One thing I find hilarious in Tower of God is that our first real look at Zahard and V are so vastly different. They're both images from when they were younger (Zahard via his data doppelganger in s2e284 and V from Traumerei's flashback in s3e213). But like, this is their first full reveal side by side.
I know other images of Zahard do have him looking a lot better than this initial one, but like V's initial image is literally a thirst trap. Like, I'm ace, and even I can get why Arlene would be more attracted to V than Zahard. That race was kinda finished before it started if you get what I mean.
On another note, was it really necessary for that to be our first look at Baam’s father, SIU? Was it really?

If y'all wondering why he has so much melatonin it's because the colors are saturated! I previously made a drawing with the color palette from season 3, changed the saturation and then used those colors in this new drawing!

Aveces me pregunto si Jahad realmente amaba a Arlene en la forma que haría lo que fuera por su amor (dejar se ser rey o ser buena persona lol). Pero luego recuerdo que mató a su hijo xq le vale burguer su felicidad, solo puede ser feliz con él.

it’s a little hard to figure out from this, but i did rumpelstiltskin with arlene as the woman who became queen, bam as her son, and jahad as rumpelstiltskin himself
Zahard x Arlene is SO "strangles you with the red thread tying us together" core... Zahard remaining haunted by Arlene's prophecy for the rest of his life and Arlene devoting the rest of HER life to her all consuming hatred for Zahard and setting said prophecy of his downfall into motion.
Forget about her so far pretty generic romance with V, (often further distilled down into the blandest possible core of m/f ('he was a boy, she was a girl', 'wholesome') without even acknowledging the edges canon gives them (going to war together - the whole "battle couple" thing you could make out of that alone - , what about their underlying ideals? Edahn doesn't mention Arlene as particularly taken with Tower residents and even acting as frequent intermediary between Zahard and V, so how did they mesh in that regard? Having to watching it all crumble, slipping away as literal fugitives, the breakdown of their relationship potentially even prior but definitely following their sons murder, etc.)), Zahard and Arlene is where it's at. It's literally the dynamic that created the plot of Tower of God.
