Yup! Quite a few actually, a few of which have already been seen once or twice on the blog, and a few which haven't been mentioned at all!

Do you have any headcanons? Just, random ones that you would like to share right now?

Ok ok ok- so first of all, anybody notice the cast on lemmys foot in the Easter picture?

That's because his foot is naturally bent weirdly, so he wears a kinda cast to help him walk easier, he just doesn't need it when he's on his circus ball cus the curve of the ball lines up with the curve of his foot which makes it easy to walk with, the reason his foot is bent is due to his premature birth, Lemmy and Iggy are twins but Lemmy had to be Surgically removed from their shared egg early due to complications and he couldn't be put back because it would have been a risk to his twin, Iggy, which is also why Lemmy is shorter and not as similar to Iggy as he would have been if he hatched at the correct time WITH Iggy.

Second of all, just random fact about Iggy, he has no dietary preferences, he would eat just about anything whether it's food or not, he doesn't unwrap his candy, he eats bananas with the peels on, and along with Jr, they both randomly bite people for no reason.

Third of all, this one is unrelated to the koopalings or any major characters on the blog, but in this universe, paratroopas do not naturally have ears, and therefore they are all completely deaf and primarily communicate through sign language and dance, this was also shown in the Easter doodle I did with the two paratroopas in the corner.

(I don't know sign language btw so if I ever show it in the future, be aware that it may be wrong cus I just kinda googled it for this) The left one is just asking how many Easter eggs the right ones collected so far and the right one is saying 4, or in this case they're saying 3 because I only draw my characters with 4 fingers and their thumb is down so... ... You get the jist of it.

Fourth of all, ages have changed for the main cast aka the koopalings! Lemmy is a few weeks older than iggy, (y'know, with the premature hatching)

Fifth of all, GOD does Larry like trains!! Big trains, small trains, toy trains, real trains, toy trains that look real, real trains that look fake, red trains, blue trains, grey trains, brown trains, cargo trains, passenger trains, old fashioned trains, bullet trains, ALL THE TRAINS, he knows SO many unnecessary facts about them and he knows exactly how nearly EVERY model of train which ever existed in this universe works!!! All the inner mechanisms, all the different outer design features, he also knows all the models by name, and he has SO MANY model trains in his room, all of which are extremely detailed. (This idea is entirely based off of the fact that his paper Mario color splash battle was set on a moving train. Ps: Op has not actually played paper Mario colorsplash)

Sixth of all, dark land is VERY thoroughly covered in ash, soot, burning embers etc due to the raging lava rivers and active volcanic geysers in certain parts of darkland, so majority of any fabrics or materials used for clothing and buildings are nearly IMPOSSIBLE to set aflame, and majority of the people/species which live there have thick burn resistant skin and very strong lungs which are great at filtering the ash and stuff out in order to use the oxygen which the ash and soot is mixed with.

Seventh of all (yes I know this is getting long) none the species which natively inhabit this universe are human, the only humans here are the Mario Brothers which immigrated from the "real world" (I.e our world) which means, speaking outside of darkland, princess toadstool and princess daisy? Nonhuman, any other possible residents of this universe which would appear human in the canon Mario universe? Nonhuman as well, the princesses resemble the people they rule over a bit more than they do in the original Mario canon, you will see this when I post a picture of the meeting which Ludwig and Bowser went to during Easter at peaches castle soon.

That's all I can remember for now, lotta them were general universe "head canons" rather than koopaling head canons, but hey, who cares???

What are/were the Broodals' parents like? (Are they still alive? Do they live together?)

Yes! These two are still alive, and they do live together, but, they do live pretty far away from their kids (the broodals) at the moment, so don't count on seeing em much (for now).

The father, on the left, is named Jamison & he is 42. The mother, on the right, is named Dahlia and she is 43.

Dahlia is a strong woman with a gambling addiction, she can lie on the spot and can read most people like an open book, she also tends to be great at persuading people and negotiating, she was a very caring mother, treated all her kids like they were the most precious things in the world, and she enjoys writing books and poems, terrible at cooking though. When she was younger she used to help her sister, Madame broode, (I'll come up with a first name for her later) with her wedding business, but has since retired from that job (The broodals took her place when she left) and has taken up a path of architectural design.

Jamison is a caring man which has always been a fan of stage plays, he used to take his children (the broodals) to go see them (they hated it), and often quotes his favorite plays when he gets the chance, He's in a wheelchair because he broke one of his legs and it's still healing (don't ask how he broke it), he was like a stay at home dad while his wife went out and worked, (and also gambled a little on the side, thankfully this never led to any major losses, she was good at limiting the amount she spent at the casino), he's very close with all his children, but probably the closest with harriet, he always saw her as pretty lively and enjoyable to be around, of course he treated all the broodals equally, she was just his secret favorite, don't expect any more to this guys description, I'm clean out of ideas.

These two are non-askable characters by the way (for the time being)

కᩏꫀ᭙ꪖꪹᡶ Is pretty neutral about both his parents, he visits them more often than the others, he finds it comforting to visit his old home sometimes and enjoys the company of his parents, it's just... Familiar, and less hectic than constantly traveling around with his siblings and his auntie, Madame broode.

ɾαɳɠσ Is also mostly neutral, and also secretly kind of liked going to stage plays with his father when he was younger, but he'd never admit it. He doesn't really visit them unless all his other siblings are going.

Ｔｏｐｐｅｒ Takes a very strong liking to his father, and thus got a very similar hat to Jamison, he always found his parents and old home nice, since the place it's in is relatively calm, and he doesn't feel as on edge or feel the need to constantly be alert there, since, well he grew up there, same as spewart, it's familiar.

𝐻𝑎𝑟𝑟𝑖𝑒𝑡 Is also pretty neutral about both her parents, though she always thought her mom was pretty cool. She used to claw the seats whenever her dad took her to another stage play, it was boring, and she had nothing to do, and she just could not sit still, she needed to move.

And lastly is Spewart!

Well for one thing he is BARELY holding his shit together, has never had a day that wasn't stressful, is constantly on the verge of either screaming or sobbing, tries to be patient with his siblings but has actually given up about 9 years ago, wakes up at 4 in the morning everyday so he can get everything done before anyone's awake, has not gotten a drop of sleep at any time AT ALL, somebody help this man he is literally falling apart, but at least he gets 1 hour of alone time to calm down before Harriet wakes up!! But to be honest, Harriet is actually pretty alright to be around in the morning, she's calm in the morning, therefore Spewart gets another few hours to calm down, before rango and topper wake up, Spewart can absolutely NOT stand rango, he doesn't even try with him, but anyways! Spewart is also probably the kindest of the broodals, considering topper would literally rip you to bits, rango is generally an asshole.... Usually, and Harriet..... She just kinda ignores everyone, so yeah..... sorry that's all I could think of. (Edit: he's also great in combat due to having 11 years of suppressed rage!...... I think I butchered this character a little too much-)

Alright now we're doing rango! The smug bastard. (These aren't in age order btw)

Rango, the youngest out of the broodals, he is an extremely sore loser, and if he wins he's gonna be rubbing it in everyone's face, and he will brag for months afterwards, and if he ends up being right about something, he is so god damn smug, and he will absolutely say I told you so, every time, and he definitely isn't someone who'd resort to physical violence, and he only does light teasing, is terrible at comforting people, he usually just ends up slowly walking away to find someone else to deal with it, generally does care, just has no idea what to do in that situation, also has only ever teased spewart, and some of his quote on quote "friends"..... They don't like him..... They REALLY don't like him- he isn't trying to be annoying, he's just generally annoying, also he has gaslit every person he's ever known.... Or at least tried, and he also hates strawberry yogurt for some reason, he hates the texture of yogurt in general, but absolutely despises strawberry flavored things, also he has terrible Reflexes and very delayed reactions to things,

Alrighty, the first one we got here is topper!

Topper is the eldest of the broodals and also the shortest for no particular reason, He's also extremely paranoid and jumpy, very easy to startle, and very over protective of his siblings, and not one to back away from a fight. He has extremely good reflexes and can dodge just about anything, which makes it hard to hit him in combat. And he very rarely let's his guard down, also he is often sceptical of new people, and very aggressive towards them, (*(will not let his siblings near anyone he doesn't know, or generally feels is a threat)*) throws a lot of empty threats, and rarely goes through with them, but will absolutely bite you if you get too close, no warning either, just randomly bites you when you get withing 7 feet of him or his siblings, moral of the story don't invade his giant personal bubble unless you want to get beaten to a pulp and lose all your limbs, but depending on the occasion he could just scurry away, it's a gamble of life and death, but if he doesn't notice you somehow and you touch him, he's gonna have a fucking panic attack and he'll be screaming for the next seven hours, anyways! I think I stuck too long on that part- but anyways he's not very jumpy in the morning, he's too tired and most likely wouldn't notice if you punched him in the face multiple times in a row, he just doesn't process anything when he wakes up, so if your gonna hug him, or if you wanna beat him up for some reason, you should do it in the morning...... Yeah that's all I could come up with I know it's crappy, have a good day..... Pretty sure I contradicted myself multiple times in that paragraph-

Sure anon! In fact I was already planning on it!
