I'm not okay. Took a mental health day to do my part and make some art about it. No matter the opposition, we won't be erased. A world without trans people has never existed, and it never will! 🏳️⚧️
May this piece be a small light in the darkness for those in need of comfort and hope. Feel free to share/re-post elsewhere if this resonates with you. Just please make sure you include the alt text!

Obviously big religious trigger warning for this one yall. I had to step back because it was too close for me. But from what I read was a pretty great book. I have another of his books that is almost at the top of the reading pile and looking forward to it.

Yep! Safe space for everyone. The only kind of weird not allowed here is the predatory kind.
Also ... I myself am a werid tranny, so I fuckin hope my blog is safe for myself.
Right, considering the current state of corporate politics on this site, and that it seems that only those affected seem to be actively speaking on the matter, it is up to I, the only fucking cishet on tumblr, to drag this out to a wider audience.
We need to show these higher ups how much we truly value them.
Fuck yeah! Genuinely keep forgetting that and trying to force myself into a box that never fit and will never fit.
Be unapologetically you. Anyone who judges you for the pieces of cloth wrapped around your fleshy form, or the ink you've put beneath your skin, or the medicine you take to exist as yourself, can wallow in the shallow pools they have confined themselves to.
Shoutout to butch/masc trans women you don’t owe anyone femininity
Shoutout to feminine trans men you don’t owe anyone masculinity
Shoutout to non binary people you don’t owe anyone gender conformity (and should be allowed to commit tax fraud)
Not trans visibility day, but still well worth reposting.
Today we are spotlighting a few of the books from our LGBTQ+ Collection that highlight trans lives and issues. Check out the photo captions to find out what books the images came from.
International Transgender Day of Visibility was created in 2009 by therapist and transgender activist Rachel Crandall Crocker, partially as counterweight to Trans Day of Remembrance, a day of memoriam for all those lost to transgender violence. Crocker wanted “a day that we can just celebrate being ourselves.” More recently, Crocker spoke about the double-edge sword of visibility for trans folks, and called on allies of trans people to make themselves more visible. So for all the cis people reading this, think hard about how you are going to show up for the trans community today, and every day.

Recently, I was over at my aunt n uncle's house, and he was getting rid of a bunch of old clothes. I had just come out at this point, and a lot of my family was struggling with accepting me. But my aunt handed me the basket of things to go to goodwill and told me to take whatever I wanted from it.
I've always admires his style. He's a STEM college professor and always wears the coolest button-downs and blazers. And now I have a Ton of them!
I dont know, but the support meant a lot to me, and means I now have a professional masc-presenting wardrobe.

Binding makes me so indescribably happy, even on days I feel more feminine, cause my chest is always a source of dysphoria for me no matter where I am on the gender spectrum that day. Anyway my binder makes me happy just wanted to share some trans joy! Hope whoever reads this has a good day. :D
