Still thinking that Kickstarter can’t generate you a real stuff to use at your home? Don’t get yourself fooled, as there were many projects that have already come true. We are talking about now is a guest entertainment assistant bringing your red or white wine to a better quality with a help of a specific chemical reaction making it older to taste better.
What we should know about the wine enhancing device is that it is not just a small ashtray-like thing on your kitchen table, but it is larger than a vine bottle vase that needs a plug to have the electricity source for its own chemical needs. It weighs about 4 pounds and is a little bit taller than the essential bottle of wine is.
If you place there a white wine bottle you should use the white button stretched all over the height of the device and the red button should be used when a red wine has to be adjusted to a valuable condition. Red button takes 20 minutes to cook it and the white one takes 5 minutes lees, because of the chemical content inside of it. All of the Sonic treatment procedure is especially designed for each of the wine types, so you should only hesitate about the pre-installed app on your Android or iOS device to check the barcode on the bottle to run the brewage upgrade better according to the wine bought.
The only negative side we know for the moment is the sound during the enhancing process, which is not loud, but creates a local vibration on the kitchen. The noise actually doesn’t hinder you from speaking with your guests or moreover does not annoy you during the cooking process, but you will hear it, like it or not.
The tests have already shown that a simple wine bought for $10 or $15 tastes better after the Sonic processing. But the project started at the Kickstarter is still at the programming stage and will be realized closer to the May 2015. The predicted price should be around $250, which is quite amazing to the wine quality performance it is put to. The project is still not funded completely, but we are monitoring their achievements all the way.

Did You Know Large Wine Bottles Have Special Names?
Wine bottle names are… odd. Once you get large enough, the wine holders become named after biblical kings:
1.5 L Magnum: Equivalent to two standard 750 ml bottles.
3.0 L Double Magnum: Equivalent to two Magnums or four standard 750 ml bottles.
4.5 L Jeroboam : Equivalent to six standard 750 ml bottles.
6.0 L Imperial: Equivalent to eight standard 750 ml bottles or two Double Magnums. Why they stopped using kings here I don’t know.
9.0 L Salmanazar: Equivalent to twelve standard 750 ml bottles or a full case of wine!
12.0 L Balthazar: Equivalent to sixteen standard 750 ml bottles or two Imperials.
15.0 L Nebuchadnezzar: Equivalent to twenty standard 750 ml bottles.
Interestingly, I looked around and could not find why the names are what they are. The names just appeared, I guess, and everyone agreed to use them.

In the previous info post, we went over the debate on the religious aspect of sangaku, and the fact that the absence of prayers on these tablets was more puzzling to some than the mathematics. As such, the tablets are not ema prayer tablets, but donations, which usually don't feature prayers on them. Case in point, some consecrated sake and French wine seen at Meiji-jingû in 2016.
Beyond wishing for good fortune and health, such donations serve two very worldly purposes: to contribute to the life and prestige of the shrine or temple (having a famous contributor makes the shrine famous by association), and to advertise the donor in return, as their name is on display. See this large torii at Fushimi Inari Taisha paid for by TV Asahi (テレビ朝日).
With that in mind, Meijizen's cynical comment from 1673 that sangaku aim "to celebrate the mathematical genius of their authors" may not far from the truth. The authors of sangaku are looking to gain notoriety through the publicity that the shrine or temple provides. But was the bemused Meijizen the target audience?
