes and shoes in my size, and I know many others have it worse when it comes to clothes but it's still fucking frustrating. I should be able to wear ripped jeans from a store like pacsun and be able to do a squat in them without feeling like someone tied plastic around my thighs and belly to extract blood.
I should be able to wear ripped jeans and shorts without my thighs or legs popping out further than the fabric itself and making me look like a damn balloon animal freshly tied. And for God's sake it's even WORSE when I get tights and they look fucking see through on me when they're my size
That's all, just some frustrations about my body and clothes shopping

TWO DRABBLES IN ONE DAY???

Fang is the older of the two. Unlike his younger brother Fang goes by his real name and doesn’t have a nickname. Snufkin made his hat for him before he was born and decorates it with flowers, vines and feathers every now and then. (I thought it would be a nice family tradition if one of the children from each generation got a hat similar to their fathers. Like how Snufkin and Joxter have similar hats). Also his bandana is Moomins old one from his traveling days.
Long tail is the younger brother to Fang and rarely goes by his real name of Oakley. He got his nickname for his abnormally long tail for a Moomin and Mumrik. Longtail also inherited an item from his parents, a small Swiss Army knife.
Fang and Longtail get along with each other rather well, rarely having arguments that genuinely upset each other. They make comments to one another that may seem hatful or mean but in reality are just jokes. Fang being older takes responsibility for Longtail’s mistakes (for example if he broke a pot or trampled some flowers, Fang would say he did it and take the punishment) despite his brother’s protests.
Unlike Longtail, Fang travels south like Snufkin during winter as he hates hibernating. When he was younger he would wake up and read books, draw and carve things from wood (he’s a quick learner, knowing how to read very early and how to carve without actually being taught. He simply learnt from trail and error, and seeing Snufkin carve boats and figures). He would even catch fish and cook them if he ran out of jams to eat and if he couldn’t get fish he would eat roots from under the snow (Snufkin taught him how to survive if he got separated from his parents for long periods of time just to be safe).
Longtail doesn’t like to travel during winter. He’s rather like his grandfather the Joxter in a sense. He’s very lazy and laid back. He’ll take the easy way out of any situation. Especially traveling in winter, he truly loves his winter rest. He calls it his recharging sleep. Much like Snufkin, Longtail prefers to be in little company or alone for periods of time. He usually gets very anxious around people he hasn’t met before but will open up with time.
Fang is quite sociable and enjoys meeting people on his travels. He visits many of the people he’s met in the past when he gets the chance and even asks some to come visit him in Moominvalley although not many do. Despite his love of people he isn’t one for parties or large crowds. Instead he’ll stand to the side lines with his brother, friends or Father (Snufkin, who sometimes lingers near the edges while Moomin hosts or socialises).

i could debate it but i just can’t be asked, i’ll be honest.
i don’t believe that writers have shown favouritism towards tory, for sam literally ever. so in season 6, the last season if they’re giving tory more attention than sam (if that’s why you think) then so be it. seriously.
like maybe i’m bias cause tory is my favourite, but truly, i don’t see the favouritism that they’re seeing? like point me too it right now 😂😂

I've been listening to Take Me Back To Eden on loop for the past four days. I am still waiting for the moment where I lose all interest, but it hasn't happened yet, which means that everyone in my life will suffer with Sleep Token until the day I hit the grave.
the worst tragedy of my week
I'm writing right now and I've written a good chunk of story so as a treat i got myself a box of mini powdered donuts, and I'm eating them near my keyboard when my asshole of a cat comes over and knocks it over, still closed at that moment so my dumbass reaches for it as its falling and it pops open getting donut powder all over my carpet and keyboard and now i'm sad because my donuts hit the ground

so the story behind this, today, is that I got emotionally attached to a class I only have for three months ish. that's college for you.
and we came to the end of our time together today sitting around a table, slamming markers and gatorade down in a game in Portuguese I felt so content even knowing it was coming to an end even with the primal fear of someone aboard a speed train about to reach the end of the track one day, it will be permanent but not in this life I will see you all again on the other side Even if I never see you again in this mortal life
It comes down to the principle of Gatorade. That's what I call it because I remember a time when I was a kid that Gatorades were a prize. You could only obtain them by playing soccer because the other kids' soccer moms would bring Gatorade and CapriSun and all those glorious things your parents didn't get for you. Basically, you can't have one Gatorade forever. Makes sense, right?
But what if you could make a Gatorade last forever? What if you were in that one glorious moment forever? The sun shining off the thick clouds in the late golden hour, illuminating the greens and blues in the mountains around, the wind your best friend so exhilarating, the satisfaction of completing a soccer game you loved not for anything in particular other than the fact that you were outside and alive and proving yourself alive and you have a Gatorade.
Make that moment last forever. Now, what do you lose?
Years from now, you'll be at a movie night with friends. You will be scrunched between two people you love on a couch, or maybe curled cozily into a corner, or marinating in a beanbag with a super soft blanket. The movie is the greatest movie you've ever seen and it's only augmented by being cozy with true friends. One day you will finally achieve that skill you spend years trying to perfect. One day you might even learn to cook. You'll meet someone new a thousand times, then a million times. You'll even get to meet the same person again and again if you try. There will be so many people that come and go in your life. So many hobbies and loves and passions and YouTube recommendations.
You will change as a person and maybe you will be scared to. Maybe you'll long for the comfort and safety and glory of the Gatorade in the fresh air.
But if you remain there forever, you will never meet your best friend. You will never have that cozy movie night and never accomplish that tricky thing. You will never encounter so many things to love. TV show or drawing styles or color palettes or characters or songs. You're going to make an awesome PowerPoint one day. Would you give that up for the Gatorade you've already had?
As mortal beings we are confined to a timeline. Time-bound. Afterwards, though, we'll get to be whole, and let me tell you time isn't a problem for God. We'll get to remember each moment of joy we got to have down here on earth. We'll get to live each of them all at once if we want, and be with everyone we love all at once, forever, and I know I'm a mortal and probably butchering this description of what comes next because heck it I've not been there yet but that's sort of what it'll be like.
It's possible for everything we want to be permanent to be permanent in eternity. That's the point of eternity. That is not the point of mortality. The point of mortality is to do many things, experience many things, keep moving.
(As for the loved ones who stay in your life? They change, too, and that's beautiful.)
