I don't know if anyones said this before, but I have this idea in my head that between season 9 and 10, Hotguy must've done something that got him demoted
so he went from beloved Superhero to Permit Office Enforcement
I just think it's great.
(Also, bonus points when skizz gets promoted to superhero with his wind charge shenanigans and out ranks Hotguy)
