Сегодня 5-02-2024 Яндекс был окончательно выкуплен... Нидерландская Yandex N.V. заключила сделку по продаже российского «Яндекса» консорциуму частных инвесторов и менеджеров компании. Сумма сделки составила 475 млрд рублей, сообщает 5 февраля РБК. Теперь головной компанией группы вместо Yandex N.V. станет (МКАО) «Яндекс», зарегистрированная в Калининградской области.
Сразу после это сделки курс акций компании посыпался вниз. Вряд ли он начнет расти.
А это была одна из лучших, т.е. нет : ЛУЧШАЯ it-компания РФ пока туда не сунуло нос правительство РФ! А как известно : любое чудо государство превращает в ГОВНО!
