You ever just stay up until like 4 am and then your like “well if I go to sleep now I won’t wake up for school tomorrow so I might as well just stay up” and then you do and then fall asleep at school and then fall asleep when you get home and get a full nights sleep and then the cycle starts again? Or instead of getting a full nights sleep your insomnia decides to kick in and you stay awake again and don’t sleep for about a week??
