An email came out in the hours approaching April Fools
A video was attached to the email, which can be viewed here:
The video is on Kilbyβs channel and not the long dead Nanowrimo channel. The video is full ofβ¦
Kilby logic, but there is some relevant information contained within.
Despite everything that the organisation has been through, the closure of a 25 year old nonprofit is still a tragedy, and my heart goes out to everyone thatβs grieving from this. Nano has hurt a lot of people, but it meant a lot to so many, and I will be sorry to see that go.
Even if I donβt agree with many things in the recent video, I can agree with the sentiment of one slide.
I will update you all if and when relevant information comes out. Despite everything, I now doubt that this will be my last post.
I hate when I say things like "oh I want an ipod classic but with bluetooth so I can use wireless headphones" and some peanut comes in and replies with "so a smartphone with spotify?" No. I want a 160GB+ rectangular monstrosity where I can download every version of every song I want to it and it does nothing except play music and I don't need a data connection and don't have to pay a subscription to not have ads and don't have popups suggesting terrible AI playlists all over the menus.
Gimme the clicky wheel and song titles like "My Chemical Romance- The Black Parade- Blood (Bonus Track)- secret track- album rip- high quality"
Imagine an internet with only text and no images. Your online friends can never know what you look like. Tragic and dramatic.
Funny thing about growing up is you start to realize the current vibe of the place that you live is like a vestige of the vibe it had before you were born. We're on our way to a new vibe now and I was born in between. My dear hometown, pick one and stick with it.
I mean in the Bible you get infinity chances but kind of
Everyones uncancelled. dont fuck up this second chance. Starting now
If about 2 billion people celebrate Christmas, and there is an average distance of 3 miles between their houses (accounting for crossing oceans and apartments), that's about 6 billion miles to travel that night. With the way time changes around the world, he basically has 24 hours to make it to every one. 6,000,000,000Γ·24=250 million mph. Adding that to travel time? Santa's got no chance.

I love it when villains hugely underestimate the kid hero during their first battle and get destroyed
