@queenbadperra there are exercises like leg lifts that you can do that target the inside of the thigh, not everyone can or ever will have a thigh gap nothing to do with weight just with genetics, girls with thigh gaps have hips that are slightly further apart then girls without, but if you do side leg lifts I think that's what their called you should start to see some change

Why people promote such an awful disease I’ll never know But I know you know what can go wrong and no you aren’t the exception. Your hair will fall out and so will your teeth The stick thin girls you see are sick. It isn’t oversized sweaters and fragile hands. Having the shakes for weeks isn’t cute. Being permanently bloated isn’t sexy. People won’t be jealous, they’ll be concerned. Disgusted even.

also me: spends the entire day on the kitchen watching at all food I have with a really watering mouth and mad eyes
me: *obsessively weighs myself* me: *counts every calorie* me: *fasts for 24+ hours regularly* me: *lies about eating to loved ones* also me: I don’t have an eating disorder, i’m faking it
Me: Gotta restrict, restrict, restrict, let's aim for 500 calories today
Me: *realizes I have unhealthy habits and binges* Eating disorders are bad, so yay me for recovery!
Me: Oh my god I ate myself for eating, I'm never eating again.
Me: *repeats every single day*
