More like "Things I've written thinking about those two":

I hope our names can be together for eternity. In the same way, activists fighting for the same cause are linked by ideals. I want to be part of you just like that. I want to see your last name along with mine in history books, showing the world we are stronger together. We were the leaders and protagonists of change.

(Please ignore the fact that Vik doesn't have a last name in canon. In my mind, they sign as "Viktor & Jayce Talis"—as in, Viktor&Jayce TALIS)
