Luckily my partner’s mother’s birthday is in about a week, so I have a good excuse to make it soon. 😌👌 🍰 (If you want my advice, though, do not attempt the accompanying honey buttercream frosting. It melts at room temperature, which I learned—you guessed it—the hard way. Go with something sturdier like this instead.)
