I always liked Quinte.

Mainly because of how Dante and Quincy look together in an aesthetic sense.

BUT then their little cannon dynamic came out.

Now you may be wondering....what dynamic??? They barely interacted in game- yES that is true, Quinte began as a rarepair crackship.

BUT. HEAR ME OUT.

The winter event gave this ship quite the assortment of ~crumbs~.

What I'm talking about is the way Dante is trying his damn hardest to be respectful towards Quincy. Tries his best not to offend him....HE'S BEING SO SUBMISSIVE-

Like the in the carving that boat scene???

Dante was like "ew who did that it's so plain 🙄"

And Quincy responded with the least amount of chalanting ever "I made it what's wrong with it"

Dante iMMEDIEATELY FOLDED LIKE

"nOOO I DIDN'T MEAN TO OFFEND"

It was so funny

Immediately rewired my brain towards them

THEY HAVE THE PERFECT "schoolboy crush" DYNAMIC.

DANTE IS TRYING TO IMPRESS QUINCY SO BAD AND QUINCY'S JUST LIKE: 👍

He yearns for the dilfy embrace in silence....

Like you wouldn't catch Dante DEAD seeking for the approval of others.

But idek there's something about being sometimes acknowledged by an aloof forest daddy that makes him a little giddy...
