It's Blue Monday!
Blue Monday is statistically the most depressed day of the year!
It's dark and cold and the holiday season is over in the western world. If you're feeling down, you're not alone.
Try to cut yourself some slack today and remember to be kind to yourself!

Try some yoga if you're feeling adventurous [ I recommend yoga with adriene on youtube ]
Cook or order a delicious meal
Spend time with a pet
Become a blanket burrito
