DOB: [your birthday]ย ย ย ย ย ย
Age: 21 โ> 24 โ> 27
Height: [your height]ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย
Weight: [your weight]
Place of birth: [home country]
Likes: being right, reading, killing nobles, Josephine, [home country]
Dislikes: William, men, being wrong (but she never is)
Currently [as of post time-skip] : ???
Worries: that she has set standards for herself to be too high to the point she feels she can't achieve her 'perfect' perception of herself. She also worries that the rest of the Moriarty group view her as incompetent due to her sex.
Ok but instead of falling onto a horse or carriage Sherlock falls into Liams arms. ๐คฃ๐
*During a case*
John: I am NOT letting you to take another step down these stairs!
Sherlock: Okay
Sherlock: *dives out of a window*
Liam, let's live. We both...have to live.
I wondered how was it like for Louis when the first time William fell into a deep sleep. They only had each other back then, would he be terrified upon seeing his brother sleeping like a log, or William would let him know beforehand that he's going to sleep?
William will look good in this. Where's my dear MTP artists? :D
Fabric study :)๐ค
"Doomed by the narrative" is sexy and all but i think the narrative wanting to save a character who is utterly set on dooming themselves isnt as much of a thing and it's so good as a concept
What I think for MTP Part 2?
-Fred backstory of course
-more stories with Louis being the leader
-more depth into the holmes brothers backstory
-might as well have a backstory reveal of the two blond brothers
-maybe JUST maybe we get a nation wide problem like (WW1)..?
-William being alive *might* get exposed
-smth will happen to the Queen?
-I can smell some angst
-Milverton's comeback
-some clashing opinions about William, whether he should be alive or no
-and please oh please let William reunite with Helena(I can explain this if you want) and those other people he had good connections/helped before(like the Burtons and his past students). I need smth emotional to break me in half...
-more sherliam?
Not gonna update anymore because I wanted to stay loyal to my predictions before Part 2 was released
Come here, look me in the eye, and tell me that he's straight
*blinks*
So you're telling me they're the same person???
*screams in confusion*
All right you lil shits
It's been a while since I noticed this but was too lazy to actually sign in and tell it but...
This is William James Moriarty's hand in the ending song of the anime where he's a child
Now if you look closer, you will be able to observe that only he is the one who's painting with his left hand and Louis and Albert are painting with their right.
Yes, yes, how did you never notice it before? Well...
These are screenshots from the ending song where they are depicted as children and if you look at William and Louis's clothes, they are wearing the rag clothes they wore as orphans or before they went murder-arson-happy on Albert's family. That also tells us that this is before William took upon the identity of Albert's real brother William.
But in the anime grown up William, or adult William, uses his right hand instead of left even though he obviously used to be left-handed as we discussed before.
And this is a screenshot from the opening song cuz I was too lazy to actually find a better scene but moving on...
Now my theory is that the real Williamโข was right-handed so when our Williamโข did some first-class-eighteenth-century-identity-theft, he had to learn to be right-handed in order to fit in.
In the end, I would like to conclude this by saying that WILLIAM USED TO BE LEFT-HANDED BUT BECAME RIGHT-HANDED BECAUSE HE STOLE THE-REAL-WILLIAMโข 'S IDENTITY HE HAD TO BECOME RIGHT-HANDED AND THAT HE'S PROBABLY F***ING AMBIDEXTROUS Y'ALL
Thank you.
I rest my case.
He felt this since childhood. Everyone is looking at him. When he was outside, he felt everyone's gaze on himself. It made his skin crawl. Despite the fact that every time he turned around to realize that no one was actually looking, he couldn't shake off this feeling. That horrifying thought always gnawed on his sanity. Everyone โ every single person โ is looking at his clothes, monitoring his footsteps, listening to his voice; everyone would not miss the chance to devour him the moment he slips up, the moment they see a flaw, a mismatch, inaccuracy. He felt like he was under constant scrutiny.
He had learned to live with it. His every thought, his every action and every word must comply with strict guidelines the society has set, must add to his perfect image and not subtract from it. In a new place he must choose the only correct path out of millions possibilities. One that would make him seem like a good person, good, trustworthy and righteous man. One that would earn him being treated with humanity and respect.
The feeling followed him into adulthood. Now, when he had taken on William's name, he must control his image with even more scrutiny. Is his voice low enough? Is his stance too relaxed? Does his body look normal enough? When he first saw himself in the mirror, the person he must be, he stopped eating. One pound of fat could ruin this perfect image. Two weeks later Louis force-fed him, muttering something under his breath. William only smiled weakly and fell asleep in the plate of Louis' stew. He wasn't able to fight off his own mind any further.
He started doubting himself. Rather, he never stopped doing that since he had learned that important thing about himself. A child, he immediately doubted the conclusion he had reached. He had heard that people like him are abnormal, insane. No matter how much efforts he put into complying with society's own guidelines, that same society would push him away. He had heard that people like him are killed. He had seen that many times.
His reflection isn't his anymore. He's just pretending. Putting on someone else's skin with that someone else's clothes, hair and mannerisms. Nothing was his. He has just borrowed his skin. It looks out of place on him. Everyone can surely see that. The longer he looks in the mirror, the more he feels sick. Everything he has grown to consider his doesn't belong on him.
"Brother are you alright?" Louis asks with audible concern and wraps his arms around William's shoulders. It's somewhat soothing.
He forces himself to close his eyes and tries to smile. He is sure that it looks forced and tight. Because it's just not her face.
ohhh, i have just pissed off a good chunk of russian fandom and got told to a) lock myself up somewhere and throw away my phone, b) visit a psychologist, c) kms.
another thing they said is that we're not in english fandom. my friends told me that i should post it here. so i will. after i translate it.
and remember, not all in our fandom are like that. no. idiots are just a bit more socially acceptable there.
(+๐) ย ย dear reader ,

Domestically zesty Sherliam are the reason I get up in the morning.
Redrew this old banger with three years worth of art improvement, oof. Three years and theyโre still my favourite ship of all time. Donโt even mention them near me, I will go rabid.

It's my birthday y'all!
And yk what that means? It means that William and I are compatible with eachother because he's from april 1st and I'm from april 30th-
You see the connection~
Just let me live my delulu life please ๐
So, I went and used my imagination and got 2 Sherliam stories and 1 Hualian 'cuz why not. The only thing I need to do is pick the best one of these three, so again, I ask for your help. Oh right, on a side note, Sherlock's name was changed to Samuel, and Xie Lian and Hua Cheng were changed to Xinquan and San Lang respectively.
Once upon a time, two souls met their fateful end. William and Samuel, they were calledโor so the legends say. Some say they leapt from the bridge's edge, their bodies swallowed by the dark embrace of the river below. Others claim they got pushed into the Thames, around the time of 1885.
But it's not the manner of their death that sends shivers down the spine. It's what they do in the hours of the night. They say William's spirit, restless and vengeful, seeks out the bodies of evil men, who use their power for a bad cause, killing, for example. Some say they've seen him, drifting through the halls of large estates, his eyes burning red as he whispers curses to those who dare to cross his path.
And Samuel, they say, walks the streets with purposeful intent, his ghostly presence a silent guardian for those walking down the streets of London. They say he appears when least expected, his ghostly form a reminder that even in death, love has no bounds.
So beware, of the bridge that spans the Thames and the shadows that lurk in the corners of the night. For you never know when you might catch a glimpse of William and Samuel, the restless ghosts who haunt the hearts of men with a vengeance born of their love.
It was a moonless night in 1885 when William and Samuel, as the old tales tell, stood upon London Bridge, their hearts heavy with the weight of untold secrets. Some say they were star-crossed lovers, torn apart by the cruel whims of society, while others whisper of a bond forged in the fires of rivalry and hatred.
They say William and Samuel made a silent pact, a final act of defiance against a place that had failed to understand them. Hand in hand, they stepped off the edge of the bridge, their bodies plunging into the Thames below. Williamโs brother, Albert, ordered a search party, without luck, as their bodies were never recovered.
But their spirits, they did not find peace in death. They lingered still, their souls bound to the mortal realm by the bonds of unfinished business.
Some say William's restless spirit seeks out the bodies of evil men, who use their power like a weapon, for a bad cause, killing, for example. They say he haunts the large estates and mansions of the aristocrats, his eyes burning red as he whispers curse of vengeance to those who dare to cross his path.
And Samuel, they say, walks the streets of London with purposeful intent, his ghostly presence a silent guardian for those who seek justice. They say he appears when least expected, his ghostly form a reminder that even in death, the power of love knows no bounds.
Once upon a time, in a land where gods and spirits walked among mortals, there lived two souls whose love defied life and death. Xinquan and San Lang, they were known, a fallen god and a vengeful spirit, their bond forged in the fires of destiny.
Legend has it that Xinquan, a revered deity, had been cast down from the heavens, his divine powers stripped away by the hand of fate. San Lang, a ghost hidden in shadows and sorrow, haunted the mortal realm with longing and regret.
Their paths crossed in the depths of an ancient temple, where Xinquan, encountered the vengeful spirit of San Lang. Bound by fate, they went on a journey that would challenge the very foundation of existence.
But fate is unpredictable. It is said that Xinquan and San Lang, burdened by the weight of their forbidden love, made a vow, a pact sealed in the middle of the night.
Hand in hand, they walked the path of no return.
However their souls still lingered, their ethereal presence an oath made of the ย power of love.
Some say Xinquan's gentle spirit wanders the ancient temples, his presence a comfort to those who seek solace. They say he appears when the moon is full, his celestial form a beacon of hope.
And San Lang, they say, roams the forgotten corners of the mortal realm, his ghostly form a guardian to those who defy the fate. They say he walks the earth with purposeful intent, his eyes burning red as he watches over the ones he loves from afar.
Listen to these words, and remember the tale of Xinquan and San Lang, the lovers whose spirits still linger in the corners of the world, their love eternal and solid, which flows through the heart of time.
I swear I love how some people look at it this way because it's all things that I didn't even notice
The first time we saw YuuMori talking about atonement was in Grapefruit Pieโno one tried to repent for anything in the first chapter. But in Grapefruit Pie, Burton was suffering because his son died and he (and his wife) both feel he is at fault for letting it happen.
Maybe he was. He didnโt do anything. Was there a lot he couldโve done? Realistically, no. But he feels he couldโve done more, and so does his wife. And what helps him heal and move on and make amends with his wife is, well, doing something. And thereโs a parallel to that and the Moriarty brothers in sharing their crime and sin and burden together (something that, interestingly, also sort of comes up with Sherlock and William), but itโs also a way for them to put โrightโ some of the wrongs.
Whether or not thatโs atonement for Burtonโs earlier sins is questionable. I mean. He murdered a guy; the series never argues that murder is a good thing. But it is still a way to deal with guilt, to do something with it.
In Dancers on the Bridge, we see a little bit of it, too. After a fashion, it can be laid at Lucienโs feet that Frida died. Was it really? No, but he helped bring her to ruin. And he bought her a headstone, finally, the way her coworkers wanted her to be remembered. He did something to make up for the small fault he committed in drawing her into something.
YuuMori talks a lot, in addition to atonement, about being corrupted by society and the devils on Earth. Neither Burton nor Lucien wouldโve had anything to atone for were it not for the devils William wiped out, and they are sort of seen as cleansed afterwardโnot perfect, not quite whole, not over what they lost, but in some way having done something to repair what was broken and wrong and moved on.
But the first time the thing with atonement becomes really clear is Mycroft.
Mycroft hasnโt done anything wrong, but he works for the British government years decades after one of his ancestors committed acts of tyranny on behalf of the British government in France to make up for his familyโs crimes. Sherrinford Holmes got himself killed out of his own guilt, and his own, and because he was dead he could do nothing to fix it. Nothing to help anyone. And that sin got passed onto his family and bound them to try to atone for the entire mess he created.
If we want to get all religiously Christian here as YuuMori likes to do, itโs a kind of Original Sin: something passed down because of the sins of your ancestors that taints you from birth. Thatโs why Christianity does baptism; to cleanse that away.
Sherlock was protected from that sin by Mycroft, who sacrificed himself in a way for his little brother, bearing the weight of their familyโs atonement on his own shoulders. Someone did something for Sherlock to keep him from having to repent in a martyr/sacrificial way to save him. Sherrinford didnโt redeem himself by dying. He just passed the burden along to innocents to try to fix the damage he caused.
And when William was seen as dead, and Albert ran away from the job, Louis took his place working under Mycroft for the British government. Someone had to make up for the sins of the family, and Louis took up that burden, and Albert took up that burden, hoping to protect William from some of it the way Mycroft protected Sherlock.
Of course, thatโs not how the story ended up going: trying to protect their brothers did nothing. William and Sherlock serve their time repenting for their crimes with the United States. Because no one can take on the burden of your atonement for you. The burden never leaves.
Itโs always there until you take it into your own hands and do something about it.
Y'all I'm back and I need help ASAP! For English we need to write our own 'Ghost story' but you can't use fictional characters so like totally from yourself, but, I still want to write like a 'sherliam ghost story without suggesting that it is from fictional characters with their storyline'
So like, sherliam as ghost with the cause of their death (I was thinking maybe that they both jump of the bridge or something) but subtle and seemingly an orginal story.
WHERE ARE THE WRITERS HERE BECAUSE I KNOW Y'ALL BE WRITING ON AO3- no fr someone give me something ๐ญ๐ญ
Listen, to all the lovely Indians out there, I'm sorry if I offend you right now but 'Slumdog Millionaire' (even though it's from 2008-) is a knock-off version of William's backstory. Let me re-write this and explain my point.
William grew up in the slums of Whitechapel. He lived there together with his brother Louis. They found it really hard to survive in the slums. Their mother died. Luckily, William and Louis got away together.
They met Albert, and William suggested he could be the third Lord of Crime. The three of them became brothers. One day Jack- also previously called 'Jack the Ripper'- Took Albert, William and Louis and made them his apprentices. etc..
Y'all see my point? I mean, not everything is correct and you can hate me all I want but I just thought it was really cool
( Please tell me if I'm wrong because I don't want to spread misinformation)
Get me someone that looks at me like how Sherliam look at eachother
Who do y'all think has the most healthy relationship between Sherliam and Alcroft ?
Why did I suddenly have this thought that I wanna see Sherliams kid(s)?
Like can you imagine a little sherlock and a little Liam being smart as fuck like their parents?
These series is all for the bi's, gay's ,the trans and all other queer persons. I have yet to meet a person that is straight that watches this. ( I'm serious- I don't know anyone irl)
Also WILLIAM?! My man is just babygirl and I'm all in for it. His face? Perfect. His hair? Lovely. His waist? Slim as fuck. His personality? Sweet as sugar. Is he the definition of tall, blond and gorgeous from the McDonald's? Yes. Absolutely. 100%. Is he taken? Yes, yes he is. And by who..
This motherfucking man who likes chemistry and can't do math. (just like me but we won't talk about that) and his name? FREAKING DETECTIVE SHERLOCK HOLMES
These 2 be flirting everywhere they can like- You name a place and they flirted there. In a train? Yes. At a crime scene? Yes. At Durham? Yes. In front of Liam's brothers? Yes. I mean, COME ON MAN JUST SAY IT ALREADY
Anyway THEY ARE MARRIED you can't tell me otherwise
Why almost everyone in Mtp/Ynm have the same name? For example:
We have 4 James.
โข Albert James Moriarty
โข William James Moriarty
โข Louis James Moriarty
โข James Bonde
We also have 4 Williams.
โข William James Moriarty
โข William Sherlock Scott Holmes
โข William H. Bonney (Billy the kid)
โข William Moriarty (Albert's brother)
I mean, couldn't they just think of another name?!
