Sans' 1 HP being like a disability he needs to accommodate for. I saw someone somewhere else write about this but it's genuinely so good. Him sleeping to overload his health beyond the max 1 HP, him constantly being around sources of HP (food), him not really doing stuff that might drain his energy and HP
