How to poop again
Y’all my pro tip if you can’t poop is to eat dried apricots if you are not afraid of them or buy Macrogol. It’s a different kind of laxative and it doesn’t work instant but takes 1-3 days to work but it’s way more safe than regular laxatives. Also it doesn’t cause crazy diarrhea and stomach pain. They just soften your stool. You can take them for 2 weeks straight with no harm. Then you just need to take a break for a few days and after that continue taking them for 2 weeks etc. Even babies can take this.
I restrict a lot but still take a shit thanks to both BUT don’t overdo both or take them together bc then you WILL get diarrhea and stomach pain and you don’t want this. Maybe do this if you haven’t pooped in a week. But otherwise NO.
Also buttermilk is very good for you digestion. It’s filling and both low in calories and fat.
Please tell me if it worked for you and have a good poop! 💖
Servings: 4 - 256kcal/43g protein per serving
600 g / 1.2 lb chicken breasts (mini chicken breasts/chicken tenders)
Salt and pepper
Low calorie cooking spray (I used Fry Light)
1 onion , finely diced
2 garlic cloves , minced
300 g | 10oz white mushrooms , sliced
1 tbsp flour
500 ml | 2 cups beef stock , from a stock cube
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
150 g | ⅔ cup fat-free Quark cheese
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp chopped parsley
1. Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
2. Spray a large skillet or frying pan with low calorie cooking spray.
3. Heat the pan and cook the chicken for 3 minutes per side over medium heat. If the pan gets very dry add a small splash of the stock. Set the chicken aside.
4. Deglaze the pan with a splash of beef stock and turn heat down to medium high. Add the onions and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Stir in the garlic and then add the mushrooms. Cook the mushrooms, stirring, until golden about 5 minutes.
6. Add the flour and cook, stirring, for a minute.
7. Pour in the remaining beef stock and stir to combine. Lower the heat to a simmer. Stir in the mustard, Worcestershire sauce and add the Quark. Stir until combined, I used a small balloon whisk to do this.
8. Bring to simmer again and cook over low heat for 3 minutes until sauce is slightly reduced.
9. Add chicken back in and continue to simmer for 5 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
10. Add chopped parsley and check the seasoning – add salt and pepper to taste.
11. Serve over pasta or rice, sprinkle with more fresh parsley.
use half a cup of oats, lotsa splenda, a pinch baking soda and 1/8 tsp white vinegar w one cup of water in a decently big bowl
microwave 3 minutes
refrigerate for 30 minutes
add 1/8 cup more water, stir
microwave another 3 minutes
refrigerate for 30
repeat process until you have as much oat volume as u want with thick consistency! Basically this makes the oats expand to hold more water every time you cook them so it looks and feels like wayyy more than it is
followed a recipe i found on here for low-cal pumpkin muffins but when i screenshotted it, their username was cropped out so i can’t credit them /; the picture on the right was my finished product!
i didn’t add any walnuts, and instead of adding 40g of chocolate to the batter i topped each muffin with ½ tbsp. dark chocolate chips (35 cals). the batter made 17 muffins, making each muffin 90 cals, and 125 cals with chocolate chips on top. took a while to make but i just had one for breakfast and it was pretty good!
✨ 100 Calorie Smoothie ✨ — as much as I love using apps to log my cals and exercise, my food journal is like my bible- does anyone else keep one? I thought I’d share one of my most used recipes that I’ve written in there- this smoothie is super filling and tasty ☺️ — —— ——— ingredients: * 1 cup ice (0 cals) * 1 cup water (0 cals) * ½ cup frozen blueberries (43 cals) * ½ medium banana (27 cals) * ¼ cup macadamia milk (14 cals) * ¾ tsp honey (16 cals)
put it all in your blender and blend until smooth! ——— —— — ^ depending on how powerful your blender is and how thick you like your smoothies, you could add more/less water ^if you don’t need the added sweetness, don’t add honey! ^ if you want to further reduce the calories, you could also completely remove the milk and replace with a little more water ^ any milk substitute can be used in place of macadamia (I just love the taste!) calories will vary between types and brands of milk substitutes, so make sure to check yours!
