So. I may have told an idea about an au for twst that is like the reversed version of @fluffle-writes 's au. I love their au and I just wanna make stuff for this idea. Idk what to do other than skits and ideas. But ye. (I am going back to my weirdcore/dreamcore/kidcore roots, for the mutuals that know.)

Okay. SO I like to think about Twisted Wonderland being a world of entities existing and a human stumbles upon it. But imagine it the other way around for a moment. An entity (either with or without powers) coming from some sort of liminal dream world, somehow stumbling into an all boys mage education institution. Just like

I can see this version of Yuu having a camera for a head maybe. Or an oddly obscured head that looks like one of those images where they overlay a ton of people's faces over each other to get the average appearance, except a lot of them are misaligned and constantly shifting - so it looks vaguely human-sghaped but it's twitching and turning but also staying in place and you can't recognise any features idk lol

Yuu would be kinda in-between the height of Idia and Ortho but Grim would be like an actual kitty for them! They can still be magicless, but maybe they still warp reality around themself when they interact with the world around them. Ace breaks an egg when they're standing too close and the spiders thing happens to him. Yuu gets cheese like Weirdcore Trey did and baffles Trey severely.
Crowley can't threaten them into helping with Octavinelle because he doesn't want to be known as the guy who let Yuu loose in their world - but they get caught up in everything anyway because they're curious to a fault and also their kitty is being hurt by some bastards.
They think human hair looks edible at one point and tries to take a bite out of Riddle's ahoge. They get a long lecture about it lmao.
I wonder if it'd be better to have Weirdcore Yuu be slightly younger actually... That way they'd only be about 7 feet tall and they can act more childishly - which could be even funnier for the TWST cast to deal with. Like, what do you mean they're bigger than Malleus (HORNS INCLUDED) and they're only, like, 10 or something. They're still growing!? When do they stop growing!?

Lmao I wonder how many 'xyz incidents' there'd be in the Weirdcore AU. Like, there's the eye goop incident, spider egg incident, and mandrake incident. There's probably a bunch of other weird shit that Yuu can manage to get into
Imagine if they get stuck in a mirror (not the dorm mirrors, some other mini pocket dimension. Maybe like a bathroom), and to the Weirdcore guys getting out of a mirror is like unlocking a stall for a public bathroom and stepping out, but Yuu can't figure out how to unlock it so Ace and Deuce have to call Crowley or someone to get them out
(inspired by 6 year old me who had to be freed from a public bathroom by some firemen lmao)

Weirdcore AU Masterlist Here!
Tada! It's Malleus! I had tons of help from @lumabeansta - who came up with most of the ideas for this particular edit!
If you look closely enough, you can see that the scaled wings that Malleus has here are made from edited bat wings! I realised that bat wings were the closest to reptilian-looking/dragon wings that I could find - and I think it's kinda funny that I took an image of a bat's wings to make the wings here.
I was only able to add one eye to the tail without it looking weird in a it-doesn't-work way instead of a kinda-cool-kinda-creepy way, so I put a bunch of eyes on his wings instead! I also added some horns with flame details, and a transparent lantern head so that it looks even cooler!
I couldn't really figure out how to get the thorns to work and look good though (โ ๏ฝกโ โขฬโ ๏ธฟโ โขฬโ ๏ฝกโ ) 'twas a bit too tricky for lil ol' me - I may take a crack at adding some at a later date though! I hope you like this edit!
