scoobie will be the main star of my regular ol' gameplay for a while. she is absolutely adorable, i really really love her. she grew up in run down apartment complex in carcophagous corner, strangerville. she's got a killer adventurous streak so spends all her time outside, and she's a little awkward so she prefers having a tight inner circle rather than masses of friends. she can be found lounging around with her dog eggy attached to her hip (eggy below for reference)

i wrote a small about me page, so feel free to have a read to get to know me a little better. i can't trust myself to commit to a challenge so i'll stick to what i know i can commit to which is normal gameplay posts. i've been having so much fun the last few weeks hunched over my laptop for hours messing about in photoshop with all the cute templates people have made and i want to share them with likeminded people. no post schedule but i'm going to make myself hyper-aware of my account so i don't forget! because that is something i absolutely do ಠ_ಠ

Thank God 2 Still remains in pristine condition *knocks on wood so EA doesn't get any ideas*, despite the fact Microsoft is making harder and harder to run legacy software, where there's a will there's a way. As for the state of 4... I would really like to know where are EAs investors , I just want to talk.

Soooo i just got tiny living for my sims 4 game. Spent hours making a cute lil family, just a mom and toddler daughter living in a tiny home. With a biiig garden yard. Mom had a Murphy bed down stairs, toddler had the upper loft area.. litterially the FIRST NIGHT of the FIRST TIME im using this oack and the murphybed, the mom gets killed by the bed! Litterially the first time i used it!...just sims things!
Ah yes the sims 4. Theres a fire on the lot on the baby bassinet, cant put the fire because my sim cant reach as its /on/ the bassinet. Cant move bassinet because fire on the lot. Cant put out fire becauseon the bassinet

CLEAR BLOOM – ReShade for TS4 by amoebae
Clear Bloom was initially created to take advantage of my Full Bloom MultiLUT atlas, and to provide a clear and colourful, but soft, preset that looks good in all worlds.

Since the release of Seasons, it is quite difficult to create stylised ReShade presets that look good at all times in all worlds in all weathers, because the lighting can vary so dramatically.
Clear Bloom is intended to be a hands-on preset. I have set up quite a few different effects that can be turned on or off in different locations to get the most out of just one preset. If you don’t like opening the ReShade GUI and turning effects on and off (or using the provided keybinds) this may not be for you.
A list of tips & tricks on how to use Clear Bloom is included in the download in a Read Me file.
The most important thing to note is that there are 4 LUTs from the Full Bloom MultiLUT atlas that I have used in my screenshots and built the preset around. They are: Capella, Catria, Gorgon, and mPhantom. I list some examples of which I prefer in which world in the Read Me file, but you can of course experiment and use any you like.

INSTALLATION
Please follow these steps precisely in this order (note: if you already have ReShade 3.4.1 installed you can skip to step 3):
Install ReShade 3.4.1 by running the ReShade_Setup_3.4.1.exe and following the instructions. Say ‘Yes’ to download the current shaders so it sets up the correct paths for you (we will overwrite them with the shaders for 3.4.1 in the next step)
Place the reshade-shaders folder from the main 3.4.1 shaders you downloaded above
Place the Shaders folder from the qUINT shaders you downloaded above into your reshade-shaders folder that is now in your Bin folder
Place the reshade-shaders folders from my Clear Bloom download into your Bin folder
Place amoe - Clear Bloom.ini in your Bin folder
Say ‘Yes’ whenever prompted to merge any folders and replace any files (some are modified versions of official shaders, which is why you need to install in this order).
If you have any problems, either with installation or using Clear Bloom, please let me know via Ask or Message.
If you see an error regarding the MagicBloom shader, go into your reshade-shaders>Shaders folder and delete it because Clear Bloom doesn’t use it.

Gilbert Baker's Pride Legacy: an LGBT Legacy Challenge
This Sims 4 challenge is based on Gilbert Baker’s original 8 stripe rainbow pride flag. Baker assigned each stripe a meaning connecting to the LGBT community. Each generation embodies one of these stripes and their meanings.
Every generation heir must complete their aspiration and reach the top level of their careers. Each heir must wear at least one item of their respective stripe colors at all times. Each heir can be any gender, including trans and nonbinary genders, unless specified otherwise. Each heir can be any sexuality, unless specified otherwise. The only rule: the main sim cannot be both cisgender and heterosexual/heteromantic. You are encouraged to hang the pride flag of your sim’s identity, whatever you decide it is.

Apply custom traits in CAS. You can assign more than one love language trait to a Sim. Each custom trait comes with 3 New Wants! Available to teens, young adults, adults, and elders. Any gender and sexuality.
Words of Affirmation (Emotional trait)-
These Sims like hearing what others appreciate or admire about them. They also like to return the favor.
Quality Time (Social trait)-
These Sims feel the most adored when their partner actively wants to spend time with them and is always down to hang out. Listening, eye contact, and full presence are crucially crucial!
Acts of Service (Social trait)-
These Sims believe that actions speak louder than words. They value going out of the way for their partner to make their life easier.
Gift Giving (Lifestyle trait)-
These Sims enjoy gifting something that is both physical and meaningful. Their main goal is to give things that matter to reflect a Sims value to them.
Physical Touch (Emotional trait)-
These Sims feel loved when they receive physical signs of affection, including kissing, holding hands, cuddling on the couch, and woohoo. Physical intimacy and touch can be incredibly affirming for them.

Not So Berry Legacy Challenge
Do you like the rainbow? Do you like the idea of playing with berry Sims but hate berry Sims? Do you want to mess around with aspects of the game you’ve never used before? Boy, do I have the challenge for you!
Welcome to the Not So Berry Legacy Challenge, a ten generation legacy with a focus on bright colors and new experiences.
Basic Rules:
Each heir must represent the color of the generation (i.e. hair, makeup, clothing), but brightly colored skin is not necessary (these aren’t actually berry Sims, that’s the joke). Of course, this is optional but a big portion of the fun.
The colors of the spouses don’t matter as they aren’t part of the challenge. Unless otherwise stated you can do whatever you please with them.
Money cheats can be used, but not excessively. Suggestion: use freerealestate for your first home, but no cheats afterward.
You may live wherever you please unless something is specified in the rules of a generation.
Every generation is supposed to complete both the career and aspiration of the heir unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Keep the lifespan on normal.
