I feel so exhausted for today. Hungry and thirsty, not very good. I was trying to lose fat but its difficult to do that healthily without muscle and everything else. After finishing or reading higurashi I dont know I must make a rule not to deal with the tranime genre much more. It just makes me brainwashed so I think I pass out on umineko or any other bullshit if that is how theyre gonna end them.

It begins strong as horror but devolves to home alone happy comedy 1.5 hour skit sweet shittily didactically scripted. Indeed if author writes stories like these, I don’t think I can handle much shit including Satoko becoming evil, its like a fucking cartoon. I mean it is no longer mature whatsoever, it kind of fucking annoys me how japanese anime become such mix of mature elements written by a complete toddler.

the way we never actually know what ushiromiya battler was truly like bc eps 1-2 were written by sayo at her lowest most self loathing points and the rest were written by tohya frantically self inserting himself, trying to make sense of memories of a young man long dead. i think im gonna be sick

people who don't like the original sprites of higurashi/umineko are weak in my opinion. but i must confess that that used to be me. i too read the novels with the updated sprites first. that is something i will never be able to do undo regardless of how much i paint over the truth. but i saw the light, eventually. i found the earnest love that i had previously tossed aside so carelessly in favor of what i used to consider prettier! all it took was to open my mind just a little bit and consider things from different angles. and soon i was able to appreciate all the little things in the original sprites that the updated ones lack!!

what i wanted to say is, growth is possible. change is okay. read ryukishis novels with his sprites.

I'm living proof that there is not a single closeted When They Cry fan.

I ONLY READ 4 ARCS OF HIGURASHI and I already shill for this dammed franchise. My first ever reblog here is about the god damm "master" detective rat queen Erika Furudo I only saw a livestream of the first chapter of Umineko by @nezumiva (btw she is reading Higurashi rn check it out if you are interested in a slice of life, horror, mystery in the sleepy village of Hinamizawa (dam wars who?)).

I love all the characters so much Keiichi definetly the smartest man in the room Maebara def a specal ed kid too (Tatarigoroshi for my sorce), Rena best autism rep girl Ryugu, Mion I'm gonna force fem Keiichi if that's the last thing I'll do Sonozaki, Satoko master trap maker and best little sister Hojo and Rika I'm gonna be a little depressed shit because I can be Furude. No more characters bc no spoilers for T (WAIT THAT'S NOT HIS NAME WTH he is so sus now), M creepy af rn, S funny and creepy (how both?) and O Himatsubushi actualy makes me like him a little wtf.

So yeah go read the god damm vn (visual novel) on steam or watch @nezumiva s streams and her unreleated videos she deserves it!!!

Undertale seems to be "Higurashi but the game doesn't believe in mental illness". I shudder to think what way will Deltarune find to be a worse Umineko
