Ăa y est... la pĂąte est prĂȘte pour aujourd'hui?

La Chandeleur (fĂȘte des chandelles) est une ancienne fĂȘte paĂŻenne et latine, devenue ensuite une fĂȘte religieuse catholique. Il existe encore de nos jours toute une symbolique liĂ©e Ă la confection des crĂȘpes. Une tradition qui remonte Ă la fin du Ve siĂšcle et liĂ©e Ă un rite de fĂ©conditĂ© qui consiste Ă faire sauter les crĂȘpes de la main droite en tenant une piĂšce d'or dans la main gauche afin de connaĂźtre la prospĂ©ritĂ© pendant toute l'annĂ©e. Mais aussi, les crĂȘpes avec leur forme ronde et leur couleur dorĂ©e rappelleraient le Soleil enfin de retour aprĂšs les longues nuits dâhiver,  moment de l'annĂ©e oĂč les jours s'allongent de plus en plus vite.Â
