The Coca Cola logo or vending machine was shown only 10 seconds out of 1:31 minutes, in all these scenes from real life commercial.
That is all it takes, a brief moment, when a brand is positioned. The logic and magic, strategy and creativity are together to build a brand. Why we do not let the Coca Cola Logo stays in right hand corner along the 1:31? The reason is the magic side, the creativity side, the story behind is what matters to associate it with the brand. That is all it takes to position the name brand into the public.
When enough individuals arrive at the same gut feeling, a company can be said to have a brand. In other words, a brand .Is not what YOU say it is. It’s what THEY say it is.
Neumeier, Marty. The Brand Gap. MBS Direct.
Shake up the happiness. A well written theme from Coca Cola to promote its brand... What is a brand? A person's gut feeling about a product, service or organization, according to Marty Neumeier in his book The Brand Gap.
Music is one of the other key elements from Coca Cola to create its own brand. The stories around the music are families together, joy, love, Christmas time, dreams, Santa Claus, and all of the other key values that we already talked about. The same values, the same stories will be presented in every aspect of advertisement, marketing promotions, ads, brochures and commercials. Coca Cola stays Focused Focused and Focused. In this sense, the company creates its own brand and differentiate from the other competitors. Stay focused, focused, and focused is a key element of branding, according to Marty Neumeier.
Coca Cola has been very successful at transmitting the same message over and over again to create a brand of its own. A brand that tells a story: There is always happiness, there are dreams, there is love, there is hope, peace, kindness, laughter, generosity, magic scenes. Coca Cola uses also a Christmas time to promote those stories. No need to tell Santa Claus is part of those stories.
A positive message: joy, laughter, scenes from real life (the real thing), kindness, generosity, heroes involved, peace. Coca Cola relates the story in a simple way: keep it pure, keep it simple, according to The Brand Gap.
Coca Cola has been very successful at transmitting the same message over and over again to create a brand of its own. A brand that tells a story: There is always happiness, there are dreams, there is love, there is hope, peace, kindness, laughter, generosity, and magic scenes. A positive message is inside all the stories.
Who is the Walking Dead?
The Walking Dead is a TV horror drama developed by Fran Darabont. The original series came for a comic book series of the same name. It started in Oct 31, 2010, on the cable channel AMC in the USA and right now it is is in its fourth season.
It is simply the best in it own genre. The Walking Dead is original, has its own brand and perfectly differentiate from other genres in TV. There is no other TV drama that could capture 16.1 million viewers for its fourth season premiere to become the most watched drama series telecast in basic cable history.
What Does The Walking Dead do? The Walking Dead entertains people by presenting a TV show in which two kind of human beings are in constant battle and their skills, either in one side or the other, are really important to make the human race survive: The dead and alive. Who is going to win? On one hand, the vast majority of dead people whose purpose is to eat and transform humans into walking dead. On the other hand, the humans alive will need to use their thinking skills to survive the dead crowd with no loss. A battle between intelligence in alive people vs majority in dead people… who is going to win?
Why Does it matter? AMC’s passion is the entertainment business and this company realizes that being in the top is to create a TV show with wonderful settings and plots where the story gets our attention. This is the reason AMC initially invested 3.5 million per episode to add extras, special effects and filming outdoors which is more expressive than in a indoor studio.
The Walking Dead matters because is a unique TV story. It is interesting by selecting a theme never brought to the TV sets. It is also thrilling when the walking dead or the crowd move with all those special effects and amazing make up to get a human alive.
It matters because at the end, the only purpose of every creation and product is to get the attention of public to get our mission accomplished.

Amor desviado, amor contradictorio; amor malsano, amor malvado; amor renegado, amor irreverente; amor odiado... amor suplicado.
sino sentires personales,
pensamientos...
que salen del desván..
There’s one thing you can absolutely, 100 percent rely on, which is that if you show five different people the same thing, they’re all going to have a different complaint or compliment. Each is going to have a different response, and you’d better know what you’re gonna do, otherwise you’re going to get confused… [H]ow much good can come from putting any time into studying how people are responding to your movies? The best case scenario is that it makes you feel flattered for a certain period of time, which doesn’t really buy you much, in life: and inevitably, it’s not going to just be the best-case scenario, so learn to spare yourself that experience, I’d say. – Wes Anderson
Ana Gabriel... Simplemente Amigos.
Project and Team Management is an interesting class. No project is done, if there is no involvement of people in it. In other words, people make the projects, and the project may or not work depending on the skills, talents, and willingness of people involved in it.
That is the main purpose of this class. Every project has five main areas that a team management would seek, in order to assess where the best resources are to get the job done: People, Resources, Places, Personalities and Budgeting.
How a project management will achieve the goal of increasing a production of cars from five hundred to one thousand in a day? Can we build the same cars with the same people, with the same resources and budget?. Changes in the process means changes in management.
Welcome to team management.
A team in the company is important to achieve success. A team that “manage” all the changes in the environment from planning, execution and control.
What resources do we have? What places are available? How do we connect different places with same policies at the same time? Do we use the Internet, do we use the web to get the messages to our partners all around the globe?
If we want to produce more, who is the leader that will challenge his team to get a little further? What skills and traits does every single person have to get the project done? What kind of leadership do we have at the other side? Is it a shark, an owl, a turtle, a teddy bear? What about the personality? Is it a dominant personality? Is it an influence personality? Is it a steadfast personality? Is it a Compliance personality? http://www.123test.com/disc-personality-test/
In real world, how do we combine all these types of personalities in a working place? Is it one better that the other one? Do we take advantages of every single personality to produce a meaningful and diverse team that achieve the goal of producing more? How?
Welcome to Project and Team Management, where knowledge is the key to open a world of opportunities to make things happen, and get the job done.
Just do it with knowledge. Knowledge is Project and Team Management.

When I told her that I loved her she did not believe me. She threw the Lolli Pop outburst in my face that had happened when we were kids, and we played hide and seek, the cat and the mouse, and freeze tag (you're it).
I do not know what happened, at that time.
I guess I wanted to eat a sweet and she did not want to share her Lolli Pop with me, so I took it away from her, and I ran to eat it under a tree, and I enjoyed it quietly with pleasure.
The Lolli Pop tasted sweet.
What was not sweet was her heartbroken, and from there she did not want to talk to me. That anger lasted years, maybe decades...
She said I was a bad boy!
Then I remembered, a few years later, when I asked her to be my girlfriend because she no longer had these crazy girl traits, or I did not know if the love I felt for her made me not seeing her as she was because love is blind. ... By the way, she rejected me...
I argued (trying to be a little philosophical) that love was not related to things, nor was there a correlation between my love for her and the Tootsie Pop that I had taken away from her years ago as children, but she argued yes!!! - In this strange and irrational feminine logic inference and again I repeated to her that I liked the lolli pop, and had nothing to do with love and period (I had to be a man, truthful and make things clear once and for all, right?)
Bad result!
She never talked to me anymore! ... I think she did not like my tone of not regretting what she thought was wrong. The years past by, and as she grew older she was getting more beautiful. I did not know how to make her forget the Tootsie Pop outburst.
I loved her. Really.
A lot.
I imagined in my hypothesis that she would have read the novel of Pedro Páramo , and some of it would have stayed in her heart , because she was too intellectual, with those words "make him pay dearly the neglect of duty that we had“, or rather, I should say the Tootsie Pop one day he took away from me ...
A decade later we found each other at the law school. I must admit she was a beauty, and I liked her even more. My first impulse was to talk to her, but she again harangued me the Tootsie Pop incident with sweet chocolate that I had taken away from her, decades ago....
Truly I was desperate....
I figured out the reason she wanted to be a lawyer or prosecutor in court. She had this very great talent to explain with detail, with delightful charm, I would say, the
evils and omissions that the accused had committed to reach the tribunal.
But I still loved her and liked her like that.... She was beautiful, indeed. I was in love with her and I could not do anything else but to be close to my dear love. My crazy heart loved whoever did not deserve to be loved and endured all the insults, rants, and bad moods. As the time passed intruding questions came into my mind from Descartes, Plato and Thomas Aquinas. She was intellectual and I did not want to stay behind her knowledge, of course….
I told her that "if we think” about that candy, then “it would exist " and it would interfere in our relationship that I wanted to have with her. I wanted to offer the best of me (my heart, and it sounds corny but sometimes so it is) and that the love that I felt for her would give me the thrust to build those palaces that she deserved and I could not temporarily give, unless we both work hard for it. I would accomplish her dream, of course ... being Descartes.
I told her what St. Thomas Aquinas said "seeing is believing" and she would see my immense passion trying to meet her each day and at least say " Good morning " when passing between classes. After looking at her, my mind was filled with her smile that I tried to draw later in my notebook when the teacher was lecturing. Obviously my teacher wondered what the drawing had to do with the notes and explanations of civil law that he had taught...
“None” teacher, I said. It is that I'm in love and love makes me fly like a butterfly.
I apologized and asked him that love should be declared as a pleasant cause of exception to the rigidity of academic schools. This feeling is uncontrollable, -I argued, and suddenly it came into my mind her image, the wind, and the leaves of the shaking trees like a movie, where we both walked together holding hands and being happy to enjoy what life gave us....
(Do not think wrong, I said, I mean the love that I feel for her)
And again, I said, it has nothing to do with you teacher, but with the fact that I am just in love....
Try other methods! My psychologist told me. One day I brought two Tootsie Pops with chocolate inside to make amends to my beloved, but she said that those lolli pops were not the same as the one I had mistakenly eaten...
Afterwards, when she looked at the other lolli pop with an engagement ring, she looked at me, smiled, hugged me and screamed I do!! I do!
That was the biggest hug that I have ever had in my life.
And we both lived happily ever after.... getting married
What is your story of love?
Leadership is a very exciting course because it has taught me to see the groups’ perspective, and how perfectly communicating ideas may influence people to achieve the goals of the group or company. As Maxwell stated, “the three components of this triangle are communication, recognition, and influence. You start to communicate effectively. This leads to recognition and recognition in turn to influence.”
Personally, I have always worked with groups and have agreed to work with them because it is necessary to go through the experience with them in order to win their heart and have a common ground that allows us to work together. At this point, I see two principles of Maxwell, the first one relates to the “Pareto Principle” which states, (referring to counseling) “20% of people take up to 80% of your time.” The second principle states, “The leader must develop trust with people” as Maxwell puts it. “The more people trust the leader, the more willing they will be to accept the leader’s proposal changes.”
In addition, working with groups is all about ideas. It is about achieving each goal in life, as a supporting cast, and not a staff position working for a personal benefit. In that regard, I agree with Maxwell when he states, “Am I building people, or am I building my dream and using people to do it?” Maxwell says it pretty clear, “Manipulation is moving together for my advantage, and Motivation is moving together for mutual advantage.”
Personally I like the Maxwell leadership style because it is positive, open, and democratic. The object of his leadership plan is to form an organization that believes in the benefit of every person in the group. Working with clear, defined, and objective rules in which we can all learn to work together for a better future within the company or society.
The Maxwell leadership style applies to my style of working with groups. Unconsciously, I have applied many of its concepts, not perfectly, but I have in some ways applied it to my style of work. I obviously have a lot to learn from Maxwell, but I believe I am striving to apply these concepts in my workplace, with coworkers, and in my family.
