He is terrified of dying alone. Sure, he's kind of an asshole to pretty much everyone, but he has people he trusts. People whose names he'd scream with his last breath if he lay dying in a forest somewhere. He's generally very anxious, but that scares him the most.

That he used to shoplift almost all of his food. Of course most people wouldn't care, he's just embarrassed that he had to (all his money went towards science projects).

Losing his hand. Though it didn't actually hurt, considering it just cracked off and wasn't severed, it still screws with him mentally. He feels like it should have hurt, that it's stupid and unfair that it didn't. That if it hurt him he'd have a reason to be so upset about losing it.

...did you know that black eyes is actually a mutation? it's called aniridia. basically the pupil is much bigger than the iris, which makes the eyes seem void black

...you and boss have the same mutation, but I call boss boss because I won't miss a chance to mock the higher ups

it's easier to remember people when you know their role... I was inclined to call you something insulting, like "righty" or "robotnic" too. but your eyes sealed the deal in my head...
