hi angels! itβs finally hereβ¦ SPRING!! my most favourite season, the suns slowly emerging out the sky, blossoms forming and the days are feeling slowly but surely longer. winter always sticks around just that bit tooooo long for me so to keep my mood and energy up hereβs a little guide to romanticising spring now that itβs finally arrived!
wear colours. fill your wardrobe with colours, wear a floral pattern or a brightly coloured pair of socks, be the colour thatβs slowly beginning to emerge back into the world.
make a spring playlist and listen to it every morning while you get ready for the day.
try out a lighter, spring like perfume. my favourite at the moment is a beautiful vanilla scent.
eat fresh fruits and vegetables. as more come back into season, fill your plate with colour and abundance. feed your soul, stomach and eyes!
spend time outdoors every day. make it a non negotiable for yourself that you spend time outside, even if itβs only a few minutes, get sun and fresh air on your skin.
make a pinterest board full of outfits, activities, food and anything that encapsulates spring for you.
go through your belongings and donate any you donβt need to charity, spread some kindness and give back to your community.
host a picnic with friends, family or yourself! make lavender lemonade or another floral drink, bake a cake (however messy it turns out) and find a beautiful spot.
read poetry that reminds you of spring, i love mary oliver for this time of year!
find beautiful leaves and petals and press them dry to have as keepsakes.
spend too long making an elaborate drink for yourself. my spring favourite has to be an iced raspberry matcha - tart and pretty.
find a softer, spring makeup routine. think lots of blush and pale eyeshadows for a delicate, floral look.
make your own herbal teas - my favourite recipe is 1tsp each of chamomile, jasmine, dandelion root and peppermint!
wake up to watch the sunrise, open your windows wide, breathe in the cool morning air and calm your mind and body with some light yoga or meditation. let yourself be in the moment.
try some spring journal prompts (will have a post on this coming soon) in a cute journal.
switch oatmeal bowls out for yogurt bowls (my current obsession).
surround yourself with spring media, watch spring films and listen to spring music and read spring books.
go on a cute solo date - i love going to a cafe to read but you could do so many things, go pottery painting or on a walk or to the cinema!
have a deep and thorough spring clean, clear out your space and prepare for a new season.
make a spring bucket list (would be happy to share mine if youβre interested!).
thank you for reading angels! have the most magical, romantic spring ever. take the opportunity to cherish this moment and appreciate how wonderful you are for surviving another winter.
love, m.

The Glow-Up Is a Lifestyle: 10 Ways to Elevate Your Everyday
by Soleau Club
If you're still thinking of a glow-up as a one-time thing, let's shift that energy. The glow-up is a lifestyle, not a crash course. It's how you pour your water, speak to yourself, and curate your entire damn aura. Here's how I subtly (but dramatically) elevate my everyday to keep it soft, hot, and high-vibe.
Folding laundry becomes a reset ritual when Sade is playing and thereβs lavender mist in the air. Iβm not "cleaning the kitchen" β Iβm clearing space for my next manifestation.
Iβm not punishing her with workouts or starving her. I move her with joy. I feed her with care. I rest her with luxury. Sheβs my ride-or-die, so I act like it.
Overbooked = overwhelmed = out of alignment. Iβve started turning things down that donβt feel like a full-body yes. If it doesnβt light me up or calm me down, itβs a no.
Hydration is a personality trait. I have one bottle for bed, one for my car, one that looks cute in Instagram pics β and I rotate through them like they're part of my identity.
Everything around me either adds to my peace or disrupts it. I choose candles, playlists, lighting, textures, and colors that feel like me. That is self-respect.
Walking slower. Eating slower. Answering slower. When I stopped rushing, I started glowing. Slow = sensual = regulated = powerful.
If Iβm doom scrolling and comparing, I log out. If my vibe is off, I donβt keep feeding it content. I detox like I detox sugar β regularly and unapologetically.
If itβs not aligned, calming, inspiring, or luxurious in some wayβ¦ Iβm not buying it. Wealth starts with how you invest your attention, your time, and yes β your dollars.
Some days the vibe isnβt a green smoothie in a silk robe β itβs eating popcorn in mismatched pajamas while watching early 2000s rom-coms. That counts. That heals.
Iβm not waiting to βglow up.β Iβm embodying it. I wear the perfume now. I eat the nourishing food now. I take care of myself now. And suddenly, Iβm already her.
Follow @soleauclub for more soft glam wellness, ritual-coded glow-ups, and hot girl elevation that lasts all year.
From now on, whenever I catch myself thinking about a man, Iβll replace these thoughts with positive thoughts about me !
Iβll get over this phase over centering my life around men. Theyβre not worth it.
You next chapter in life
is going to be amazing

ice your face! helps SO much with de-puffing and closing up your pores! dipping your face in a bowl with ice water can reduce inflammation, help with acne and reduce oily skin!
make sure to get enough sleep! Itβs so easy to stay up scrolling on tumblr until the sun comes up but getting enough sleep is so important mentally and physically!
find a skincare routine that works for you and remember too much skincare can be bad for your skin! my skin was breaking out the worst when i was using a bunch of skincare and Itβs cleared so much since i simplified my routine.
use a lash/brow serum! my favorite brand is grande lash and itβs a little pricey but using castor oil works as well and itβs super affordable.
going on walks! Iβve never been a fan of intense exercises and Iβm a chronic bed rotter but putting on my favorite hot girl playlist and strutting on the treadmill/sidewalk is genuinely so fun!
rosemary oil for hair growth! my holy grail of hair growth products along with a scalp massager. my whole life my hair grew so slow and since using rosemary oil i have to trim my bangs twice a month sometimes!
i cannot stress this one enough..wear what YOU want! donβt let new trends or judgment from others stop you from embracing your true style. we look our best when we feel most confident!
most importantly ~ take care of yourself! make sure youβre eating enough, drinking water, listening to your body and being gentle with yourself always. improving ourselves can be so fun but make sure itβs not at the expense of your mental health <3

Get yourself a planner, stick in all your to-do lists, make a vision board cover, write in everything you need to remember, want to think about or must complete. Or, get a Notion, make it aesthetic and build the habit of opening it every day. Use lots of light, blush pinks and pastel greens, make a colour-code and treat yourself to highlighters in your favourite colour combos. The better of an overview you have of your life, the less anxiety and stress the unknown brings you. Protect your peace.

Put on classical music and write in your diary, decorate with pink highlighter and gold gel-pen stars. Make your timetable on Canva in your favourite aesthetic. Jog or jump rope to get your heart rate up, feel energised and refreshed.

Study because you like expensive things. Study because you have a dream. Study because you yearn for knowledge. Do it because you love yourself and won't settle for anything but the best future. Do it for your family, so one day you can take your parents to Rome or Paris. Give your best so that your teachers can feel proud of themselves. Learn because you want to, not because you have to.
