I feel like some people are getting so radical about what is considered 'abusive' behavior that it's just gotten kind of laughable at this point. There is, like, a list of a million things someone can do and it's like 'signs your partner is emotionally abusive' and ALL OF THE THINGS LISTED ARE LIKE 'they look at you kinda rudely...<:( They looked at you wrong so they're being ABUSIVE!!' or 'they set a boundary with you!' or 'they blocked you when you broke those boundaries!' or, even, 'they have XYZ stigmatized personality disorder so that must prove they're a bad person' Emotional abuse exists, yes, but not to the extent that some people are claiming. me now that it’s been a few months to fully process arcane season 2: Yeah the animation was beautifully done and the foreshadowing done by the animators is amazing and absolutely one of the best ways any animation studio has gone about telling a story, the music was astounding and every single song was immaculately executed. And the portrayal of the characters by the VA’s was done beautifully.

Gojo and Nanami

One recurring theme through JJK is how in-universe most people think Gojo is disrespectful, annoying, and an overgrown child essentially. Even if we don't factor in the higher-ups the people around him (Nanami, Utahime) still reflect this. This is very interesting because in-universe Geto is revered before his fall from grace. He was more outwardly polite, respectful, even though many argue he had always had the mindset of being superior, he just took on a different responsibility with it. While I don't agree with that I can definitely see how Geto plays his cards right to not be as 'insufferable' as Gojo while portraying similar behaviour. Now let's look at Nanami, he's a disciplined logical man who adheres firmly to rules, but also ethics and morals. He protects the youth, he can't even bring himself to blame Geto for the choices he later on made because he first-hand understands how horrible jujutsu society is. Why did he go corporate, but it's the same thing there, braindead workers who are simply cogs for people 'above them' to abuse. Who does this impact the most? Gojo. He was a one-man army, he taught, he fought, he barely slept, yet he chose to wake up and do it every single day over and over again. Gojo could've ideally single-handedly handled all curses, ah but he's just a man (human) can't be everything everywhere all at once even if he was the strongest or a god (he's not). Nanami saw how his friend wasn't strong enough to survive in the jujutsu world, hell in the end he wasn't either, so what did he do? He took that out on Gojo. Never respecting the man who's always showing an interest or spending time around Nanami (ruffling his hair, calling him, trusting him). Yet in Nanami's mind, Haibara would be alive if Gojo went on that mission instead. Nanami would be alive if Gojo hadn't been sealed. Nobody would die if Gojo did it all. He knows that isn't right to expect out of someone, hell he doesn't understand why someone who could choose to do anything they wanted and have everything they simply look at, does something as vile as jujutsu. But of course, he's an adrenaline-junkie. We all read about billionaires being sociopaths, only being stimulated by these horrid things, Gojo must be that too.

He fought the king of curses because he likes fighting. He watched everyone around him die and did 'nothing' because he doesn't care. He's a teacher for the shits and giggles, he rescues students from execution and gives them childhoods because he hopes they're strong someday. Fuck Gojo could bleed and he'd marvel at the colour contrast, if he cries he'd bottle the tears to sell, if he dies he berates his entire life when he gave you everything. Was that not what 236 was? Then the subsequent arts showing him putting care and affection towards Geto while being annoyed by Gojo. It's one to be annoyed by him, but if you think he's a god you'd respect him. If you think he's morally reprehensible you'd hate him. But to make a martyr out of a live person, to view a living being through a lens to make them superior and expecting them to uphold that, you only do that when you're ignorant and dumb. Nanami is none of those things, to explore the disgusting thoughts and mindsets he showed toward Gojo as time went on due to his frustration at his comrades falling would've been beautiful. Instead, we have character assassination and everyone standing for it.

How would Shoko feel as her longest friend lay in pieces in front of her and she can't bring herself to cry because she doesn't even remember the last time they had a real conversation. She thought about how she should've handled Geto's body a year after the fact, but she just went and let someone vandalise Gojo's?

Fuck you're telling me that the airport had everyone in high school clothing but for what? Was it because it was the first and last time he was a human? And the worst part is this is one of the many unexplored things in JJK, it's so frustrating. I have so many more points about this too, Sukuna and Gojo, Gojo's relationship with his students, the little fun trivia bits about him. And that's just Gojo, other characters also have so fucking much that just, god man. It's like a self-fulfilling prophecy.

If there is one thing that I wish the entirety of gravity falls' fandom all knew is that Ford was not trying to separate Dipper and Mabel before weirdmageddon. Especially not for a dumb reason like "He's self projecting onto them too hard"

Because

1) Mabel resembling Stan??? Not only is every cannon interaction between them positive, but even if Mabel reminds him of Stan, she would remind him of the version of Stan that didn't ruin his future, just the version that liked fun and cared. The version he very dearly misses.

2) Where in the show does it indicate he doesn't apprentice her for such a reason?? Is it just headcannon?

Because one thing the show makes abundantly clear is that Ford has major trust issues due to his trauma. I wouldn't blame him, as his main and really only support system after Fiddleford's portal incident ended up wanting to tear his world apart due to their strong denial. That is a tangent I won't be getting into. BUT the show could not make it clearer he has difficulty trusting.

The reason he would want to apprentice Dipper is because he showed him a deep paranoia that he also shared, and since Ford learned that paranoia is good as it keeps you alive from Bill, this is a great thing. That's why he praises Dipper for almost memory wiping him, as he saw Dipper capable of defending himself against Bill Cypher's manipulation. Also, in the episode that Ford proposes that Dipper should be his apprentice, Dipper also proved he could handle highly dangerous situations, meaning he could handle some of the things Ford learned to handle. Dipper showed Ford he could be trusted as he wouldn't get manipulated by Bill or be killed by the environment.

Mabel, while he really likes that kid, is very emotional and empathetic. One thought I could very easily see Ford thinking is "Mabel could very easily be manipulated by Bill Cypher" She might have the physical might (refer to the mabelcorn episode) but it alone cannot protect her from Bill, as he is a MANIPULATOR. What if he reveals information to her that could be fuel to Bill's manipulation? Being Ford's apprentice would mean that you are likely to deal with Bill too because he just won't stop tormenting him, and saw that Dipper was the only one that could truly handle the dangers of Bill Cypher. If Bill somehow possesses him, he knows Dipper would do the right thing, and he knows Mabel would hesitate.

Separating them was a consequence he didn't forsee as his reasoning for offering apprenticeship to Dipper had nothing to do with the twins' relationship, and it would make Mabel trusting BlendinBill because Ford told nothing to Mabel that much more thematically better. The show is about trust, and due to Ford's lack of trust in his family, it ended up endangering them.

Tell me, what is more satisfying? Ford maliciously trying to create a gap between the twins for no good reason or a traumatised Ford with trust issues learning to trust? THE ENTIRETY OF THE WEIRDMAGEDDON TRILOGY IS ABOUT TRUST, WHY WOULD IT BE KICK-STARTED BY ANYTHING THAT ISN'T TRUST RELATED?????

im so tired im so tiiirreeeddddd of shows that are so desperate to shove in the concept of a nuclear family by any means necessary good god. beastars s1 and 2 are quite possibly among my favorite shows of all time, and for good reason. the entire show is so focused on parallels between love and consumption and i LOVE that about it. but season 3….. oh my god…. genuinely i gag every time louis and juno are on screen together because individually i absolutely love those two characters but why is it that when theyre together juno is entirely stripped of her personality and just becomes so romance obsessed and focused on louis and louis alone. her entire character is to be ambitious and to take what she wants so why is that shoved aside to force in this weak relationship between the two of them when their friendship was so so fun and interesting. i LOVE them as friends because it offers such a unique perspective into the concepts of carnivore and herbivore relationships that are non romantic so why for the love of god is every show on earth so obsessed with shoving in romantic relationships into every possible crevice they can find. i loved s1 and 2 beyond words can describe and somehow, after years of waiting for this show to have another season all these few episodes have done for me is leave a horrible sour taste in my mouth. also yahya makes me mad as hell but thats just because im a hater so maybe that adds to my overall disdain for this season. im just so disappointed because this show couldve been about so, so much more but no. we just HAVE to have our simple little nuclear families hamfisted into everything. and i know they dont even get together but god does it drive me insane that they even had to have a romantic relationship in the first place when their friendship was so perfect. this show started off as a testiment to all kinds of love but for some god forsaken reason i cant seem to wrap my head around they just had to end it on a note of “forget everything the show stands for, were going to make it romance now !” (yes im aware given legoshi and harus relationship it was romance to begin with, but that was special, unique to them. the idea of louis being another side to legoshis coin of loving herbivores was again, special, unique to him and legoshis relationship, and now all that feels stained by this random worthless relationship between louis and juno where juno just gets tossed to the side anyway, so what was the point?) i seriously wish theyd just focused this season on developing the relationships between characters we already knew and loved, with the addition of yahya and melon, without having to shove in new relationships that legitimately feel like nothing but fanservice. i get way too worked up about things that dont matter but by god if louis and junos relationship has 0 haters i am dead. i will die on the hill that their love is essentially meaningless, juno in her ever growing ambition seeing louis as a prize to be won to grow her status as a wolf(as she once saw legoshi given the whole “most powerful couple at school” thing) and louis, though he chastised legoshi for falling for haru because she was the first herbivore to pay attention to him, is fundamentally no different. like i said, two sides of the exact same coin, and louis “love” for juno is entirely circumstantial. they are not special to eachother like legoshi and haru, or even legoshi and jack(obviously in a platonic sense but regardless what legoshi and jack have as friends is something unique and special to them)(this unique sort of love between people is literally a fundamental theme in the show and they just completely shove that aside for the sake of some stupid cishet relationship please just kill me)

anyway tldr: louis and juno do not love each other in any way that cant be described as meaningless and i will hate their relationship till the day i die

Wei Wuxian, Feminism and Autonomy

The title sounds way fancier than this is going to be. So sorry for that. But this is a thought I've had for a while not and i just got double-triggered. So I'm listening to this MDZS podcast that i really like while reading mdzs fan fiction. The podcast is "Podcasts are Forbidden in the Cloud Recesses" and the fan fiction is one of those cast watching the show ones. Which is one of my favorite genres for this specific media. So I'm having a good time. But then the podcasters make the same point the fan fic does as I'm reading it and it just really pissed me off? Thats the preface for this whole long-ass rant.

So Wei Wuxian in my opinion Wei Wuxian has all the worst parts of being a heroine grafted onto his character and no one seems to care. Like I know the fandom feminizes him a lot because the author does and its part of his character. But I'm talking about like how he is written and how we are supposed to engage with him as readers.

Ok so, i don't understand people who don't understand why Wei Ying doesn't know Wanji likes him. That's it that's the whole premise. Because here's the thing it is very common in media for girls to have to tolerate shitty men and look past their flaws to love them. Its commonly expected for female characters to either fix the guy or learn to look past his flaws or change themselves in some way. Its also really common in media for the problems of dating and protective sex and dealing with sex appeal to fall on teenage girls. They are the ones who should flirt less, they should dress more modestly, and they should date less to be more appealing. And I see this same mindset with Wei Ying in the Fandom and in the novel.

Lan Xichen and Nice guys

This idea came to me one day when I was rewatching the untamed and I got to the Gauyin temple scene. The one where Xichen goes on this long-ass speech about all the things Wanji has done for Wei Ying. I'm watching this scene and I think "is this how it goes in the book? Because if so this is really fucked up." I hadn't read the book in a while so I hopped online (this is before the official novelization) and re-read the last like thirty-ish chapters for fun. And it's actually worse in the book. The entire speech is how Wanji has sacrificed so much for Wei Ying and how he hasn't been grateful and hasn't noticed his brothers feelings. How long Wanji has pined for him and how he's too selfish to notice. And its just a really gross speech to me. Because it implies that Wanji is owed Wei Yings affection because he has done these things. That Wei Ying is a bad person for not noticing Wanjis feelings and returning them. But here's the thing, Wei Ying doesn't need to return shit. Like he should be thankful for Wanjis help, that's fine. Be he is not obligated to fall in love with him cause of it. And frankly, most of the kind things Wanji did either happened out of Wei Wuxians view or after he had died. And I realized that Xichen doesn't really care about Wei Ying? Like he see's him not as a person but as a thing that will make his brother happy. He only encourages their friendship because to makes Wanji happy He doesn't take Wei Yings feelings into account at all. The moment that friendship comes with heartache for Wanji Xichen stops supporting it and caring about Wei Ying. He calls Wei Ying Wanjis biggest mistake just cause he doesn't seem to like Wanji back despite how nice he's been. To Xichen them getting together is something that has to happen and if it doesn't its because Wei Ying is the problem for not liking him faster or as much. Which brings me to:

Wanjis Trauma is not Wei Wuxians Problem

I was inspired to actually get this down because of that double hit. So here's what happened I'm listening to the podcast and they just started talking about how sad and repressed Wanji is. How he hasn't learned to express himself or learn about sex and how sad that is. That WEi Ying is being the loud annoying little brat he always is. And Wanji, baby boy just can handle it. So he lashes out and is super rude and dismissive. But ohhh he's just so horny its not his fault! And at the same time in the fan fiction, they get to the scene where Wei Wuxian flirts for some free loquats and Wanji gets jealous and looks away. In the Fan fic they have older wei wuxian apologize for flirting because she should have known better? That pisses me off. Enough to make a long a tumblr rant. So much of the fandom assumes the responsibility of putting work into the relationship on Wei Wuxian. Of course, he should feel bad about flirting in front of Wanji. He's his future husband. Even though at this point Wanji as been nothing but cold, distant, authoritative and dismissive. Wei Ying has zero reason to believe he is jealous and even if he did;t that's not his problem! The idea that Wei Ying needs to learn to be less of a flirt fort eh sake of Wanji feeling comfortable is bullshit. Wei ying doesn't owe him a damn thing. Its just so common for people and the author to rush to defend Wanji was being repressed and unable to express himself. While Wei Ying is called selfish and thoughtless for not being willing to sympathize and make concessions for him. I understand that Wanji changes after the time skip. He realises that Wei Ying isn't obligated to like him or act a certain way. But at the same time he still doesn't full give Wei Ying full autonomy in their relationship in my opinion. Because he doesn't confess first. He's so afraid of rejection or Wei Wuxian liking him out of obligation that he decides to help him but not confess. He decides that if Wei Wuxian falls for him it should be by choice (I'm assuming, its actually really unclear to me). But first of all that doesn't happen! Xichen gives that stupid nice guy speech. and second, that's still fucked up. If he actually respected Wei Ying he would be upfront and tell him and deal with the fallout after that. Instead, he just helps wei ying out and while burying his feel feelings and hopes that is enough. How could Wei Ying not feel shitty after hearing that? I don't know. I just think it's reasonable for Wei Ying to be hesitant to like Wanji based on how he's been treated. It's true that both of them have issues with communication but those issues started with Wanji. He's the one who showed that he's so blindly rigged in his ways and refused to admit out loud how he felt to start with.

Side Bits

I completely forget the scene where Xichen tells his family back story to Wei Wuxian until just now. Thats so fucked up and manipulative coming from him. It's just meant to make Wei Wuxian feel bad for leaving Wanji and explain some of his behavior. No one pulls Wanji aside and explains that Wei ying spent years on the streets and then in a toxic household where the matriarch openly hated him. So he has low self-esteem and genuinely thinks his life is worth less than others. No one was like hey he's bubbly and loud because there's no other option for him. Like in the book the only people that advocate for Wey Ying are the Wens and Sometimes Yanli.

After Fenmiin and Madam Yu die they and the land Jiang Cheng gets so mad and sad he starts to choke Wei Wuxian to death. He stops and starts crying but that's so messed up. Like Wei Wuxian also closed a second pair of parentel figures just now but his body I still used as a means for a man to let out his sadness. Like he's still just a vessel for someone else's emotions. I think this actually happens a lot with Jiang Cheng. He has a habit of blowing up at Wei Ying in a way that is implied to be deserved or not that bad. But just doesn't feel great to me based on everything else I've written about.

Wei Wuxian is only able to clear his name and live a semi decent life because he gets with Wanji. Wei Wuxian success is not based off his talent or smarts alone, it is mostly based don't he fact that Wanij is willing to vouch for him and help hide him. Like I know part of it is Huasiang helping him but he would not have gotten far without Wanji helping him. Not only that but Xichen is only willing to help them even a little in their research because of his brother. And that's just a little annoying to me.

By the end of the story Wei Wuxian has no financial autonomy. Which isn't a big deal because this is ancient Chinese vampire times so as the "wife" he wouldn't have much anyway. But still not great.

Meng Yao and Wei Wuxians mothers and meng yao and Wei Wuxian are talked about in similar terms that are interesting. So both of them are "tainted" by specifically who their mothers are. Men Yao because his mother was a sex worker and Wei ying because his mother was known to be a highly wanted and playful woman. People both assume they are going to be exactly like heir parents and treat them as such. Which affects how they actually interact with people. MEng Yao knows he can't appear greedy or even like he's ambitious because he knows that as a son of a sex worker, everyone will think he's naturally greedy and manipulative. And he is those things. But they made him this way. he had to no choice but to be a sneaky asshole because the moment he showed any ambition it was either immediately squashed because of his status or people were like I know it. He is sued by his father in the same way his mother was. Wei Wuxian on there other hand has three people in his life who treat him a certain way because of his mother. Fengmain lets him get away with a lot and is openly affectionate to seemingly make of for his relationship with his parents. He doesn't spoil Wei Wuxian as much as he doesn't really expect anything of him? He just wants to see Wei Wuxian happy doing whatever he wants. He assumes Wei Wuxian is a wild and free spirit because his mother was and thats not fully true. On the other hand, Madam yu and Qiren treat Wuxian almost like a temptress. He's just a reflection of his moms wild, playful and seduction personality to them. They both think he's someone they have to actively control and suppress lest he get all the attention and make people behave inappropriately. Its that same notion I wrote about way earlier. How girls have to be the ones to control themselves and their appearances so as to not tempt the men folk with their ankles.

While Wei Ying is called selfish and thoughtless for not being willing to sympathize and make concessions for him. I understand that Wanji changes after the time skip. He realises that Wei Ying isn't obligated to like him or act a certain way. But at the same time he still doesn't full give Wei Ying full autonomy in their relationship in my opinion. Because he doesn't confess first. He's so afraid of rejection or Wei Wuxian liking him out of obligation that he decides to help him but not confess. He decides that if Wei Wuxian falls for him it should be by choice (I'm assuming, its actually really unclear to me). But first of all that doesn't happen! Xichen gives that stupid nice guy speech. and second, that's still fucked up. If he actually respected Wei Ying he would be upfront and tell him and deal with the fallout after that. Instead, he just helps wei ying out and while burying his feel feelings and hopes that is enough. How could Wei Ying not feel shitty after hearing that? I don't know. I just think it's reasonable for Wei Ying to be hesitant to like Wanji based on how he's been treated. It's true that both of them have issues with communication but those issues started with Wanji. He's the one who showed that he's so blindly rigged in his ways and refused to admit out loud how he felt to start with.

Side Bits

I completely forget the scene where Xichen tells his family back story to Wei Wuxian until just now. Thats so fucked up and manipulative coming from him. It's just meant to make Wei Wuxian feel bad for leaving Wanji and explain some of his behavior. No one pulls Wanji aside and explains that Wei ying spent years on the streets and then in a toxic household where the matriarch openly hated him. So he has low self-esteem and genuinely thinks his life is worth less than others. No one was like hey he's bubbly and loud because there's no other option for him. Like in the book the only people that advocate for Wey Ying are the Wens and Sometimes Yanli.

After Fenmiin and Madam Yu die they and the land Jiang Cheng gets so mad and sad he starts to choke Wei Wuxian to death. He stops and starts crying but that's so messed up. Like Wei Wuxian also closed a second pair of parentel figures just now but his body I still used as a means for a man to let out his sadness. Like he's still just a vessel for someone else's emotions. I think this actually happens a lot with Jiang Cheng. He has a habit of blowing up at Wei Ying in a way that is implied to be deserved or not that bad. But just doesn't feel great to me based on everything else I've written about.

Wei Wuxian is only able to clear his name and live a semi decent life because he gets with Wanji. Wei Wuxian success is not based off his talent or smarts alone, it is mostly based don't he fact that Wanij is willing to vouch for him and help hide him. Like I know part of it is Huasiang helping him but he would not have gotten far without Wanji helping him. Not only that but Xichen is only willing to help them even a little in their research because of his brother. And that's just a little annoying to me.

By the end of the story Wei Wuxian has no financial autonomy. Which isn't a big deal because this is ancient Chinese vampire times so as the "wife" he wouldn't have much anyway. But still not great.

Meng Yao and Wei Wuxians mothers and meng yao and Wei Wuxian are talked about in similar terms that are interesting. So both of them are "tainted" by specifically who their mothers are. Men Yao because his mother was a sex worker and Wei ying because his mother was known to be a highly wanted and playful woman. People both assume they are going to be exactly like heir parents and treat them as such. Which affects how they actually interact with people. MEng Yao knows he can't appear greedy or even like he's ambitious because he knows that as a son of a sex worker, everyone will think he's naturally greedy and manipulative. And he is those things. But they made him this way. he had to no choice but to be a sneaky asshole because the moment he showed any ambition it was either immediately squashed because of his status or people were like I know it. He is sued by his father in the same way his mother was. Wei Wuxian on there other hand has three people in his life who treat him a certain way because of his mother. Fengmain lets him get away with a lot and is openly affectionate to seemingly make of for his relationship with his parents. He doesn't spoil Wei Wuxian as much as he doesn't really expect anything of him? He just wants to see Wei Wuxian happy doing whatever he wants. He assumes Wei Wuxian is a wild and free spirit because his mother was and thats not fully true. On the other hand, Madam yu and Qiren treat Wuxian almost like a temptress. He's just a reflection of his moms wild, playful and seduction personality to them. They both think he's someone they have to actively control and suppress lest he get all the attention and make people behave inappropriately. Its that same notion I wrote about way earlier. How girls have to be the ones to control themselves and their appearances so as to not tempt the men folk with their ankles.

Me and one of my older brothers (m) play games together a lot, one of these is mine craft. Andtl there is something he has done in one of our worlds that I am still mad about. He has killed my mine craft dog 3/4 TIMES, AND blew my house up(I spent so long building it). He did rebuild it for me but I'm still upset because I tend to hold grudges.

This one doesn't have a name, the reason this is one of my emotional support stuff animals is because it helped me through my parents divorce and I can bear to part with it.

This one I think is named lamb or fluffy I can't remember which, I got this one from my mom's ex bfs daughter she was really nice to me.

These are Rodrigo(the dragon) and j(the plaque doctor.) I got then both for Christmas. Rodrigo reminds me of an old stuff animal I use to have it was a cat that I got from pet smart and it squeaked. Rodrigo also squeaks and is really Huggable when I squeeze him I feel really better. J reminds me of one of my comfort characters:).

I have one more thing to talk about. Yesterday while I was at school the fire alarm went off and we all thought it was just a drill. Well until we got told that it wasn't a drill, me and my friends were hoping it was just some kids who decided to be stupid and pull the alarm. Then TWO fire trucks and some police or sheriff cars pulled up and we all were freaking out, one girl had a break down and two of my friends were NOT doing okay. Then we found out it was just the alarm malfunctioning. We were outside in the heat for our 40-50 minutes almost an hour.

No way, I'm actually so mf done. Okay, so yesterday, I was hanging out with my friends, and they know that I’m insecure about my weight and stuff. Not about this and my ED or whatever, but they know to some extent. So I'm sitting there, and I pinch my friend as a joke, it’s a thing we do to each other every time we see a yellow car. I pinch her, and I was standing beside someone else. She yells at me, and I ask her how she knew it was me. She told me I have fat fingers. wtf? Yeah, then she proceeds to tell me that the girl next to me has skinny, small hands. I wanted to cry more than I ever have, I think. I think what kills me over everything else is that she knows I'm insecure. I've opened up to her. I honestly feel so sick.

Ik I might sound crazy but I want my mom to worry. I want her to feel bad for not realizing the pain I was going through, how bad I’ve been getting. I want her to know that every time she ever said something about me being a bad person it didn’t just affect her, but me too. She thinks that it’s all about her because of her addiction, but I want her to know that she isn’t the only one with problems. She is always going on about her stuff, how much her recovery has changed her, don’t get me wrong I’m really proud of her but it’s like since she has recovered she hates me sm, like whenever she was drinking she would tell me how much she loved me, how special I was, but now that she’s been recovered she can’t even speak without saying something remotely rude about my existence. A sort of fetch quest where you go find some crystals or you find his Chamberlain Dyus. If you find Dyus you get him as a companion and he'll provide dry commentary on whats happening. The crystals act as a sort of soul gem stand in? (The quest is meant to be done at low levels) the sword either is just a fancy textured two handed sword *or* the sword has an enchantment of soul trap and very *very* short (and low chance) paralysis (like, 2 secs) you encounter knights and priests of order who were left over from the grey march in oblivion that were promptly kicked out of the shivering isles (including Dyus) Dyus as a companion is pretty ok, he uses magic and a special staff (staff of order) that you cant take out of his inventory. He's very weak but can't be knocked down/killed in combat (including from the player)

If the player/enemies try to hit Dyus he has some dialogue like "really?".. "I wish..." (Sarcastic) Ow....?" Or like a cold laugh or sigh. He mainly is there to offer insights into decisions and as commentary etc. "Ah. Alduins wall... I believe you must find a shout to defeat him"..."*sigh* the dark brotherhood, a bunch of cut throats on their last leg. Must you help them?"

Maybe throw in some fourth-wall references in there too? **Player uses console command on him** ".. really? Are you *that* desperate to kill me? Sheogorath would be proud"

If you do the mind of madness quest with the sword/Dyus sheogorath has some dialogue and Dyus also has dialogue "uugh, the Lord of the never there. *Sigh* let's be done with it"

I wish we had daedric prince quest for Jyggalag.

So let's talk about ideas on how this would've gone if Jyggalag had a quest, plus maybe his daedric artifact too.

Is it just me, or is anyone else slightly irked by all of those videos that excuse sexualizing the pjsk characters, specifically the 3rd years, just because they've moved up a grade and "are now 18" 😭😭 Kid you not, since the games 3rd anniversary I've seen SO many fucking videos literally just. plainly sexualizing mainly Rui and Tsukasa and it's excused because they're "eighteen"??? 😭 Literally please do enlighten me on where their ages were confirmed, 'cause all I've seen is just speculation and people just assuming that, oh, since their all moving up a grade, that must mean that their aging up too!!! And sure, it could be working like that since the only character to canonically have their age confirmed is Haruka, who was stated to be 16 in the mmj main story, and since she was a 1st year at the time we can assume all of the 1st years are 16, the 2nd years are 17, and so on and so-forth. But still, even if that is the case and they did actually age up, your first instinct was to SEXUALIZE them??? 😭😭 I know that it is not that serious, but sexualizing the pjsk cast was a problem even beforehand, even though they're all inferred to be MINORS 💥💥 can't we go back to like. focusing on them as actual characters. or somethign

What dinosaurs and other prehistoric animals would have loved a good head rub?? Which ones would have flopped over for some under-the-chin scritches??? Would some of them have headbutted you to ask for more affection like a cat??? Did some make happy sounds, like purring???

This is information I need. I need to know. Animals today exhibit these behaviors so it's pretty likely they could have done so in the past too!!

The idea of them being affectionate towards each other as well (as opposed to how they're often portrayed hunting/fighting/being scary) makes me happy too. I desperately wish we could see how they behaved.

It is once again that time where I re-realize that dinosaurs aren't just cool creatures in the media, they're literally animals that used to exist in the past, and they weren't monsters or anything, they were just animals.

I think it's really interesting how people try to say that Saiura is a much better ship than Saiteru...because their only reasoning is that "they're soulmates" yet we never got a full elaboration on what soulmates could define for Aiura.

And even then, Saiki and Aiura are not close, even aiura herself doesn't consider to be friends with Saiki and claims that "we end up being more like strangers" when talking about her and Saiki. They never talk, and all Aiura does is try to corner him every time, to which Saiki is uncomfortable with and annoyed by reasonably too.

Aiura has a very wrong and flawed perspective on who Saiki really is. She literally assumes he's some sadistic guy playing hard to get.. or whatever her words were, she thinks that he would enjoy sexual things (he would not 😭) because all she's doing is that she's projecting on to him. Lied about her and Saiki dating and doing..... things to which made Saiki uncomfortable and awkward visibly. Idek what to call this.

Did not want mention this either but in the manga, she tried to SA saiki, with some so called "lucky feel moment" (when two people get into a inherently sexual situation, one knowing and one not knowing of this.) That's literally weird AF.

Anyways....

She has no idea or concept on who Saiki is. It's so far off from him that it's an entirely new person. Not to mention, she does not like Saiki at all romantically, though. The only thing that has her invested with him is that he might be "Sadistic", oh Aiura... 😭...

It proves further on that she has never had feelings romantically at all and still does not, she is only "fascinated " with this idea of Saiki.

We also need to talk about how uncomfortable saiki is from aiura by a lot. She doesn't respect his boundaries at all, thinks knowing his secret is something she owns

and tries to use to her advantage, tried to make saiki do some weird favor (obviously inappropriate implications to which Saiki said no to immediately before she could add anything).

First, Yuri has never implied he wanted any sexual relations with his sister, the most he has said is he loves her and wants to marry her, and that isnt weird if you put in the context that Yuri and Yor are both children who suffered from the war. They didnt have parents to take care of them, that burden was put onto Yor as the older sibling. Yuri looks up to her for that and wants to prove to Yor that he can protect them too. Yuri doesnt understand the complexities of love because he was never taught it, he loves his sister and wants to protect her and has gotten his feelings confused for wanting to marry her. "but hes so weird around loid" IN HIS CHILDHOOD IT WAS ONLY HIM AND HIS SISTER HE IS GOING TO HAVE TROUBLE TRUSTING OTHERS.

They grew up in a war, A WAR. Thats going to have a mental toll on your character, Yuri has taken this by wanting to protect who he loves. Yuri doesnt have anyone outside of Yor he is going to be confused on what his love means.

Loid has mentioned how he is jealous of Yors and Yuris relationship because its so close, and they have eachother to rely on, something Loid didnt get as a child. Loid doesnt see Yuri as a threat to him and Yor.

You can see how he grows through the story and accepts that Yor has found another person to trust and rely on and he doesnt have to carry that burden alone. He has slowly been letting go and giving Loid a chance to be there for Yor and Loid has proven he can and will be there for her, and yuri is grateful and even takes up tutoring Anya, it doesnt work out but he still tries to be supportive to his sister.

In conclusion Yuri briar did not ruin the plot of spy x family with a weird incest trope, if you look at the dialoge and think deeper in on the story, you can observe Yuris growth as a person.
