Randomly info-dumping my lizard concepts day one!: Lime Lizard and Grub Lizard.

yeah I'm starting a weird series here. Deal with it.

1: Lime Lizard:

Lime Lizards are primarily black lizards with brightly colored green spines and eyes. In dark areas (such as Subterranean, where they are most commonly found) they will glow similarly to a lantern mouse. If you see this light, RUN. Limes are extremely fast, and not only that, but can spit an acid-like substance that slows you down and will kill you if it is on you for too long. Luckily, these creatures are few and far between, making it so that you will most likely only encounter them once or twice in a playthrough. Limes can climb poles, although they are considerably slower and more likely to give up if their prey has climbed out of range of their acid.

2: Grub Lizard:

Grub Lizards are slow and lazy when above ground, however, they can burrow below it and will wait there with only the tips of their jaws poking above the surface, often with a bait like a spear or other useful item. Lingering for more than a few seconds in between its jaws will cause the lizard's mouth to snap shut and drag you below the surface. I honestly don't have much else to say about these guys. their literally just sneaky ambush predators that look like grubs, XD.
