I'm introducing a new book about transurfing. It's about connecting with your higher self. You don't have to manipulate or control reality one by one, just connect with your higher self and you can enjoy all the benefits. For example, healing from trauma, supernatural abilities, spiritual awakening, etc.
I have translated and shared the relevant information for you below.
TRANSSURFING YOURSELF
Dear readers. The VES publishing house has released a new book, “Transurfing Yourself.”
ANNOTATION
We have identified ourselves with our body and mind, our avatar. But we are something more than we are accustomed to thinking. This is our Spirit, which is always next to us – behind us and above us.
Now, in the New Time, a technique has been discovered that is accessible to the average, “unadvanced” person, for contacting one’s Spirit and entering what we call the <state of the Spirit>. That is, it has become known how to specifically implement this.
By connecting with your original source, you gain the POWER OF THE SPIRIT, with all the accompanying attributes:
the ability to control yourself and your reality;
act effectively in difficult situations;
heal yourself from physical and mental ailments;
get rid of destructive programs and complexes;
program yourself for renewal, regeneration, evolution;
find your mission, your realization in this life;
and much more.
WHAT IS THE BOOK ABOUT
Since December 22, 2020, we have entered the New Time. The dark era of Pisces has given way to the dawn of the era of Aquarius, and now we are experiencing the Transition to the New Reality. In the New Time, a window of opportunity has opened - to control what is inside and what is outside - your body and your reality. We could do it before, but now this ability has grown significantly.
At the same time, the wall of obstacles that we create for ourselves, our "battle" with the current reality, as well as with ourselves, has also grown.
In order to use new abilities, you need to learn to wake up in a waking dream. For example, as soon as something annoys you or something goes wrong - wake up and see where and in what you have overestimated importance, and deliberately reset it. Remove these mountains of yours and calmly walk along the plain.
And then - to set your reality, also, right now, to a greater extent, not even the intention, but the state works.
You receive only what you correspond to. For example, if the state in which you are does not correspond to wealth and prosperity, you will not receive it. This means that you must be able to manage not only reality as a dream in reality, but also yourself, your state.
And in order to achieve all this, you need to do something with yourself. Therefore, if before there was "Reality Transurfing", now you need "Transurfing Yourself". The technique of entering the state of the Spirit allows you to finally master yourself.
WHY IS THE BOOK WORTH READING
Many are familiar with the practices of lucid dreaming. But for some reason very few places talk about lucid dreaming in reality. In reality, we wake up as a person, as one of our incarnations in this life. But what about waking up in what stands above all these incarnations - in your higher Self?
In a dream, the starting (support) point is known - this is reality, from where we "fell asleep" here and where we can return. In reality - it is unknown. We do not remember from which past life we got into this life.
But if you learn to go to your "zero point", to the point of your Spirit, then you can find support for awakening in reality, as well as for self-control. The point of the Spirit is the starting point to which you can return from a dream in reality. Therefore, awakening in the Spirit is the highest degree of awakening.
Each of us can admit that in everyday life we act on a semi-automatic, on autopilot. In a dream, I have the consciousness of a character - it is like a bot when I sleep in reality. When I wake up, it becomes mine, alive.
From the state of the Spirit, I observe the action and at the same time participate in it. I observe from some point behind and above – from where my own consciousness is located, and not the “character’s”.
In conditions where it is not the intention that works more strongly, but the state, I can enter the state of the Spirit as the Owner of my avatar and my life, and from this state act freely and strongly. Turn off the mode of the restless mind (bot) and go into the mode of awareness. And not even think, but act from the state of the Spirit. Live from the state of the Spirit.
WHO IS THIS BOOK FOR
For everyone who wants to reach a truly new level of SELF. Setting the desired reality is not so difficult. The most difficult thing is to RISE FROM A WAKEFUL SLEEP. The task of waking up, remembering yourself and erasing your problems is not an easy task. But the solutions will be radical, so everything will work out.
Those who tried it have already succeeded. New techniques were published on social networks and tested by real people. There were a lot of reviews. They are included in the book and serve as real confirmation of everything written.
And of course, the reviews of the pioneers are not only confirmation, but also inspiration for future readers. Like, for example, this one:
“I can change my reality, I can do everything, I have recognized WHO I AM.”
WHY DECIDED TO PUBLISH
The book can be considered an encyclopedia of self-development. The proposed technique of AWAKENING IN THE SPIRIT is the most powerful tool for self-development and self-realization.
In addition, under the conditions of the Transition, a unique window of opportunity has opened, when degradation and aging of the body can be turned into regeneration and even evolution. The body knows that this has become possible, and it really wants it. It only needs help. The sleeping part of DNA, which is now awakening, will contribute to this.
So the GOAL in the book is set radically: NOT SENILE LONGEVITY, BUT REGENERATION. The goal is not for the elderly, but for everyone who wants it.
To activate this process, something else is needed, not the generally accepted healthy lifestyle:
Cleansing the body and mind.
Clean and effective nutrition.
Tuning in with new energies.
Diverse and effective movement.
An unwavering attitude towards rebirth and development.
The book contains everything you need for this.
BACK COVER
Since December 22, 2020, we have entered the New Time and are now experiencing the Transition to the New Reality. In the New Time, a technique for contacting one's Spirit and entering what we call the <state of the Spirit> has become accessible to the average, "unadvanced" person. That is, it has become known how to specifically implement this.
WHAT THE STATE OF THE SPIRIT GIVES
Self-control increases, the Power of the Spirit awakens. Unity with the Universal consciousness, salvation from loneliness. Concentration of attention, the thought-mixer stops. Intuition increases, you can make difficult decisions. Act decisively and boldly from the state of the Spirit. The Force is connected, you connect to the Force. A feeling of <I can do anything> appears. True awakening and return to your true Self. Cleansing from negative thoughts, programs and complexes. Your mood improves, apathy goes away. People around you start to feel sympathy for you.
You will learn what is required for this. This is what the whole book is about.
The book is already available on the main marketplaces. Search by request "zeland transurfing yourself", otherwise you may not find it.
There is a popular belief that you can control your own manifestation. However, this is not true. What you actually do is ask, and whether or not that request actually comes to fruition is not up to you.
Many manifesters experience success in quite bizarre and strange ways. They succeed without believing or even trying. On the other hand, they succeed after years of hard work. And there are many types of people in between these two extremes. Many of them claim to have become manifesters after experiencing what they want to manifest. However, in reality, their success is often not repeated. There are many communities on Reddit, and most of the time, failures are treated as your fault, and are blocked, not posted, or not noticed. For example, there is the Neville Goddard subreddit. They deliberately ignore failures and admonish the person for not doing it right. And they even block the person from posting at all. This process leads people to the mistaken belief that if they try hard enough, they will eventually succeed.
Okay… I'm not saying that manifestation isn't real or impossible to do. It's just that it's not your ability. It's not that just because you succeed a few times, you're guaranteed to succeed the next time. And it means that you can succeed the first time you try. It means that you can succeed even if you keep failing.
The one who actually executes and actualizes manifesting is your higher self. It can be called your subconscious, but it's a conscious being with a high level of intelligence, understanding, and ability. So it's much more accurate to call it your higher self than your subconscious. It understands all the subtle intentions behind what you're asking for, and it even understands the subtle intonations of language and the meanings that come with them. And it even knows things that you don't know or have experienced. This means that even if you say a word or sentence that you don't understand, your higher self understands it. For example, if you ask your higher self about a concept that you've never seen before, you can experience that concept.
You don’t have to reprogram your subconscious, you don’t have to believe in anything, you don’t have to have a higher vibration. Just tell your Higher Self. You want something, so tell Him to give it to you. Just tell Him to make something happen. Ask Him about something and ask Him to give you that understanding and knowledge. Your Higher Self will usually respond to your request. The important thing here is that it doesn’t necessarily happen. Your Higher Self will make happen what is helpful, beneficial and good for you. It won’t make happen what is harmful to you. It will also not make happen what interferes with or contradicts your grand plan and purpose for life before you incarnate. Of course, all of these are things that you asked for in advance.
Of course, not everything may work out well at first. In my case, there have been many times when I have been desperate, and have asked my Higher Self for help for hours on end. I have received help every time. I have been supplied with knowledge, understanding, some spiritual experience, some mental change that I could not achieve, all the things I needed. Of course, there have been times when my requests have not been realized. In such cases, instead, I was sometimes given some means or knowledge to do it myself. I don't know why, but it seems to encourage me to explore life and life to the limit and keep going further. So, there were quite a few times when I didn't get the results I expected. I saw the higher self as a kind of magic lamp that would make everything happen, but it didn't do everything I initially expected. However, the higher self is definitely there to help you, and if you ask, you can experience results that exceed what you expected.
Let me explain the effects of non-directed meditation from the perspective of biology and neuroscience.
When we recite a mantra, the sound comes back into our ears. At first, we just recite the mantra and listen to it. Our brain has a mechanism that automatically ignores repetitive and identical stimuli. This mechanism is called the Ganzfield effect in more technical terms. In this way, if we keep repeating the mantra, our brain will ignore the sound. The more we pay attention, the more effective the sensory ignorance due to the Ganzfield effect becomes. Then, we are reciting the mantra, but we actually hear nothing. The auditory signal continues to be transmitted to the brain, but the brain no longer integrates the auditory signal into the experience.
This causes a kind of mental dissociation. This dissociation causes the external physical sensations to no longer be integrated into the subjective experience, and results in a very deep immersion in our internal mental activity. When the external stimulus disappears, the brain continues to generate alternative sensations internally. For example, imaginary images, touches, sounds, etc. It can be simply a mental sensation of a certain part of the body, or a vivid image can come to mind.
These internal imaginary sensations or imaginations are a kind of mental interpolation effect to fill in the absence of external sensory input. For example, our eyes have a structural blind spot, so we cannot see that location. However, our brain continuously corrects the information about that location and makes us perceive it as if there is no problem. However, the mental interpolation effect that occurs in the absence of external senses is weak. Only memories, emotions, and thoughts generated from internal mental activity remain, and if we continue to pay attention to these, integrate them into our experience, and do not generate new stimuli again, the stimulus-response feedback loop is broken and gradually decreases.
At first, you may think that you are fully awake, just with your eyes closed and deeply absorbed in other thoughts. However, if you look closely, you can see that the virtual things created mentally are increasing more than the external physical sensations. At this time, if you continue to maintain this state of dissociation, thoughts, various thoughts, and virtual sensations will gradually begin to decrease. Then, at some point, you will only continue to be awake. And when you reach this state, the phenomenon of mental immersion begins to occur. And as the various noises occurring in the brain begin to decrease significantly, even small pleasures will be greatly experienced. If we compare the various emotions that humans experience to sounds, what we experience in daily life is like hearing it in a noisy place. And what we experience during meditation is like hearing this sound in a very quiet place. Even the same emotions or sensations will be experienced more strongly and clearly.
And if you continue to meditate further, both the external and internal objects that are recognized will decrease greatly and disappear, and you will not be able to recognize anything. For example, both the uncomfortable and pleasant sensations experienced at the beginning of meditation will disappear. This can be seen as a kind of closed loop state in which external sensory input from the brain is blocked, and internal mental impressions also decrease. Our experience is immersed in subjective experience, and that subjective experience has decreased and disappeared.
LOA IS A CULT. Everyone Including myself and those who are familiar with it, know it’s a cult! I know everyone lies for attention or to live in the end because I used to be a big blogger myself. I won't reveal who I was, but I saw firsthand how these bloggers, claiming to be friends in real life, are actually deceiving everyone—they're all liars. Behind the scenes, they're working regular jobs while curating content from friends and family to share as their own as proof. Many of them have multiple accounts and blogs to give the illusion of authenticity. If you don't believe me, create a fake account and replicate the process—fabricate a success story, and watch as bloggers emerge from the shadows seeking help. Most of them have disappeared now... I wonder why that is, lol. It's time to open your eyes to the reality behind these façades and question the true motives driving this deceitful tumblr .
Despite the presence of manifestors, witches, and astrologists manifesting against Donald Trump in the world it's amusing to see that he still emerged victorious and by a whole lot!!!
It's worth noting that among the founders of the law of assumption and the void state on platforms like Tumblr, inconsistencies and inaccuracies have surfaced in their stories over time – there seems to be a trend of untruthfulness, among them (it might be interesting for you to verify this observation by checking out posts from your favorite bloggers, especially the newer ones; I've taken a look and it appears they're all just making their posts using GPT !
"Persist with belief"; A call to continue holding onto faith and dedication similar, to how spiritual groups encourage their followers to stay steadfast in their beliefs.
“Embrace the mysterious without needing evidence." This mindset echoes the inclination towards accepting the unknown and intangible elements of existence often upheld by certain groups that prioritize faith in the unseen, over concrete proof.
Echoing the cults claims of enlightenment or salvation, without tangible evidence but guaranteeing miraculous transformations assures me of its validity.
Despite the uncovering of deceit and dishonesty by individuals within a system built on mistruth; trust and belief persist unshaken. Mirroring the resilience shown by groups, in the face of revealed falsehood.
"When someone blindly follows something or someone else – it's, like trusting without proof of why or how things work out in the end."
“Discover the truth within yourself”. Encouraging the exploration of truths and insights through belief in something greater; a familiar motif, in spiritual practices.
Encouraging connection, with the energy of the universe is a spiritual idea that highlights the importance of harmonizing with greater forces beyond our sight.
"Fulfill your destiny"; The concept of shaping your own future through faith alone is frequently referenced in spiritual communities as a means to claim authority, over your own life path.
“Rise above the boundaries of the realm " suggesting the possibility of surpassing earthly restrictions through belief in something greater; mirroring stories of spiritual groups seeking elevated levels of existence.
Calling upon the power of the Encouraging believers to tap into mystical powers is a common theme, in teachings of spiritual groups that offer promises of special intervention or extraordinary abilities.
These instances provide insight into the use of language, with spiritual cult like tendencies that focus on faith and commitments that extend beyond tangible proof.
Please, there are bloggers out there sharing and telling us to save Palestine, claiming you can manifest a trillion dollars out of thin air, yet they can't manifest an end to war or even a simple solution. They say you can't control other people, yet they talk about manifesting specific people,, changing your family completely, or even your own race. You all were claiming you were manifesting Harris. I thought manifestation never fails, loool. "Oh, just persist, it will reflect like Neville leaving the war," they say, but all Neville managed could very well fall under the coincidence category, just like healing a burned hand, hahahahah. It's baffling that people are wasting their lives on something they know deep down is false. For the children in this community, just stick to a routine, focus on school and work, and foster your own life. While doing so, perhaps listen to subliminals, but don't rely on these vicious lies. Your time and energy are too precious to be spent on such unfounded claims.
Before you start getting defensive in my comments, take a moment to think and tell me how long you've been manifesting. How long have you been persisting in this process? Share in the comments first, and reflect on how little has actually changed. When you ask questions of these bloggers, why do they always seem to victim blame you instead of providing real answers? They claim to love and care about you so much, yet they charge for subliminals and can't manifest even simple things like you entering the void state. They won't manifest for your mental health desires, despite all the supposedly enlightening infographics they share. They talk about being able to shift reality and consciousness, yet they can't offer real help. Isn't this just typical cult behavior? It's time to question the authenticity of these practices and recognize the inconsistencies.
Some of these bloggers are in their 20s and live on disability, which gives them both the time and money to spread misinformation and false hopes. If you're young and still have potential, please make wise choices. Some aspects of spirituality are indeed real, and manifesting can be a genuine practice, but remember there's a reason why 99% of these bloggers are deceitful. They all eventually leave before their lies catch up with them. It's a disgrace that they pretend to help you in their DMs while knowing you're struggling with issues like poverty and abuse. I truly hope things improve for you, but don't rely on this cult-like mentality.
Critics might come into the comments and claim you just have doubts, but that's not the case. Once I left the Law of Assumption and started genuinely working, studying, and ensuring my grades were satisfactory, my life changed. I got a boyfriend, landed my dream job, and even took steps towards my desired appearance with a nose job. These achievements didn’t just materialize from thin air; they came from hard work. I accomplished more in three months after leaving the cult than some do in five years. I know people who've been in this community for a decade—when will they wake up to reality? That nagging feeling of doubt is actually common sense trying to prevent you from ruining your life.
How many times are you going to think, "I can't tolerate my life; I'm just going to shift," before it becomes unbearable and you realize you're stuck? How many liars need to be exposed? How many times do people have to be scammed before they see the truth? The so-called void masters aren’t helping; if they could truly access the void, they'd expose the liars. But then they’d have to admit they're lying too, and that no one has achieved these creative writing promises. It's all for attention and affirming to manifest is not a magic solution.
Let's be real here—your favorite bloggers allowed the Turing administration to achieve a landslide victory, with the court gone, the Senate gone, the House gone, and the residence done. Project 2025 is in motion, but sure, everyone’s supposed to be GOD, right? You people are worse than religious fanatics. I secured my visa because I knew otherwise, I'd be stuck here; you can't rely on the fake law of assumption. Go ask your bloggers why Trump won, and they'll just tell you to persist or claim it's all an illusion. Seriously? We'll see how much of an illusion it is once Palestine is wiped off the map, and all these so-called void masters can do is make a note to ignore the 3D world, loool. It's absurd that they think such real-world issues can simply be brushed aside with wishful thinking. Time to question these beliefs and face reality.
This message isn't directed at the older members of this cult because, at this point, only you can wake yourself up. But to the younger ones, please focus on building your life in the actual world. It's very real, and your suffering will only worsen if you keep clinging to false hopes.
To all the bloggers who know they're spreading lies, go ahead and manifest that my post gets deleted. I apologize for even considering that some of you revise events where people have literally died. Try revising this post or imagine me apologizing. It's time to stop spreading deceit and start facing the truth. Your actions have consequences, and it's crucial to start acknowledging the reality of the world we live in.
Even those who claim to manifest outside of time are no different—they're all selling courses for hundreds of dollars each month, with packages reaching into the thousands. It's ironic, isn't it? They preach about manifesting abundance yet charge exorbitant fees for their wisdom. Just think about it for a moment: if they could truly manifest unlimited wealth and success, why would they need to profit off of your hard-earned money? The truth is, their business model depends on your belief in their promises, and they capitalize on that by offering overpriced courses that are often filled with recycled content. This practice raises questions about the authenticity of their teachings and whether they genuinely have your best interests at heart.
The feeling you’re having is your body and mind trying to tell you there's truth in what I'm saying. It's like they're working to save you from falling into the trap of delusions. You are caught up in loa and you’re actually caught up in their own illusions. Many of these successful loa folks outside of tumblr grew up in wealthy families, living good lives, and got richer with a mix of luck and hard work. That's why so much of this community feels ridiculous; it's mostly made up of kids chasing dreams and adults spinning lies or looking for attention because they have too much free time.
Society keeps these cycles going, making it easy to fool ourselves. The temptation of quick success and promises of an easy life are hard to resist, especially for those always surrounded by comfort and now searching for something deeper than just money. For some, the LOA community seems like a beacon of hope and purpose. But it's important to see that while some find value, others get caught in a loop of broken promises, clinging to the idea that just thinking positively will bring success without real effort.
This way of thinking can will you ppl away from reality, you’re following and worshipping people seeking likes and attention takes the place of real achievements. LOA IS A CULT. Please wake up
I recently tried repeating affirmations and assumptions all day long. I didn't experience the shifting I expected, but I found an interesting clue as to why shifting is delayed. I practiced these affirmations and assumptions to the limit, and one day, I suddenly experienced that my consciousness was deeply attached to this reality and the feeling of anxiety. At that moment, a scene from another world came to me, and I felt a very specific, strong, and distinct feeling in the scene. When I withdrew my attention and interest from the existing reality, all of this disappeared as if it had never existed in the first place.
From this experience, I learned that the reason shifting or manifestation is delayed is because of the strong immersion in this reality. Even if we are not conscious of it, our consciousness is very, very attached to this reality. It is so attached that we only feel this one feeling, which is this reality, so paradoxically, we feel nothing. However, if our consciousness is sufficiently detached from reality, we can feel another reality specifically and clearly.
I have been repeating this since this experience, paying attention to my consciousness and sense of presence. It has only been a few weeks since I started, but I keep seeing signs around me. For example, repetitive numbers like 1111, 333, 2222. I feel like this is the simplest and most essential method.
I wish you and I success! In the end, we will all succeed! Good luck on your journey.
No, actually, affirmation alone does not work.
Recently, I have been repeating the affirmation “I am a master shifter” for about 3 weeks. I also assumed that I was a master shifter. For the first few days, nothing happened or changed, it was just boring. But after about 5 days, I started to hear vibrations and buzzing around my body. I continued to affirm and assume throughout the day. And the vibrations became more intense, and I could feel them even when I was doing other things I normally do. And I started to feel a pressure. It was like energy was pressing down on me. And I started to experience anxiety and panic. Even if I ignored this anxiety, it continued. It was like a thick fog. No matter what I did, this anxiety continued in the background. And as I continued to repeat the affirmation, it got worse. At some point, I tried to find the cause of this anxiety by paying attention to it, and after about 2 hours of concentration, at some point, this anxiety suddenly disappeared. And at the same time, I experienced this intense vibration that was so strong that I could barely feel this physical reality. And then I returned to normal. The anxiety disappeared, but I experienced some kind of panic and stress symptoms in my body.
I experienced extreme mental confusion and fatigue, and I thought that if I continued any longer, something big would happen, so I stopped here.
In fact, I expected success. Because everyone claimed that if I just recite the affirmation, I would succeed. They often asked me if I really continued the affirmation consistently, and said, "You only seem to have failed because you didn't try, and you just have to keep doing it until you succeed." I thought, "Everyone just did it for fun and didn't succeed. If you keep doing it consistently, you will definitely succeed." Well... And the experience was really painful. It wasn't what I expected, it wasn't fun, and most of all, reality shifting didn't happen.
Affirmations are really powerful tools. If you repeat them enough and keep doing them, you will soon experience the powerful effects of affirmations. I have heard similar cases in other spiritual traditions. However, what I have experienced in practice is that when affirmations work, they can have quite a destructive effect. If you are not in a state where you can receive the power of affirmations, you can end up in a painful experience like I experienced. And affirmations do not really solve everything. Well, if the effects of affirmations really were limitless, consider that Christianity and other religions have been using affirmation-like tools consistently. Did they really show an effect that defied the limitations of this physical reality? Of course, I have heard of rare cases where people who have practiced for decades or more have gained such power. However, it did not seem to be achieved by affirmations alone.
I also tried tools like subliminals and self-hypnosis. I actually bought a professional expensive EEG device and measured my EEG. For example, theta waves are dominant in hypnosis or deep trance states, right? I actually succeeded in inducing and measuring these EEG waves with a tool called the mind machine. However, that was it. Nothing happened. I didn't feel more comfortable or relaxed, just theta waves became the dominant EEG waves on the EEG measuring device.
Oh... I actually tried many methods. I heard that astral projection and lucid dreaming were so effective, so I thought I could do it too. However, astral projection was easily achieved through <<The Illusion of the Method>>, but it was just like a black and white dream. Except for being fully awake, nothing else special happened. I saw some interesting scenes that I had never imagined, but that was it. And most importantly, there was never a reality shift.
Many people claim... the void state was also successful after several weeks of effort. However, I experienced the disappearance of space itself and it was interesting. And that was it.
Many of the things I experienced were actually within the realm of things that could happen in reality. Although rare, they were not completely unheard of... and these astral projections, void states, theta states, etc. may be difficult at first, but if you keep repeating them, you can succeed in a few weeks. However, there was no phenomenon that went beyond this realistic limit.
Well... I have seen many cases of Neville Goddard's students and others who succeeded in reality shifting. I think these successes are actually true. However, why do only a very small number of people succeed when they try the same method, and most others fail or nothing happens? I have always wondered about this. Please do not say that self-change is the answer... Because I have already tried to change my self-concept to the limit, and as a result, I have reached a state where I can naturally try shifting in my daily life.
Well, regardless of whether or not free will exists, "manifestation" itself can only be realized by manipulating others. For example, let's say you want an empty parking space. In order for that to happen, someone has to be occupying that parking space at the exact time you visit that place and then vacate it. Everyone will try to find an empty parking space at a time when it is crowded. This means that it is very unlikely that you will ever get that empty parking space. If the free will of others were respected, you would never get that empty parking space. This applies to many things. Whether it is winning the lottery, getting a better job, having a better life, or anything else, we cannot get it completely independent of others. Well, assuming that other animals and plants also have some degree of will, if you want to manifest, you have to ignore the free will of others. Otherwise, you will not even get that seemingly easy empty parking space.
As far as I know, each soul lives in its own completely independent world. It is a completely individualized world all its own. However, if you want, you can reference other souls’ worlds and reflect them in each other’s world. In this way, you can create the illusion that you share the same place and time. However, such references are entirely at the soul’s discretion. For example, your world may have a history or people that do not exist in mine. Your relationship with me may be indifferent or more friendly and intimate. It is entirely the soul’s choice. Therefore, infringing on another’s free will is an illusion, and infringing on it in the first place is fundamentally impossible. This is because if that soul really does not want to share its experiences with you, it simply will not reflect you in the world anymore.
Of course, none of this is verified fact! However, if nothing is verified and is difficult to verify, what is the problem with choosing the claim that you like better? I think everything is fine. If you encounter a contradiction, you will be given the opportunity to question and investigate the claims you believed in. I think you have encountered a contradiction now. In order to realize what you want, you must resolve the contradiction between the claim that "others have free will" and the claim that "you can realize whatever you want." Choose. You have the right to decide. And that decision is yours alone, because this world is your world.
If you are interested in my argument, see the messages from the Esasani tribes, such as Elan or Bashar.
In my experience, commonly known methods, including Bashar's method, are not as effective as you might think. For example, if you try to follow excitement, the excitement disappears and only tension remains, or if you focus on breathing slowly to relieve tension, the tension becomes stronger, or if you meditate to relieve anxiety and become peaceful, the anxiety becomes stronger. In some cases, I was told to just do nothing, so I spent a few weeks doing nothing, but nothing really got better.
In fact, all the methods I tried seemed to have some effect, but they actually made the problem worse. For example, when there was a fire, it felt like covering the fire with flammable materials. Then, it seemed to work at first, but later the problem got worse. I practiced all the methods consistently for at least a few weeks, and if they were effective, they really caused big problems. They caused anxiety, tension, fear, etc.
The most effective thing was to ask my higher self for help. One day I tried most of the methods that were supposed to work, and I felt that if I continued on, I would be in big trouble. But I didn’t want to give up. At that time, the idea of asking for help from my Higher Self came to me. From then on, I continued to ask for help from my Higher Self. Sometimes I simply asked for “comfort,” “peace,” “joy,” “physical relaxation,” “material abundance and freedom.” Sometimes I asked for “knowledge,” “understanding,” and sometimes I asked for “a certain state of spiritual awakening.” In fact, this help was so subtle that it was hard to recognize. However, when you ask for help, even if it doesn’t happen right away, it will happen a few days later when the opportunity to help you comes.
For example, when you ask for “a state of embodied awakening (a state of heightened awareness, a state where your body is connected to your Higher Self, etc.), you feel a pleasant sensation of subtle electricity and energy flowing through your body. In some cases, the next afternoon, I would suddenly experience strong energy, currents, and pleasant sensations flowing through my body for dozens of minutes.
When I requested astral projection, I spent about an hour or two lying in bed, lost in thought, and then experienced a vibration and a departure from my body. I requested this 3-4 times without any preparation or practice, and it actually worked. (However, it was not as interesting an experience as I thought. I was fully conscious every time, but everything was almost black and white. So I lost interest and stopped.)
When I requested relaxation, I waited for dozens of minutes, and when I briefly lost consciousness of my body or surroundings and fell into a fantasy, I experienced immediate physical relaxation. However, when I was surprised that I had relaxed and turned my attention back to my body, I started to feel physical discomfort again.
When I asked for immediate knowledge and understanding, I experienced that within a few minutes, an idea would come to me as if it were my own, or a few hours later, I would suddenly become interested in a topic and look it up, and the understanding I wanted would just come to me.
When I suddenly felt anxious or uncomfortable, I would ask my Higher Self to make me feel better. And I felt as if the wind was turning against me. It was turning the direction of the wind of anxiety against me and weakening it. And after a few dozen minutes, I could barely feel it.
One day, I became interested in the topic of Reiki and asked my Higher Self to do a sleep attunement. I did it for a few weeks and stopped because I didn’t feel much difference. However, one day, I heard that one of my friends felt strangely relaxed and happy when he was around me.
From these experiences, I learned that the help of my Higher Self definitely exists. Even if you ask once and forget about it, my Higher Self will definitely help you with what you ask for. And it doesn’t have to be for a lofty purpose. Even if you just want to be more comfortable and happy, or just ask for interest, it was enough. The help of the higher self can be very subtle at first. I have often stopped because it actually worked, but the effect was much weaker than I expected, or because the help was not given immediately or very naturally, and I didn't even know that I was receiving help. However, the help is definitely there, and even a little help or knowledge can greatly improve the situation. According to other people's experiences, asking for help from the higher self can seem ineffective at first, but if you ask consistently and repeatedly, you can feel very specific and distinct effects later. I am not at that level yet. However, I have been able to receive considerable help even if it is not to that extent. The higher self has actually allowed me to experience results that are difficult to achieve in the beginning with any spiritual practice, without any effort.
Ice remains ice until it reaches the critical temperature that melts it into water. Water remains liquid until it reaches the critical temperature that changes it into vapor. The same is true in practice. You may struggle for years to gain some psychic-mental ability and become discouraged because you are not making any progress. But you are moving toward the critical point without realizing it. One day, unexpectedly, you will awaken and begin to live consciously in the psychic-mental plane. <<The Magus of Strovolos>>
Many shifters, after much effort, become discouraged or give up, and then suddenly achieve success. This book explains the secret. It explains that changes are cumulative, even if they are not visible. In other words, if you keep going, you will eventually find success, even if it seems like there is no progress.
Hi, my research has shown that delayed reflection in 3D creates conflicts with beliefs we already hold. For example, if we have a spear that can pierce everything, a shield that can block everything, and we poke the spear into the shield, a contradiction occurs. This 3D reality is a virtual reality that is rendered based on a number of beliefs we hold. For example, there is no such thing as the earth, people, or matter; everything that is perceived and recognized is an illusory sense. If we desire something that is so far removed from our existing physical reality or environment, there are many contradictions and conflicts that arise, and the beliefs and intentions that cause these conflicts are then presented back to you, and you have a choice to make about whether or not to maintain them.
Nothing is impossible, it's just a matter of how much it conflicts with your existing beliefs. This conflict and choice becomes stronger and stronger the more you do this over and over again and the longer you continue to do it. This conflict may even persist until you recognize it clearly.
To accelerate this process, you need to keep manifesting what you want and withdraw your attention and care from what you don't want. If your existing methods don't seem to be working for you, what you need is to practice them more and more often. It will have an invisible acceleration and momentum that will show you increasingly noticeable effects. For example, stop thinking about it every hour and keep imagining and assuming only what you want. This is why many manifesters have in common that they emphasize to keep going until it happens.
The first time, I shifted reality was to escape a devastating fire. The flames had ravaged our village and the surrounding lands, trapping my parents and me.
----------------------------------------------------------
We lived in a very primitive reality, as hunter-gatherers, and life was fragile and often difficult. I was an only child, and despite the daily uncertainties, we were happy, my parents and I. We lived day by day, never knowing what tomorrow would bring or if we would have food. Here are some images :
I used AI to create more realistic images of my parents and myself as a child, and my OR. In my introduction, I referenced the existence of only one race in my original reality, whose appearance was similar to that of 'Blasians' in this reality. I have never changed my physical appearance; people in this reality think I am mixed-race, but I am not.
For hunting, it was rare that the three of us went out together to minimize risks. My father often went alone, sometimes being gone for days without us knowing if he was alive or would return with meat. While we waited for his return, we mainly lived on edible plants, as there were no fruits. Sometimes, my mother would go looking for him, leaving me alone.
Survival was precious, and injuries or illnesses were common. Our medicine was rudimentary: when someone was sick or hurt, they were laid down in their hut, and their loved ones brought them food and water, hoping they would recover.
A few months before my first shift—I couldn't tell you exactly how many, as we didn’t keep a calendar—I was seriously injured in the thigh while hunting. My parents set me up in our hut and waited for me to heal. They stayed by my side at times but had to leave to fetch water, meat, or plants to feed and care for me.
The pain was intense, and I was so afraid of dying from it, lying there alone, that I naturally began closing my eyes, trying to focus as much as possible to ignore the pain. I just wanted to stay in my mind and forget about my body. Soon after, I found myself in complete darkness, without any physical sensation, yet paradoxically calm and happy. I came out of it quickly because I thought I had died. But when I returned and waited until I healed. That was the first time I entered the void state.
----------------------------------------------------------
After my recovery, when my parents were absent, and I felt lonely or hunger gnawed at me, I would return into this void state to feel good.
During the day, I would wander around the hut, play with insects or small animal, look for edible plants, and so on. One day, as I was walking, I felt a bad premonition, a sense that everything I knew was about to disappear. When I told my mother about it, she attributed it to trauma from my injury and the fear for my life. So, I just ignored this premonition and continued with my life. To reassure myself, I had this thought that kept coming back: if I could detach my consciousness from my body, then I could also move it.
The day of the tragedy (just a few days after my premonition), I remember just being woken up by my parents (I was sleeping in the hut); it was very hot, the air was stifling, and visibility was poor. I remember the heat, the suffocating air, the screams of people burning alive around us, the fear in my stomach, and above all, the resilience in the face of death.
When my parents came to get me, they had become trapped in the flames, and there was no way out. When I understood it was over, my only thought was to enter the void state to at least save my soul and maybe those of my parents. I lay on the ground, focusing on entering the void state. All I wanted, all I wished with all my might, was to go to another planet with my parents, where we would live in safety. And the next second, I found myself in a more modern world. That was the first time I shifted reality.
My last memory of my original reality was the embrace of my parents, who also lay down beside me, waiting for death.
----------------------------------------------------------
The first time I shifted realities, it was purely for survival. I didn’t have time to doubt; I just needed to survive. For a long time after my first shift, I thought I was dead, living only in my mind.
I’m sharing my experience to show you that shifting is a natural mechanism of the consciousness. You don’t need to know a lot of information, just to listen to your instincts. When people say that you only need yourself to shift, it’s not just optimism; it’s a fact.
I met five other permashifters, all coming from hard and traumatic realities, less modern than this one. They discovered shifting by accident during difficult times.
Shifting isn’t something magical or special.
Take breathing, for example—you can’t intentionally stop yourself from breathing because your body prioritizes oxygen and getting rid of carbon dioxide. Similarly, your consciousness won’t let you down; it will always find a way to help you if you trust yourself and live the 3D alone.
After my first permashift, I put shifting aside to stabilize myself. But in 2023, after a traumatic experience that triggered severe anxiety attacks, the idea of shifting suddenly came back to me as I woke up in tears in the middle of the night. That’s when I used LOA to come to this reality and leave behind what had happened before.
In conclusion:
→ If you're feeling stuck in your shifting journey
This is not unique to this community; it's very old and has been repeated over and over again in history. For example, we see similar symptoms in the anticipation of new science and technology. Initially, when a new technology is announced, people are very excited and a bubble is created. But gradually, as more experiences and facts about the technology are shared, people's excitement and expectations begin to diminish. It's like the illusion of the technology is broken. And as this happens, investment in the technology increases, and the technology continues to make steady progress.
A lot of people in this community have been following this topic for at least a couple of years, and they've done a lot of research, and they've been practicing and testing on a consistent basis, and they've experienced that a lot of things are not what they claim to be, and as a result of that accumulation of experience, they're now at the stage where they're exploring whether they're missing something.
I'm one of those people who retains some of that initial excitement and enthusiasm. I've been researching and experimenting with this topic for a couple years now, and I've gotten some results, and I'm continuing to trial and error.
I would tell others to stop having excessive fantasies and expectations and just enjoy the moment. Because if we just keep going on this path, eventually we will be successful, just like every other successful shifter. It's like a long-distance marathon. We're going to keep going, and we need to pace ourselves so that we don't get too exhausted along the way.
A lot of the things that we're trying to do in this community right now to shift reality are things that other traditional systems of practice already do. They have different names, they have slightly different goals, they have different explanations of how they work, but at the end of the day, the methods are similar.
For example, lucid dreaming and astral projection are already practiced by wizards. And meditation and purification are practiced in Tibetan Buddhism and others. The practices of visualization, concentration, intention and suggestion are practiced by Tibetan Buddhists, Indian yogis, and modern wizards. In the case of the Law of Assumptions, it's in all of these traditional practices, just with different names.
I would ask you to focus on the “average person” and not the “special few” because if you are reading this right now, you are one of the “average people” and not one of the “special few who succeed.” If you are an “average person,” then you need to see what applies to the “average person,” not what applies to the “special few.” So, what happened when the “average person” did these traditional practices, and how long did it take?
As one of those ordinary people, I have tried these practices in practice, and I have verified that they do indeed work if you put in the effort. Even if you don't see immediate results, if you just keep repeating them, they will happen. However, I have found that to really get the tangible results you want from these practices, you need a very long time of practice… years of intensive practice, 10+ years of practice…
I'm not trying to discourage you, I'm just saying that the “instant or at most a few weeks” success that is commonly claimed in the community is only valid in a special subset of cases, and not in general. I knew that eventually I would get better and better and succeed if I continued on this path. And for some reason, I don't know if it's because of this, but most of the teachers who guide practitioners are vague when asked how long it takes.
I've only recently heard from one of them that it takes about ten years to get really noticeable, concrete results, so they're always lulling their students into thinking, “We're almost there,” so they can just keep quiet and just keep practicing.
So, I want to tell you this: you will succeed, that's for sure. All the methods really do work, but it takes a very long time to get concrete results. So, like other practitioners, I recommend that you let go of your expectations of results, whether they work or not, and just practice silently and steadily every day. If you stay on this path and don't give up, you will eventually reach the results.
If you have the willpower and determination to keep going no matter what happens, I recommend this: keep repeating the affirmations and assumptions over and over again. In my experience, if you continue this for at least a week, you will see noticeable effects in your daily life, and if you continue it for more than two weeks, you will see emotional and physical effects that are difficult to endure. I have tried various methods such as assumptions and affirmations, subliminal messages, meditation, astral projecting, and lucid dreaming for a long time, but it did not work well.
All the practices had some effect. The only problem was that the most important shifting did not occur. I eventually thought that if I kept practicing, I would see good results. However, I was concerned about how much time it would take. Many professional meditators intentionally avoid asking the question of how long it takes for believers to practice. I recently got the answer to that question from a meditator. He said that it takes at least 10 years of practice to get really noticeable and specific results. So yes, that is true. All methods, including meditation, are effective. However, it can take an unimaginably long time to achieve satisfactory results.
I had to find the fastest, most powerful, and most effective method. Then I remembered a practice that I had stopped a long time ago. It was really intense and powerful. For more information, please refer to the following link.
I think that if you have the determination and resolve and really focus most of the time during the day, you will experience dramatic and intense results in a short period of time. I couldn't stand it and eventually had to stop and find another, safer way. However, safe means proven and proven by existing practitioners. We already know that many traditional practitioners have already done almost the same or similar practices and they work, but the problem is that you have to invest almost your entire life to get really amazing results.
It's all up to you. Good luck…
It would mean the world to me if i start living the type of life I desire and do everything I want to do that will make me happy. I wish you the best and hope this comes true
thank you
I have not shifted yet, but I wanted to share an experience that may be useful to you.
In my experience, there is a momentum that builds up when you continuously sustain affirmations or assumptions. The more you repeat and persist, the stronger it becomes. For example, I once repeated the affirmation, "I am a god," for several weeks. I repeated this almost all day long. For the first few days, nothing happened. I only experienced some physical tension and discomfort, likely from the constant repetition.
However, after about a week, I started to feel intense vibrations and energy. It felt like a buzzing noise, and I began to feel a sensation of electrical currents flowing in my abdomen. I continued to persist with the affirmation. Then, after 2-3 weeks, I started experiencing extreme energy pressure along with severe fear, anxiety, and dread. I tried to counter these symptoms by repeating the affirmation even more vigorously, but this only made things worse.
Since experiencing this unexpectedly powerful effect, I have encountered these symptoms repeatedly over the past 10 years. Whenever I repeated an affirmation for more than a few days, I would experience these symptoms again. This significantly disrupted my daily life. I had to attend school and go to work. I couldn’t find a way to resolve this, so I kept having to stop and start over.
In my experience, affirmations done for about 10-20 minutes a day didn’t significantly affect my daily life. They just made me feel a bit better or sparked some pleasant imaginations. When trying out a new affirmation, I often experienced anxious or fearful thoughts, or felt positive emotions, thoughts, and feelings, but these gradually faded away after a few weeks of repetition until nothing came to mind.
The truly powerful effects only started to emerge when I repeated and sustained the affirmation all day long for at least two weeks.
Bashar has already addressed this question, explaining that everything we encounter is an intricate pattern of another being. In essence, we interact with patterns that are replicas of these beings. Since each individual exists within their own unique reality, creating their experiences by referencing others, even encounters with the same entity can lead to completely different stories, nuances, and actual events. This phenomenon is particularly evident in higher-density interactions, such as contacts with extraterrestrial beings. For instance, two people might be in the same place at the same time, yet report entirely different contact experiences.
My understanding of this concept is as follows: other consciousnesses exist, each experiencing their own worlds. Our Higher Self references these other worlds precisely according to our pre-incarnational intentions, thus creating our individual realities. These referencing processes are mutual; however, each person's reality is unique, resulting in similarities that are infinitely varied. For example, the world experienced by the person next to you might be set years in the past or future, or that person might not even exist in your reality.
This concept can be directly understood and applied through Neville Goddard's method of revision. For instance, you can alter someone's age, redefine your relationship with them, or change your shared history. This serves as compelling evidence that we are not sharing a common reality but rather referencing our own individual worlds in similar ways.
Moreover, when asked about the conspiracies currently unfolding on Earth, Bashar responded, "I'm not seeing what you're seeing. That doesn't happen in my world." This suggests that while Bashar's Earth may resemble our own in history and current events, it is, from the perspective of his people (the Essassani), a different world altogether.
Yes, it is possible. I saw an interview with a shifter who has been shifting for tens of thousands of years on Amino. In his interview, he said that he tried to bring objects from other realities into this reality. He would concentrate and think that he had the object he remembered in this reality, and the object he had in mind would appear in his hand.
However, there were some limitations, such as not being able to bring objects back exactly the same. For example, objects created in worlds with incompatible physics would have a similar appearance, but the function or behavior of the object would change to fit this reality.
I have also seen several shifters experiment with bringing objects back, some with failure, some with success.
You can find an interview on this interesting topic here:
I would like to inform you that I have not yet shifted.
However, I have an interesting story that may be of help to you. There was a woman who wanted to become a god. She began to recite the affirmation "I am God," which is believed to carry the highest vibrational frequency. She was tired of all the pressures and struggles of life and needed an escape. She was desperate, and there were no other appealing options. She started chanting this affirmation. She would walk around her living room, repeating this affirmation for as long as 3 to 6 hours a day. Days passed, then months, then a year, and a year and a half went by. Nothing happened while she recited that affirmation. Absolutely nothing. No matter how much she chanted, she truly felt nothing. It was incredibly monotonous. Yet, she persisted. She kept affirming, over and over.
Then, she gave up and returned to her everyday life, thinking she first needed to solve her survival issues. But a few months later, everything suddenly began. She suddenly started seeing ascended masters and angels with her own eyes. She heard their voices. She even met with them and conversed with them directly. She began to witness worlds in other dimensions. She started experiencing dreamlike worlds. She began to see countless past life stories behind other people.
It was an unexpected transformation. Something she neither anticipated nor predicted. This continued for several weeks. Her ordinary daily life disappeared. She was terrified by this overwhelming experience. She desperately wished for all of it to end. And eventually, she returned to her normal life. However, she was left with a special ability. She could now visually read others' energy and pinpoint their issues. She went on to become a spiritual counselor.
In her later reflections, she shared that after she began having spiritual experiences, she noticed the accumulated energy in her living room. Although nothing seemed to happen while she was repeating the affirmation, and she felt nothing, something was indeed accumulating in the unseen dimension. When that accumulation exceeded a critical threshold, it leaked into reality and manifested.
I believe there is a very important lesson in this story. It teaches us that even when nothing seems to happen on the surface, and we feel nothing while reciting affirmations, the change is accumulating, bit by bit. If we persist and continue relentlessly toward what we desire, we will eventually surpass the critical mass, leading to undeniable changes in our lives.
I recommend the book Lazy Man's Enlightenment by Daddeus Golas. At the end of the book, the author says that you can actually move to other worlds and live there. I think you've already read the famous shifting books, Neville Goddard, Vadim Zeland's reality transurfing, spacetime transposition, etc., so I recommend a special book.
One person I know wears a wristband that tracks his REM sleep stages. He sets an alarm to go off when REM sleep starts. He recorded his REM sleep for a few weeks, and when he figured out where he was most likely to wake up in the middle of the night, he would wake up. Some interesting things to note is that when he stopped lucid dreaming for a few months because of his job, he started having black and white, blurry dreams like everyone else. However, after about a few months of trying to lucid dream, he said his dreams became as vivid and colorful as before. However, he was a bit extreme, waking up at the crack of dawn and extending his sleep by almost 12 hours a day to have more lucid dreams. He also seems to have short dreams of a few minutes to a dozen minutes. So he said he would sleep more during the day to have more dreams.
According to Steve Taylor's book The Leap: The Psychology of Spiritual Awakening (An Eckhart Tolle Edition), enlightenment can be more ecstatic than sex. Enlightened individuals undergo a transformation of their ego structure, becoming akin to a hive mind. They do not judge; their body's senses and movements occur automatically, while their consciousness takes a deep rest within their being. Everything in the world, including themselves, happens spontaneously without effort or force.
After enlightenment, a person's mentality shifts from a vertical, hierarchical structure to a horizontal, spontaneously networked state where all functions operate at peak efficiency. Whether an enlightened person engages in sex becomes a meaningless question, as they do not directly decide or control it. They simply experience, exist, and harmonize with the world.
Enlightenment removes the filter of duality, causing much of the tension, effort, resistance, and fear involved in distinguishing between "you" and "me" to disappear. This allows access to pure, original energy, leading to a greater flow of life and energy. This surge of energy is experienced as profound joy.
Here are the most effective methods I've tried and my experiences with them:
1. Embracing Pain: The first method involves getting closer to the pain. This approach provides the most immediate, raw, and intense experiences. In my life, pain has been a universal and abundant presence, making it a readily available resource.
As Abraham Hicks mentioned, the harder things got and the more intensely I felt what I didn't want, the more pronounced my desires became. I could clearly feel what I wanted—good feelings, pleasant imaginings, and a pleasantly uplifting state that lasted for tens of minutes. However, this was contradictory because I also experienced mental pain, tension, and anxiety.
Interestingly, the more intense these disturbances and pains became, the easier it was for me to enter meditation. With my eyes closed and just a few breaths, I experienced deep calm, an expanded sense of being, vibrations, and the sensation of the space around me trembling. This state is difficult to enter when I am relaxed.
2. Engaging with Spiritual Material: For me, this involved reading spiritual books. These books often uplifted me, although this also brought tension, discomfort, and mental pain. Despite this, I felt a mystical energy and a heart-felt ecstasy that was different from joy. I felt invincible, filled with a sense of possibility, and became desensitized to pain, with my body feeling as if charged with electricity.
However, this effect diminished with repeated exposure. Reading the same text again did not recreate the initial feeling, much like how repeatedly eating the same delicious food makes it lose its appeal. The highest energy and emotional joy occurred during the first reading, akin to the exhilaration of first love.
3. Experiencing Physical Weakness: Once, I had a body ache and a cold lasting several days. During this time, I felt pure joy and emotion from simply watching my favorite music or videos. Meditating during this period silenced mental chatter, leaving only pure consciousness, deep relaxation, and a grounding sensation. Although I haven't tried to recreate this state through fasting or extreme penance due to my regular work schedule, it gave me insight into how many spiritual traditions use penance as a practice. The weakening of the body actually aids spiritual practice.
4. Focusing on Things You Love: Similar to engaging with spiritual material, this method loses its excitement over time. Repeating this for weeks resulted in diminishing uplifting feelings, much like stale bread losing its freshness. Constantly seeking new things requires significant effort, which is difficult to maintain alongside work and daily responsibilities. This approach follows the law of diminishing returns, where more effort is needed to achieve the same effect.
5. Meditation: When I am relaxed and meditating well, I feel energy flowing through my body along with feelings of joy and pleasure. However, recreating these sensations is challenging. While I meditate often, these experiences are rare and short-lived. Additionally, painful and distressing sensations and thoughts can arise, persisting even after meditation ends, making it feel like mental torture.
These are the most effective methods I've tried. While many of the laws and methods advocated by Abraham Hicks have worked for me, they are not always consistent. I believe that if we continue on this path, we may eventually align more closely with spiritual beings like Abraham Hicks, and things may start to work as they described.
In my case, I experienced vibrations and buzzing sounds in the following situations:
Astral Projection: When attempting astral projection, I would become unconscious and then realize I was awake, feeling vibrations throughout my body. These vibrations disappeared once I lifted my body out of itself. However, the experience was not extraordinary, appearing blurry and black-and-white like a dream.
Hyperventilation: Using breathing techniques such as holotropic or Wim Hoff breathing for extended periods, often more than a few dozen minutes, resulted in hearing a buzzing sound and feeling strong vibrations. Despite doing this frequently for several hours at a time, nothing significant happened beyond the sound and vibrations. A slightly unusual effect was muscle paralysis, which made it difficult to move and dulled my senses.
Successful Meditation: Occasionally, during successful meditation, I heard vibrations and buzzing sounds. The intensity varied, sometimes faint like background noise and other times loud like an airplane taking off. Despite the sounds and vibrations, nothing special occurred beyond this.
Emotional Uplift: When emotionally uplifted, such as when reading spiritual books or engaging in activities I enjoy, I often felt joy, happiness, and pleasure. These strong emotions sometimes led to experiencing vibrations, but nothing extraordinary happened beyond that.
Purification: During moments of intense fear, terror, anxiety, mental confusion, anger, hatred, and sadness, I heard vibrations and buzzing sounds. These noises accompanied a deep meditation state within minutes, along with a sense of bodily expansion and deepened consciousness. However, these strong emotions persisted.
Affirmations: Repeating affirmations like "I love" almost all day for several days led to experiencing vibrations. During this time, I felt a strong pressure and physical fatigue, as if something external was pressing on me. This sensation disappeared when I stopped affirming.
When I first encountered these experiences, I was surprised and intrigued. However, as I grew accustomed to them, they lost their novelty. The buzzing sounds and vibrations were just that—sounds and vibrations—without any profound experiences attached. Initially, I was excited and anticipated something different, but over time, I became tired and bored.
The first, way, is to get closer to the pain. This is the most immediate, most raw, and most intense experience I've ever had.
In my life, pain was universal and abundant. It was everywhere, making it a very readily available resource.
As Abraham Hicks said, the harder things got and the more intensely I felt the things I didn't want, the more pronounced my desires became. I felt clearly what I wanted, good feelings, pleasant imaginings, and experienced a pleasantly uplifting state that lasted for tens of minutes.
However, this was contradictory. Not only was I feeling good emotions and feelings, but I was also experiencing mental pain, tension, and anxiety.
At the same time, the more intense these mental and emotional disturbances and pains became, the easier it was for me to enter meditation. With my eyes closed and just a few breaths, I experienced deep calm and my being expanded. At the same time, I felt vibrations and felt the space around me tremble. This is a state that is difficult to enter when I am relaxed.
The second way was to get in touch with spiritual things.
In my case, it was books. I have read a variety of spiritual books and have experienced what it feels like to be uplifted many times. When I was uplifted, I was tense, I was uncomfortable, and my mind was in pain, but at the same time I felt mystical. I was shaking with intense energy, and my heart felt something akin to ecstasy, which is not the same as joy. I felt like nothing was impossible, and the idea of possibility filled me. I became desensitized to all pain, and my body was numb, as if it were charged with some electric current; it was as if I had put on some thick glove.
The more often I read spiritual books, the more suddenly the thoughts of spiritual principles appeared, and I experienced a mysterious sequence of numbers. However, the problem was that when I got used to it, it would disappear. Even if I read the same text again and tried to recreate the feeling, it would not happen. It was like eating delicious food over and over again, and then the same food would no longer feel delicious. The highest energy, intense excitement, high emotional joy and feeling of love occurred at the first reading. It is an intense and exhilarating feeling, like first love.
The third way is through physical weakness.
I once happened to have a body ache and a cold that lasted for several days. During this time, I would experience dozens of minutes of pure joy and emotion when I simply watched my favorite music or video. I also tried to meditate during this time, and experienced that all mental chatter disappeared and only pure consciousness remained. At the same time, I experienced a deep relaxation and a sensation of being pulled down to the ground… going into a deep state, relaxing and resting.
Perhaps I could re-induce this state through fasting or extreme penance, but I'm a laborer and need to go to work regularly, so I haven't tried it again. However, it was a good opportunity to understand how many spiritual traditions use penance as a way of practicing. The weakening of the body actually helps the practice. This was a very distinct experience that I can count on one hand in my life.
The fourth way is to focus on the things you love.
But just like the second one, if you get used to it, it loses its excitement, fun, and excitement and becomes dull. I tried this over and over again for a few weeks, but the more I went, the lower the uplifting feelings became. It's like stale bread that has lost its freshness. I had to keep looking for something new, and that requires a large part of my daily routine, but it was hard to keep doing this when I was getting ready to go to work, focusing on my work, and then when I got home I had to relax and catch up on various backlogs of chores. It was a bit like the law of diminishing returns: you have to put more into it than you did before to get the same effect as before, and that's not easy because you have to fill it with all fresh and new things each time.
The fifth way is meditation.
In moments when I am relaxed and meditating well, I feel energy flowing through my body, along with feelings of joy, pleasure, etc. However, this is really hard to recreate. I try to meditate often, but these sensations and experiences don't happen often, and they are short-lived. At the same time, it's not just pleasant experiences. Painful and distressing sensations, thoughts, and experiences also come to mind. It's like mental torture, and once they start happening, they tend to persist even after I've finished meditating.
These are just some of the things that I have tried that have been the most effective. The spiritual being channeled by Abraham Hicks is not a material being. I have experienced that many of the laws and methods he advocated work, but not consistently and are less effective. I guess this is inevitable. I think that if we continue on this path and one day get closer to a spiritual being like Abraham Hicks, things will actually start to work as he said they would.
Meditation before going to bed continues in the sleep state.
I have practiced meditation or affirmations before going to bed, and I have experienced many times that when I wake up in the morning, the state I was in before going to sleep continues.
However, this effect is limited to the "state", not the "action". The "state", not the "action", continues. For example, whether you feel something or meditate and are in a meditative state, it continues.
Repetitive thoughts and actions, etc. quickly disappear in traces and form due to various distracting thoughts during sleep.
The important point is that in order to create a "state", you must go through the default mode network state called Big Kalpa, a state where various distracting thoughts and ideas arise and disappear. This is also why we feel calm during meditation and that state continues.
Sometimes I meditate well, and sometimes I don't. In general, I have had more impressive experiences meditating when I'm in pain, suffering, or fear than when I'm just peaceful and comfortable.
In my experience, meditation makes mental suffering such as trauma worse. It is a pain that feels like picking and tearing a wound. No matter how much I wanted to run away, I couldn't. There were also cases where pain, fear, anxiety, etc. suddenly occurred like a seizure during daily life. I tried a lot to escape from them, but eventually I realized it was no use and gave up. I turn to myself when pain arises. And every time that happens, these pains get stronger and bigger and continue like an endless abyss, but at some point they disappear.
I suddenly gain some knowledge, some understanding from these sufferings. And when I apply this knowledge to myself and reinterpret situations and reality, that is, when I change my perspective, it evokes in me a feeling of comfort and a sense of a constant flowing current. I am buzzing and vibrating.
It certainly doesn't feel very good, but something definitely feels better.
I would like to encourage you to apply these when you encounter the inevitable problems in life. There is no point in doing something. You just have to endure it. Change happens when you stop resisting and just let the pain be and focus on who you are.
And if you want to experience some progress in your meditation, I encourage you to look for your mental pain, fears and anxieties. When you face them, they come to mind. However, when you ignore them and focus on your being, they break down into energy and integrate into you. It's physical vitality and feeling and feeling better. It gives you strength and energy, like putting together a piece of dictation.
