Meet Skull Vulcan
They're basically a horror themed Power Rangers/Sentai team consisting of a couple humans, a Frankenstein monster, a vampire, a werewolf and an alien.
Design wise, I took some inspiration from @mosquitoking's "Power Rangers Terror Force" artwork and put my own spin, like the skull shaped helmets and their changer belts, which utilize VHS tapes.
All of the designs you see here, I made on an app on my phone. It definitely took a while but I think I did alright with these.

Tokusatsu is a crazy TV show genre cuz the show will literally have the most emotionally compelling story ever told with action scenes keeping you on the edge of your seat, and then the hero pulls out a fucking Hasbro toy for a weapon.
My first time writing. A little snippet of a Power rangers fic.
Power Rangers MM: Tommy’s Accident Pt.1
“Tommy make sure to stretch before you start warming up.” The dojo instructor suggested to Tommy as he went back off to the side. Tommy began stretching alongside his five friends, Jason, Kimberly, Zack, Trini, Billy. About thirty minutes later the six friends comms started beeping and they all asked to be excused. The teacher excused them from the Dojo. They packed their book bag and went out of the Angel grove high school and answered their comms.
Tommy: “Zordon, come in, Zordon?”
Zordon: “Rangers, their’s a monster terrorizing citizens in downtown Angel Grove at a park.”
Tommy: “We’re on our way!”
Tommy and the rangers skateboard over to the park. They see the monster named Blackburn alongside some putties. The rangers take out their morpher’s and morph.
Tommy: “Dragonzord!”
Zack: “Mastadon!”
Kimberly: “Pterodactyl!”
Billy: “Triceratops!”
Trini: “Sabertooth tiger!”
Jason: “Tyrannosaurus!”
The Rangers morphed and got straight to work taking out Putties while Zack and Jason focused on Blackburn. Putties were attacking an old woman and she yelled “Help!” Tommy saw Blackburn try and shoot the old woman and Billy with a ray gun as he was helping her…. To be continued.
This is Royal Rockhopper. An OC I had living rent free in my head without a physical form for a year and a half.
I got the motivation to draw him after binging a whole season of Mighty Morphin' on Netflix, it's not perfect by any means but what can you do. Below you can find some stuff about him.
Royal is a part of a team of six sentai heroes.
He's one of those types that always tries to be cool and flashy but ends up causing more trouble than necessary. He still gets the job done however.
The Sixteenth Note on his jacket represents his fast finger speed when shredding on his keytar.
His keytar is an axe blaster hybrid. To shoot, he has to play a chord which fires a beam, but to rapid fire, he has to really shred it.
His Zord is a Rockhopper Penguin and it has two modes which are Standing and Tank. Standing can shoot missiles from hidden compartments on its belly, while tank has the penguin laying on its front while tank treads pop out so it can move about. Its mouth has a cannon that comes out of it which fires heavy artillery.
He also has a blue motorcycle which has laser guns on the front of it. He is a safe driver for the most part but does use it to run over enemies. (Not random pedestrians that pick a fight with him, but like the actual enemies his team fights on the regular)
There's the guy, hope you like him.

And I wanna talk about my favorite (and first) rider show kamen rider ex-aid!
The suits are amazing,I love the story,the characters are silly
(Especially since half of the cast is so serious despite the video game theme of the show)
The finishers are my absolute favorite things and the weapons are so colorful and fun and the amount of
TV SPECIALS AND MOVIES
This show has as absolutely INSANE,I still haven’t even watched them all!
Theres more I can talk about but I wanna keep this short and sweet
This franchise has changed my life for the better and I love this community
But thats it! Happy kamen rider anniversary and I’ll be back to posting school hopefully if school doesnt beat my fucking ass again
