okay so his names William i think he LOVES earth media movies and shows & developed a phase upon discovery of said media of using earth quotes in 80% of anything he says. his family on his home planet got fed up of him and his lame quotes so they were all like ‘if you like it so much why donchu LIVE THERE’ and just dumped him somewhere on earth

he’s just a dude kinda lame kinda cool he’s also an alien (more lore and art will be coming)

(OH HAHA this is an edit but i forgot to mention incase your wondering “what? they just left him there?” not without a single bandaid! basically they put a bandaid on his nose because ‘humans will see you have a bandaid and notice you have the same flesh type therefore they will belive you are also a human’ gave him a pat on the shoulder and let him figure out the rest
