Day 142 and it's core day. I'm down to 14 stone 6 pounds and have lost 3 stone so far. I won't ever stop and I'm looking forward to the major figure on the scale reading 13 stone.
Today’s workouts! I always choose the “daily workout” in Fitness Boxing 2 and it rotates the exercises nicely. In RingFit Adventure it was core day which finished world 20.
Last but not least, my good ol staple - Ring Fit Adventure. I was exhausted when I started this today as I didn’t sleep much but as soon as I got going I really picked up.
My other daily workout and today it was leg day. I was wearing ankle weights, a weighted belt and used 50lbs weights on my wide squats. Really good session (difficulty lvl 30). Also I have decided to pick mountain climbers until I learn to love it!!
My final workout of the day was the waist set. I love my Switch. I'm interested in beat saber for the PSVR but right now, two fitness games along with my wrist weights, ankle weights and weighted belt is fine 😅
When choosing my exercises today I used the "all" category and chose Abs. It's much better if it chooses as it makes for a more targeted, intense session
