When I hung out with the fit guy and thin girl last year they also asked me what kind of music I liked. I didn’t know how to reply because I like all types of music as long as it’s depressing or something. Been like that my entire life, no matter what new genre I got into, I always picked out the most depressing songs and liked those best. So I told them that. Which was incredibly stupid of me. The fit guy said “I’d be depressed all the time too in that case”. Which yea I get it, I get how that sort of stuff affects people. But god damnit the music doesn’t depress me, I listen to that music because I am depressed. Ahhhshahskrocjenjdms I wish I never spoke. I should have stayed mute.
follow these simple, siiiimple steps and you can actually reach your ugw by the end of summer and enter your junior year confident and beautiful ☺️
1. Drink 1 gal of water a day
2. Never exceed 1000 calories
3. Go on a run every week day morning and do some form of working out.
4. Saturday's are cheat days. You can eat up to 1000 calories
5. Fast every Sunday (no working out, it's a rest day.)
6. Before eating anything, scroll through your entire blog. Be wise
7. Bring an "emergency" fruit or small bag of vegetables to practice with you. If you feel light headed, eat it. You'll burn it all off.
8. Never eat after 7 pm
9. Have at least 2 cups of tea a day
10. Take a strong hair vitamin and multivitamin every single day. Don't forget

Nachos? Ew. That’s just so gross. Fat and carbs and fat fat fat. I’m horrified. You almost did well, then you royally fucked up. Your blood pressure is going to fucking explode and you’ll die a fat fuck. Don’t eat like that ever again. It’s so bad for you and sets you back from your goals by a week or more. Go look at yourself and pinch your belly fat. That’s where those nachos are going. Stop yourself from doing that ever again.
