Mabel Pines and Bill Cipher sit on the couch in the living room of the Mystery Shack, watching TV in the dark. They both look nervous and intently focused. A voice from the TV says "Can you keep an even bigger secret? I think it worked."
The voice continues: "Your new friend is somewhere in your house." Mabel and Bill both look very freaked out.
A loud clattering sound comes from the other room, causing Mabel and Bill to both scream in terror. Mabel grabs onto Bill as he throws an arm out in front of her protectively.
Dipper Pines comes rushing into the doorway, holding a bag of chips and looking panicked. He yells "Oh my gosh what?! What's happening!? Are you guys okay?!"
Bill and Mabel look up and realize it was just Dipper who made that noise. Bill is still holding an arm out in front of Mabel.
Bill and Mabel both burst out laughing, looking relieved, embarrassed, and amused all at once.
Mabel and Bill continue cracking up as Dipper looks embarrassed and confused, asking "What?! What's funny? What did I do?!?"

they’re watching Mandela Catalogue… mainly just because i wanted an excuse to draw Bill instinctively doing the “throw arm out in front of child protectively” thing. the “dad arm” as i like to call it.
