my new job is in security and they aren't as strict as the banks i've worked for in the past about phone verification mind you the data is just as serious but doctors engeneers get annoyed with verifying that much information it is the dumbest stresser because we have to match the clients energy around security when our standards are actually stricter someone with a common name wouldn't verify their last name and i got in trouble for it somehow a bank would never but customer's always right social engineering
