Correction: Lifting is chill 80s pop (i.e David Bowie, the Police, etc). Cardio is hype 2000s pops (i.e Black Eyed Peas, Katy Perry etc). Rock (i.e AC/DC, Def Leapord, etc) works for any and all workouts. Everything else can be placed in this continuum based on the vibes it matches best. SOMEONE MAKE A CHART!
