but when it’s a real and actual fight after they blow up at each other they give each other the silent treatment until someone crawls into the others bed kissing their shoulder and crying over how sorry they are

yes they’re angry and maybe even a little hurt but they have a routine

Absolutely wild to me how many Loki takes are sad because he’s “trapped” on his magical throne of phenomenal cosmic power

My dudes, we just had an entire episode watching Loki move through and stop time at will during an actual time explosion crisis

He’s now one of the most powerful beings that ever existed

And it’s magic

I don’t doubt for a second that when Mobius was like, “I’ll just wait here a moment longer,” it was because narratively you can literally just have Loki, actual god of time and chaos, pop up whenever he wants. They could be reunited in seconds.

Current era timeline is too busy with superhero disasters for Loki to get away for a bit? Idk man, have him travel back a billion years to a time when not much was happening and travel forward from there, leaving your present self to deal with the crises.

Like it’s time magic, guys, shit gets weird around causality really fast. By some measures he might be omnipotent or at least omniscient now. Loki can do whatever he wants in your fics or headcanons as far as I can tell.

Omega was taking Mountain on a tour of the abbey, when he spotted a large triangular peak in the distance:

Mountain: *whips his head round so fast, omega finds it a little unsettling.* a WHAT?

Aether is the classic dad that can and will fall asleep anywhere, like glasses falling of his face (aether wears glasses when needed, change my mind.) mouth open and everything. But also this guys just love sleep:

Aether: Hm, this load has another 20mins, time for quick snooze.

Dew: Aeth? Dinners ready, we’ve been trying to-… *see’s aether asleep in the dryer with the finished and warm laundry load*

Cirrus… why does she do it? We don’t know. There’s many theory’s, one being she saw a spider crawl up the wall and thought “I can do that.” At first she was discouraged because “we can’t keep repairing the gouges in the wall ‘Rus! You’re ruining the paint work!” But it’s slowly become the norm, a morning routine of hers to try and the others to watch over morning coffee or tea. Cumulus is her no.1 hype man.

Mist never thought she'd lose her droplet.

'Mist's little shadow' is what Omega called him before he was named, in the early days where he still carried the smell of the sulfuric pits with him. He never strayed far from her, always at her heel when she looked for him. She never prepared herself for the day she'd look over her shoulder and find him out of arms reach, only drifting further by the day.

She'd been happy at first, watching him grow into himself. Seeing Dew stand on his own, watching him take the stage like he'd always belonged there, seeing him bonded with his own pack.

Mist had been happy until the day another water ghoul came into his life, because that was the day she realized she was losing him.

She recognized the way Dew looked at this lithe, siren of a thing as he was guided from the summoning circle and felt her chest go tight. Dew looked at him with an immediate warmth that he never held for her, a yearning that she could not fulfill. Mist recognized desire that ran far deeper than she could ever satiate. It was the beginning of the end, no matter how hard she tried to pretend the signs weren't there.

Part of her didn't want to let go. Selfish in the way she missed her protege. Jealous in the way she observed them together. Devastated in the way Dew said his name like it was sacred.

But she still smiles despite it when Dew finds her, the happiest she'd seen him in months, excited enough to miss the faint sadness in her eyes. His flushed cheeks, the smell of cinnamon curling off of him so sweetly, his wide grin. He stumbles over his words as he grabs for her hands, skin running hotter than she'd ever recalled. He was not the ghoul she guided and guarded so closely. Bolder, louder, a fire ghoul by very definition, and a stranger to her at heart.

She should have known he was gone, that her place in his world was overshadowed. That she had done all she could for him, and that Dew didn't need her anymore.

Mist can only focus on the arduous task of maintaining her smile while he babbles on about the pretty new ghoul - Rain, again he says his name like he hopes to savor the way it forms on his tongue. Things between them were growing, blossoming, and he was happier than she'd ever seen him but despite that fact her stomach flips. Salt and lavender mixed underneath Dew's sweet smokey scent, nothing close to the way her protege used to smell. It made her feel sick realizing who it belonged to.

But she squeezes his hands dutifully and tells him how happy she is for him, for them. It's only a partial lie, and she traps the quiet plea for him not to leave behind her teeth when he lets her go.

When he turns, her smile drops and she brings her hands to her chest.

It feels like goodbye to watch him walk away.

I've been wanting to do this post for a while now so here is EVERYTHING I CAN TELL YOU ABOUT THE GHOULS' IMPERA COSTUMES.

Buckle up because I have a LOT to say about those, this is gonna be a very long one.

The costumes were designed by B Åkerlund, a Swedish costume designer who's worked with Ghost since at least Meliora (that's as far back as I was willing to scroll on her Instagram page lol). B Åkerlund has also worked for many other musical artists such as Lady Gaga, Beyoncé, Madonna, the Rolling Stones, Ozzy Osborne, Blink 182 and Hollywood Undead (information from her own website)

The masks were made by Bob Basset, a visual artists who works a lot with leather. I find his work fascinating, you can look him up on Instagram (nsfw warning, there's a few naked ladies).

Fun fact! The horns are real cow horns. That's the reason some of them have gold tips, to hide the imperfections that come with working with actual horns.

He does have a shop where he sells his items, there's a mask there very similar to the Impera ones. You can also buy Papa's batwings if you happen to have 2500$ lying around!

The jackets are made on the same model as one of Papa's. The back is decorated with a spine-like design made from leather and cording. It's adorned with a few of our classic Impera buttons. Some of the hems were left raw and some deliberate weathering was done to make it look old and worn.

Fun fact! The shoulder pieces are not sewn into the garment, I would assume for easier cleaning. I don't know if they're held by strong magnets or snap buttons.

The vest (my beloved 😩) is made from flocked velvet in a paisley pattern. It closes in the front with custom metal clasps that are riveted into the garment. The D parts are attached with what seems to me like wide elastic, which would lessen the pression on the clasps when moving around a lot. The back is made from two different types of fabric, I'd have to touch it to be able to tell you what they are. I assume the panels closer to the sides have some mild stretch to them. The top of the shoulders are decorated with Impera grucifix patches.

The shirts were not custom made for the ghouls, altho they were altered. The original shirt in the vintage painter linen shirt from Punk Rave and it is still being sold. Some of the cuffs were altered, removing the ruffles for some of the ghouls, but not all. They were removed for Dew, Mountain and Phantom, Aether's didn't have them either. As far as I can tell, all the ghoulettes still have them.

An unfinished piece of linen serves as an ascot, that piece is decorated with a metal devil skull. The colour of the skull doesn't appear to be consistent between each ghoul, Dew's looks gold almost bronze while Phantom's is a silver-like colour.

Another modification is the buttons, a small portion of them were removed in favor of our Impera buttons. Some of the ghouls have more buttons replaced than others, which is still a mystery to me.

The pants are called Jodhpurs, they were invented in the 1800s as horse riding pants. The wide part at the hips and thighs allowing for better movement. The ones the ghouls wear don't reach all the way to their ankles, they stop a bit past the calf muscle, hidden by the boots. (Yes, the ghouls are effectively wearing capri pants)

The boots are motorcycle riding boots, decorated by a grucifix. Like the shirt, they can still be bought online through the All American Boots website, altho the price tag is... Headache inducing to say the least.

The cape is a piece of costume that was only briefly worn on stage by the ghouls, Aurora being the only one who still wears one. I would assume it gets in the way of playing very easily. The cape itself is made of two fabrics, a light blue satin and a dark grey suede. The two pieces are not sewn together at the bottom, they move freely from each other. The cape is attached on the left shoulder with a harness piece that has one strap across the chest, decorated with a metal buckle, and one under the armpit.

honestly at this point Marvel can do whatever tf they want to with Lokius. they’ve already given me all i need to have one of the greatest ships of all time. it’s a love story that writes itself, even if they refuse to see that. no matter what happens, good or bad, Lokius will always belong together, in my opinion. they compliment, balance and KNOW each other. Loki has come so far in such a short period of time BECAUSE of Mobius. Mobius is the only one who has ever truly seen him. they might never be canon, but they sure as fuck should be.

i have to say i didn't really get lokius when i watched season 1, but then in s2 i saw mobius grab loki's waist and them building an emotionally healthy and mutually supportive relationship and acting like nobody else is in the room when they talk to each other and if i don't make it back and you'll make it back and dates at the movie theatre and dates at the fair and you're the god of mischief and all of a sudden i knew what y'all were talking about all along
