I think I like food forests more rather than the current monoculture farming and would rather create a food forest because it feels more like gardening than farming to me. You know?

I much prefer them personally

I Think I Like Food Forests More Rather Than The Current Monoculture Farming And Would Rather Create

As long as people are around, we are going to have paths of some kind, and if we want to stay with streets as we currently have them why not line them with food?

I Think I Like Food Forests More Rather Than The Current Monoculture Farming And Would Rather Create

Canopies to provide shade and color, with vines like ivy or grapes or beans growing up the sides.

I Think I Like Food Forests More Rather Than The Current Monoculture Farming And Would Rather Create

Espalied fruit trees as fences and shrubs so you can grab bassket full of fruit and a handful of berries on the way to the park or neighbors house.

Root crops and ground cover filling in the gaps. Compost bins where we have garbage bins now.

Not only does it sound pretty, it also would be more efficent for food harvesting and distribution. Plus think of how much lower the heat of any given street would be!

So yea, I def dream of food forest streets.

Here's some notes on some of the upper body muscles so you, artist, don't need to look them up

They are not medically accurate, just enough for artists to know the necessary muscles and how they work together

I 100% recommend doing the last exercise I did to be able to actually place the muscles

The Group Of Five (5) Apple Seeds Have Taproots Already Growing. Three (3) Of Them Have Longer Ones While

The group of five (5) apple seeds have taproots already growing. Three (3) of them have longer ones while the rest have taproots just peeking out.

The group of four (4) have split seed shells.

The remaining group has no taproots growing or split seed shells.

I planted the ones with taproots and split seed shells.

The thing with apple seedlings is that they tend to have a high mortality rate/they're more likely to die. Their first year is their hardest. If they make it past their first year, they're most likely going to be crab apples; not dessert apples or any kind you're probably used to seeing in the store. Not to mention, the fruits won't be like either of their parents due to genetics. Personally, I'm fine with that.

But I got these seeds from an apple I was eating.

Hey i’m a fashion design student so i have tons and tons of pdfs and docs with basic sewing techniques, pattern how-tos, and resources for fabric and trims. I’ve compiled it all into a shareable folder for anyone who wants to look into sewing and making their own clothing. I’ll be adding to this folder whenever i come across new resources

I owe my stewardship and my efforts of conservation to those who have passed and those yet to come.

just learned that magnolias are so old that they’re pollinated by beetles because they existed before bees

i like working at plant store. sometimes you ring up someone and there's a slug on their plant and so you're like "Oh haha you've got a friend there let me get that for you" and you put the slug on your hand for safekeeping but then its really busy and you dont have time to take the slug outside before the next customer in line so you just have a slug chilling on your hand for 15 minutes. really makes you feel at peace with nature. also it means sometimes i get to say my favorite line which is "would you like this free slug with your purchase"

Genuine question (I don't have Helldivers 2 Q~Q) what do you mean "We saved the kids again"? Was there another hospital that needed rescued?

Message from Arrowhead Game Studios:

“Today we updated our backend and we have encountered an error that is affecting planet liberation rates, causing them to skyrocket. While we know this is fun, we also know that it is breaking the Galactic War mechanic itself.

In short, this is harming the game experience and will have detrimental effects on the war mechanic in the future.

We have made the decision to pause the Galactic War temporarily until this is fixed. We’re already starting the process, but we do not yet have an ETA for this fix. You will still be able to play Helldivers 2, but you cannot make any contributions to liberating planets or advancing the War.

This is our mistake and we own it. We are not going to revert any of the damage done by this error, however, so your major order victory is still secure.

We will keep you updated as soon as we have more information!

As always, thank you for being patient and understanding, Helldivers. 💛”
