BORUTO & NARUTO

So I am now currently watching Boruto and I have to say It's not that bad.

But don't get me wrong. Naruto is still far more enjoyable anime than Boruto. (for me of course).

Boruto series has a really good characters and the best for me are : Mitsuki, Shikadai, Himawari, Konohamaru and Boruto (and yes Boruto is sometimes acting like a brat, but I cherish him anyway) ❤️

I want to apologise to Sarada fans, but I don't like her that much, but that also doesn't mean that I hate her. No. I just can't find the way to her character.

And the old generation of Naruto: I love every single one of them.

Their journey was always inspiring to me and through out the series I laughed with them and cried for them. (seriously Naruto is the first anime that made me cry more then 5 times and I do not cry much)

.............. Let's talk about the ships...........

Ok so I don't ship hetero pairs, but I also don't mind or judge people who do.

Naruto series: Sasunaru (how unpredictable)

Kakairu

Kakaobi (their history and friendship was so sad, that every time I see those scenes my eyes are automatically wet)

Madatobi

Hashimada

Sakuino

Sakuhina

Shikaneji (I really adore this ship even if it's not that famous)

Izutobi

Madaobi (they were alone together for some time in that cave..... You know?)

Hidashika (OK I know this ship is toxic as fuck, but you know I love these kinds of relationships)

Itashisu (and anothet tragic love story, like almost every single one in this show)

Itasasu (I know this is the part where some of you will be horrified, but I don't really care that they are brothers. It's the creators fault that they are so pretty together and my sick gay ass is constantly thinking about them fucking each other)

Indraashu (another incest. I'm sorry. Wait. No. Not. Really.)

Hashitobi (wow and another one)

Boruto series: Mitsuboru (this is my favourite ship from this show so far and it's practically Canon. You can't tell me otherwise. Boruto is just following in his father's footsteps.)

Sekiemitsu ( I don't know the name for this ship so I made my own, if someone know the actual name of it, please write it down)

After that marvelous Shisuita episode, I felt I had to draw them v.v Here. Matching portraits =D (Smuty says “creeeeepyyyyyy portraits” in the background)

They were both Dark Jedi (i.e., Jedi fallen to the dark side; Shisui has sociopathic tendencies and doesn’t really care about stuff that doesn’t amuse him, and Itachi keeps him sane is like. For the fifth time this star cycle Shisui you cannot kill shopkeepers who don’t give you what you want. Shisui. Shisui put your lightsaber down.). Itachi lost Shisui to Light Jedi, and it broke Itachi; Madara took this chance to reclaim his wayward apprentice.

Itachi kills Madara, and takes Sasuke as his apprentice, knowing that as the cycle continues, his little brother will eventually kill him as the final test - but not before they find the Jedi who took Shisui from him, and slaughter them.

Dark Jedi are just concerned with themselves. Sith want to destroy everything in their path and rule the galaxy.

Okay, so spoilers for the apothecary diaries

Also, there are some heavy topics here, so be warned

Okay light context:

Old emperor :creep

Lady Anshi: dowager empress

Lady Ah Dou: concubine of current emperor

So I've been thinking about the implications of Lady Ah Dou and Anshi's babies being switched at birth.

Anshi understandably so could not love the baby she had later in life. The baby came as a result of her revenge on the old emperor. Honestly, I don't blame her for it. She took revenge on the man who sexually abused her since she was 9 or 10 years old, and while it is wrong, I completely understand where she came from. It was the culmination of years of abuse, then being ignored and forgotten entirely, while she had to live with the abuse that was done to her and live with the knowledge that countless other girls were actively suffering as a result of the emperor. And yes I do understand he suffered abuse at the hands of his mother, so it's likely a result of that. The show handles the cyclical nature of abuse very well, especially in the time period. Except we dont see Anshi going on to rape other men too. She rapes the man who raped her and as a result, becomes pregnant. The situation obviously traumatised the old emperor, too. He now had to live with seeing his rapist around and carry that trauma, the same way Anshi and the countless other little girls had to do for decades.

but back to my main point.

Ah Dou was concerned her son would not survive and she wanted him to. So they switched their babies it was a mutually beneficial thing to them. However the implications of it.

We know, mao mao is incredibly intelligent and has figured it out more or less. Could it be possible that another high-ranking government official has figured out that Jinshi is infact the heir to the throne. Considering that twice now he has had an attempt on his life. And a certain high ranking official who pushed for his daughter to become a concubine who also happens to look similar to Shisui, who happens to be the younger sister of Suirei, who orchestrated the first attempt on Jinshis life. Is it also not such a coincidence that there are foreign envoys present in the village that Suirei has taken MaoMao to. Western foreign envoys which coincidentally, the gun used in the second attempt on Jinshis life was western made. And another coincidence it happened at the father of Concubine Loulans retreat. Who looks suspiciously similar to Shisui, who's related to Suirei.

And no, I haven't read the light novels or manga or seen spoilers, so this is purely speculative.
