FROM A SHIFTER WHO HAS BEEN TRYING TO SHIFT FOR 5 YEARS (ACTUALLY FOUND OUT IT’S BEEN 6 YEARS)
I have seen this community get bigger and i have seen one part of the community say one thing and the other part of the community say something completely different.
I have tried methods, i have applied the law of assumption, living in the wish fulfilled, i took care of my CR, i worked on my self-concept, i relied on tarot readings and not relied on tarot readings, i have tried finding the root to my problems and tried not forcing it.
One year each. Applied what was given to me.
And i can say, I'm irritated about the lack of compassion this community offers.
People forget that behind the screen they're just as human as the rest of us. A following on Tumblr is as unimportant as a following on Amino. I understand that people want to explain what works for them but a part of this community acts in a way that makes their opinion seem fact.
Someone saying that we have to find what holds us back and another telling us that forms unnecessary blockages. One Person says that maybe we don't want to shift, another person calls bullshit on that.
From someone who has been on this journey for six years, i can promise you, i want to shift because otherwise i would have already given up. I have never been committed to anything as much as i am committed to my shifting journey.
I take breaks, of course. But that's about it.
I don't enjoy just daydreaming and not all of us have the privilege to just give up. Years ago, i wanted out because i was suffering from abuse.
And here is my question:
WHY DOES THIS COMMUNITY THINK IN A WAY THAT DISREGARDS PEOPLE WITH BAD CIRCUMSTANCES?
The amount of times i have read the words victim mentality is insane. This community might be better than shiftok but it's as bad as the law of assumption twitter community.
every time get a sign from your dr, you are aligning with it. you’re aligning with its vibrations. you are on the same frequency of it. believe that. that means you are there.
You deserve it. You deserve to shift. You deserve good things. You've earned the right to an easy life filled with people you love. It's not going to be a perfect life. You'll cry, you'll get sick, you'll get your heartbroken, but I promise it'll be better than here. You deserve better. YOU DESERVE TO SHIFT. Now go shift. You've earned it.
I'm feeling an UNBEARABLE amount of longing for my DR rn I'm going to explode
fr 😭
making myself flat chested in all my drs because i have massive hyonkers in here and i hate it
You will shift once you stop relying so much on others and start relying on yourself. I completely mean that.
I know you probably hear this often, but genuinely, exit Tumblr or TikTok or whatever you use to consume shifting content, and stop listening so much to what other people do to shift.
Trust your intuition and do what you know you need to do to shift. Trust yourself. I promise you, that's what's going to make you shift.
you know what you need to do.
“if i don’t shift i’ll...” NO
YOU WILL SHIFT YOU HAVE SHIFTED
stop acting like you can fail because you will
when i want to drink tea i don’t think about what i will do in case i fail to make it - i just go and make the tea
when i shift i think about what i’m gonna do once i wake up in my dr, i don’t plan what i will do in this reality because i will not fail, i can’t fail and neither can you
There seems to be a disconnect in the shifting community. I see some say that "shifting is something that takes practice, keep persisting and you'll get there." Though yes that's true, it's made to be some grand journey. But I ask you, when does this journey fucking end? Are you to remain on said journey forever? When the 3D doesn't reflect where you're aiming to shift, does that mean you have failed?
Get up!
You want to be like the shifters that seem to shift repeatedly with ease. Or, hell, maybe you think so little of yourself that you wish that you could just shift once. When, I implore you, will you decide that you're the shifter you aspire to be? Do you believe that change will simply occur, as if by some unseen hand, during this so-called "process"?
Words of wisdom: if you are to become a master shifter in the future, something must have brought you there. What could that be, I wonder? Because it is certainly not wishing that you might be. In truth, there is no disconnect between your future self and your present self. Step into that future self. Decide you are that now. That is the act that bridges the gap between your future and perceived present self.
The past serves to guide us to the future. The 3D that doesn't reflect your desire is but a step along the way. Decide, right now, that you are your future self. Because you are. There is no separation, only a perceived one. You are merely playing out the remnants of past thoughts and beliefs that you once let crowd your mind. This does not fucking change the fact that you have already shifted or that you are a master shifter. Cease your doubting and stop this vicious cycle. If doubts or frustrations arise, meditate. You really need to learn how to observe your emotions rather than react to them. I have a couple posts about that on my page. You need not believe every thought that crosses your mind, remember that.
You are your future, master-shifter self. Embrace it. Affirm from the future tense. "I have shifted countless times. I cannot believe I once thought shifting was difficult. Now I shift with ease." You are your own greatest obstacle. Remember that. The "hard" part of shifting is overcoming that. You decide when that change occurs. Like a computer, the mind can be reprogrammed. Begin and decide now.

*.˗ˏˋ DEILD- The Quickest And Easiest Method To Lucid Dream That I know ´ˎ˗.*
Listennnn, I love the lucid dream method down. It is AND ALWAYS WILL BE my favorite way to shift, apart from the void state.
BUT I know I cannot be the only one struggling to get lucid😩😭 At least I used to struggle before I found DEILD. I found other techniques tedious, having to do constant reality checks during the day felt like a chore and lying completely still in bed for 30+ minutes waiting for my body to fall asleep was quite literally torture to me. IF I could stay awake through it because most times I couldn’t or just rolled over and gave up because nothing was happening and I was très uncomfortable.
I’ve tried mild, SSILD, fild, ALL THE “ILDS” every single one and while they are effective, I’ve finally found the technique that works best for me and takes the least amount of time so I thought I would share, just in case it may help someone else!
With this technique you…..
Go from being awake directly into a lucid dream without falling asleep (this is called a wake initiated lucid dream and in my experience I feel more aware and in control with these vs when I randomly become aware in the middle of my dream. They are also easier to remember if you have poor dream recall. )
Are able to start the lucid dream scene in the privacy of your own room so you don’t have to worry about trying to shift in the middle of distracting dream scenes or dealing with distracting dream characters
You can save a Lucid dream that’s been cut short or even have several lucid dreams in one night using this method
Don’t need to do reality checks during the day if you don’t want to or do any other daytime prep
The whole thing takes 10-30 seconds START TO FINISH!
The technique…
Steps…
Before bed set the intention that when you wake up you will immediately remember to perform DEILD
Set a touchless alarm to wake you up anywhere from 3-6 hours after falling asleep. I like this one! Maybe put it in a playlist with a lucid dreaming subliminal or theta waves set to play after the alarm goes off to boost your chances of becoming Lucid🌙
Go to bed as normal. As I fall asleep I like to imagine myself waking up to the alarm and successfully performing DEILD. Then I imagine myself successfully entering the void from the LD and then successfully waking up in my wr. I loop this sequence until I fall asleep. I do this to help me remember to do the technique the second I wake up, but it is not at all necessary.
Immediately upon waking and hearing the alarm, I try to remember to stay still and not open my eyes. Minimal movement is fine, but we’re trying to convince our body that we’re still asleep! The alarm will shut off on its own.
Wait for what feels like 10 seconds without actually counting (Again, you don’t want to activate your Brain and wake yourself up too much )
After it feels like 10 seconds have gone by, do a reality check like the nose pinch test EVEN IF YOU FEEL WIDE AWAKE and don’t think you could possibly already be back asleep in only 10 seconds. Most of the time you’ll already be in what is called a false awakening-when you think you’re awake in bed but you’re actually dreaming
If you were able to breathe through your closed nose you are now in a lucid dream starting out in your room. You can proceed to shift to your dr in any way you like-some of my go to’s are:
-creating a portal
-entering the void and shifting from there
-entering the astral realm and shifting from there
-waking myself up from the dream but intending to wake up in my dr not my cr
Editors note:
If when you do the nose pinch test, you are still awake, repeat step 6 up to 2 more times. If by this point, you still have not entered a lucid dream, it is best to go back to bed and try again the next time you wake up. This method is very effective but fragile, as it is best performed in that very small hypnopompic window right when you are teetering on the edge of awake and asleep.
Why this method works…
When you wake up from sleep and don’t move or open your eyes, it tricks your body into thinking that you’re still asleep and it puts you back in a dream, even though your mind is actually awake! This is why a touchless alarm is helpful, or you can use natural awakenings.
Troubleshooting the method…
The hardest part about this method is remembering to stay still as soon as you wake up.
You can set the intention to remember to do so before bed
You can also use prospective memory training during the day (every time you look in a mirror/ drink something/ plug in your phone/ enter a different room etc you can affirm “the next time I wake up I will immediately remember to perform DEILD” )
And if you move by mistake or have to use an alarm that needs manually turned off, all is not necessarily lost. it’s still worth trying anyway as long as you think you’ll be able to fall back asleep! Just wait 30 seconds instead of 10 before doing a reality check and consider using an anchor to help keep you focused and awake (could be focusing on the sound of the subliminal if you made a playlist, or the sound of a fan etc)
TLDR OF THE TECHNIQUE:
Wake up either naturally or to a touch-less alarm. If you must use a manual alarm, keep movement minimal as to not activate your brain too much.
Lie still with your eyes closed and keep a blank mind for 10-30 seconds
Do a reality check to see if you are lucid dreaming

I know this sounds like a basic tip everyone says, but "living in the wish fulfilled" is something that you need to do if you want to shift way easier. (of course, you can shift without this but why not make things easier?
"act as if"
When shifting, you aren't willing to become your "DR self", you are said DR self. Act as if you're already there, think in first person as if you're in your DR already.
If thoughts about your CR occur, that's okay. Try to let them pass, turn the thoughts into 3rd person. You aren't in your CR anymore, think of it as another place now.
"the present tense"
I AM.
Still basic, yet I see a lot of people get that wrong. Speak as you're already there.
"I will shift" = "I have shifted."
"I am a master shifter" = "I am in my DR."
Stop trying to manifest the power to shift, you already have that. You don't need to affirm 'I am a master shifter', this is manifesting the wrong thing. You should focus on getting to your DR, not gaining the ability to.
"Think of your DR as a REAL PLACE."
You ARE your DR self. Your DR is REAL. Stop thinking about it as a fictional place, it's a REAL one and treat it like that.
Instead of saying "my DR self", say you. Your 'DR self' is just another term for you, your DR is just another reality you live in. Stop treating them as something unachievable.
Remember, you don't need anything to shift. You can do it at any time no matter what. Stop limiting yourself. 111 222 333
