Shiny Hunting - Blog Posts
All the shinies I have caught by myself in violet/scarlet so far. The sandile, wooper, and geodude i caught in my violet file while the others and the recent swablu in my scarlet file. :) i have a duskull, chimchar, sandshrew, morpeko, and jangmo-o shinies but they are all suprised trades, so i feel they don't really count.
was just going through one of the areas just checking to make sure i got everything before heading into another area and this guy decided to run into me. :o
So i'm trying to get full 10 research for my Hisuian dex because apparently thats how you get the shiny charm /sigh/ but as I was trying to finish the Obsidian Fields area this lil dude just pops up.
I DIDN'T EVEN USE A SANDWICH!! :O I was just trying to find a shiny Flamigo.
currently Shiny hunting in pokemon right Now! i would Really Like a Shiny sylveon so i am Biking back and Forth across a Bridge to get the Eggs to hatch!
(i would like to Specify: in the video game! i am not currently riding a bike on a bridge in real life!)

My beautiful boy is turning 100!! So far sadly he’s my only alpha shiny, but as you can see he definitely wasn’t planned!! I was outbreaking for Chimchar, and seen the static Infernape that’s always there was PINK!! I couldn’t believe it until I got closer and got the sparkles as proof. He was full odds as well! My proudest catch in this game yet, I don’t think anything could top this.

Want a free shiny? (It’s real I swear, on Arceus)
been doing some Tera raids, getting some cool shinies, and I actually got a dupe. I know have two shiny Metangs. I might use one of them in the futures, if not for a play through, maybe for battles, but their sibling is kinda just gonna rot in the box. So if anyone wants a free shiny Metang, soon to be Metagross, hit me up! I got a ton of shines from old games I restarted, like a few from my first Legends Arceus play through, that I’d love to give to a new loving trainer! None of the Pokemon given will be stat trained whatsoever, don’t expect good stats or to be EV trained. As of now, I have a Hisuian shiny Braviary, Infernape, Kleavor, Ursaluna, Hisuian Goodra, Hisuian Avulaug, and Hisuian Electrode & Zorarok. Most of which have some pretty cringey names, sorry, I don’t think I could change them now. Only contact if you plan to use these Pokemon, some of these I care a lot about, which is why I don’t want them to rot in the PC. Thanks in advance! :3

Plus, just rememberedd I have like, 6 boxes left of Jangmo-o and Litwick eggs. Odds say I should have a shiny in at least one of those eggs. Heres hoping! :3

kinda got most of the shiny pokemon I wanted. Probably gonna go for a starter. I already have a shiny Primarina(fave started till death) but I technically don’t get them. They were traded. But I love her like my own. Maybe shiny Chicorita(she’s cute, useless, but cute). Would Cinderace or Meowsarada, but I don’t really like for their shinies. Idk. Def gonna post when I find one! :3

I think Mesuda method hunting is my new favorite kind of hunting, and I’m not sure why. Going for shiny Jangmo-o. Mesuda is kinda the only way I can get it, don’t have the dlc (didn’t I say that already?)

did not know mesuda method was in gen 9. Just traded for a Japanese ditto. Gonna spend another bajillion hours to farm eggs :’(

Egg hunting shiny Litwick, about a box and a half through put off three and a half bixes worth of eggs. Dont have dlc(got Chandelure in an online raid, bred it with a ditto) and am a bit worried that because i dont have it i wont be able to find the shiny, but im gonna keep trying! :3
