i paired these two together cause the design potential was eating away at my brain. two giant eldritch type characters combined. biblically accurate angel and deep sea horror. so good. they are ten feet tall and approaching fast.
i might draw skizz again on his own just to fully show how spooky he is. quite happy with how lizzie turned out though.
i accidentally deleted a couple lil silly comics and the original concept doodles cause im an idiot, redrawing them didnt give off the same vibes so i gave up on those. moment of silence for the extra content that once was 😔🕊️

Honestly I can also see it. My main AU is that they see each other as siblings, but there is a small part of me that loves them just cozy up by the fire place together, kissing. Most of the time tho, they platonic Skizzie.

Skizzleman keeps borrowing Mumbo's suits and ripping the sleeves off. Mumbo keeps borrowing Skizzleman's suits and sewing sleeves on. At this point neither of them knows who owns which suit but all of their suits have a thick ridge of old stitching at the arms
It's like a game now- every time they alter a suit they get one point, except both of them lost track ages ago and nobody has any idea who's winning.

Skizz being a formal boy, and Lizzie just being a "thief"
Skizz isn't unaware of the outside world. He's just... Not very familiar with it. He's used to having escorts, or accompanying his parents.
Not sneaking into town in a big cloak because Tango dared him to. Impulse did as well, but immediately panicked when Skizz actually agreed. By then it was too late! Skizz is never one to back down from a challenge.
And then, a very pretty woman twirls in front of him, hands on her hips.
"I have stolen from you five times already!" She exclaims and really, how do you respond to that? "I kept thinking, 'oh, this couldn't be this easy, right?' And then I'd keep taking things and you didn't notice. I don't even need any of this!" She pushes Skizz's cufflinks, handkerchief, wallet, pocket watch and pen back into Skizz's confused hands.
"Um, thank you-"
"So, I've decided to be your official guide to the streets." She continues, as if he hadn't spoken. "No, no, this is a job I'm willing to take on. I'm gonna teach you everything there is to know about surviving or my name isn't Lizzie."
Skizz doesn't even know if her name is Lizzie, but she's already taking his hand (items still in it) and dragging him along.
Tango owes him so bad for this.
