i cant help it tho I sympathize with Spider because I know what it was like to be a kid neglected and mistreated by adults I'm also super protective of this character because the odds were stacked against him from the moment he was born mom fought on the wrong side of the war dad was and still is a literal fucking monster you don't have any family back on earth that you know of and if you did you can never go to that planet the adults who knew your piece of father and were traumatized by him hate you for sharing his genes you are ignored at best and verbally abused at worst
