Also, I thought I would share these two pictures that I took (the first one in summer and the second one in autumn). I’ve already shared these pictures and the charity event on Instagram because I want to help out. I know I don’t have many followers but at least I tried to help. And you should too!

The Silent Watcher is a YouTube channel that I really love, because their nature observation videos are up to 10 hours long and great for playing in the background while I'm working, meditating, or going about my day.
The wash of white noise that the river provides is soothing, while the visuals are otherworldly and put nature's beauty on display. 🍁
