sleep okay but actually i sleep so much better now turns out the main thing stopping me was the dark thoughts and fear that comes with later hours i now actually sleep about 7 hours a night and take a nap during the day but im disabled with a pain disorder i need all the sleep i can get

literally me turns out I’m way too gullible it’s actually insane I knew a guy who I thought was just a shy nerd who had relationship issues because of the wrong people HE was the “wrong people” and while every one else had suspicious vibes off of him and almost all my friends avoided him I was like “he’s so nice he’s just a little weird but he’s so sweet” actually crazy
