More Daily Lucky Girl Affirmations ♡
i've had a topsy-turvy mental health journey in my time and i know that i am really good at self-victimising, self-blaming, and falling into thought spirals where i agonise over events and perceptions that are so tiny in real life.
it is important for me to identify when i am engaging in unhelpful behaviour, so i can find a way to shift. it feels like the hardest thing in the world but healing is a journey unique to everyone.
the info below comes from a single source and i hope to expand on mental health info in the future, but it might be helpful if you have an anxious mind or you're an overthinker.

a guide to looking effortlessly perfect
"You’ve got the false narrative of a girl who spends 30 seconds on her appearance, when, in fact, you probably spent hours.”
1. basic hygiene:
having clean teeth and good breath
smelling good 24/7. i highly recommend finding a signature scent as a scent is associated with memory, id suggest something sweet yet not too overpowering like vanilla.
being clean in general. regularly shaving and exfoliating your skin to get rid of bodily hair and dirt that accumulates on your skin to make your skin glow.
clean nails. having clean and maintained nails (with a simple design if you wish) looks better than having acrylics that are wayyy too long and appear tacky.
2. hair :
having smooth healthy hair looks much better than dry and damaged hair. take care of your hair by finding the best products for your natural hair. get rid of your split ends as they make the hair appear really damaged.
in my opinion, loose waves look the most effortless yet pretty. but don’t ruin your natural hair by applying too much heat! you can try heatless styling methods to achieve this look.
3. diet and exercise :
being toned is the way to go to fit this aesthetic
avoid oily foods or sugary foods that damage your skin. don’t completely get rid of these as we all have our cravings, but try your best to avoid it
find a workout plan that works best for you, keeps you healthy but doesn’t burn you out! moreover exercise releases endorphins that improve your mood.
4. makeup and skin care :
natural makeup on clear skin fits this effortless aesthetic perfectly!
take care of your skin by finding a routine that fits you the best, consult with a dermatologist for the best results.
having smooth, blended makeup creates an illusion that you aren’t wearing any at all! this appears much effortless than a full face. also try to avoid those really huge false lashes that make you look tacky.
maintain your eyebrows and find a shape that fits you best!
5. outfits :
having a signature style which suits your body type is essential. experiment until you can find what suits you best! you can use a body analysis app for this.
wearing outfits you’re confident in, hot but not too revealing goes a long way. confidence is key. wearing overly revealing clothing might seem like one is trying too hard, but if you can carry it with confidence then that’s great!
jewellery : having dainty, signature pieces is key! find out which suits you better (gold or silver) through an ai analysis and invest in timeless pieces. personally, i think minimalistic pieces such as solitaires, simple pendants, classic hoops etc. look much more effortless.
6. personality :
don’t be too judgemental towards anyone as you don’t know what they’re going through and this makes you seem unapproachable
don’t talk too much or overshare! this creates a mysterious aura which draws people to you more
confidence is key! posture is very important too, carry yourself with confidence and walk with your head held up high.
7. examples and references :
serena van der woodsen (gossip girl)
mia thermopolis (the princess diaries)
cher (clueless)
elle woods (legally blonde)
rory gilmore (gilmore girls)
robib scherbatsky (how i met your mother)
gigi hadid
irresistibly sweet
“you literally smell edible, what scent is that?”
🍦💗 think warm sugar cookies, vanilla frosting, sweet cotton candy, and creamy cinnamon buns — the kind of scents that turn heads and have people wondering what just walked by (ps. its you!)
I went through my entire collection to find the best products that’ll have you smelling like a literal treat — whether you want fresh-baked vibes or full-on candy-coated goodness, these picks will leave a sweet trail wherever you go ❤︎ ˚₊‧
disclaimer: these are all recommendations based on the products I own. I have tried all of these products myself and can strongly recommend them
fragrances
1. Sweet Tooth - Sabrina Carpenter ( ❤︎ )
as a gourmand girlie, Sweet Tooth hits all the right spots for me. the scent is a burst of sweetness of marshmallow, sugar & ginger. the hint of ginger isn’t my favorite thing in the world, but it still dries down to smell super yummy
2. Fresh Cream Warm Cashmere - Philosophy ( ❤︎ )
this one is basically the older sister of sweet tooth. they smell nearly identical! this fragrance has all the sweetness of sweet tooth without the ginger note. this fragrance also lasts much longer on the skin and forever on clothes! def one of my favorites
3. Viva La Juicy Sucré - Juicy Couture ( ❤︎ )
I made a post going through the notes of this fragrance, and it’s so yummy! it smells super sweet with a hint of citrus. think candy and marshmallows mixed with citrus fruits
4. Tease Sugar Fleur - Victoria’s Secret ( ❤︎ )
my go to scent for the summer! but, it doesn’t smell anything like the name. this fragrance smells like a green candy apple with a super soft, floral feminine undertone. sweet, but in a fruity way
5. Warm Cookie (body mist) - VS Pink ( ❤︎ )
this one was a seasonal scent that came out in fall 2024, but will all be one of my favs from pink! with notes of gingerbread, vanilla icing, and gumdrops, the mist smells like a fruity sugar cookie. that might not sound appealing and it’s not the scentsome people were expecting, but I really love it!
lotions & body butters
1. Sweet Cream (body milk) - prty grl beauty ( ❤︎ )
sweet cream is mentioned many times in this post because its just sooo good! it literally smells like whipped cream and a vanilla ice cream cone. compared to all the other sweet cream products I’ve tried (body wash, body oil, etc) the body milk has a stronger sugary smell to it (which I love!)
2. Cinnamon Buns (body milk) - prty grl beauty ( ❤︎ )
smells exactly like cinammon rolls, but not as sweet as the matching body scrub in my opinion. the cinnamon is very strong in the body milk, and you might like that! I would recommend this pairing this with a vanilla lotion
3. Glazed Donut (body milk) - prty grl beauty ( ❤︎ )
words can’t explain my love for this scent. in the summer I love pairing this with the eos vanilla cashmere lotion. it smells exactly like a fresh box of donuts from krispy kreme mixed with fruit pebbles. it’s a very sweet scent and will forever be one of my favs!
4. Fresh Cream Warm Cashmere (lotion) - Philosophy ( ❤︎ )
smells just like warm baked cookies! this is a more mature gourmand vanilla as it smells like a less artificial version of bath and body works’ warm vanilla sugar. I usually pair it with the matching perfume and the sweet creem body oil from prty grl beauty. I smell just like a bakery!
5. Sugar Cookie (lotion) - Native ( ❤︎ )
the best way to describe this scent would be animal crackers + sugar cubes. it’s extremely sweet! this can be a good or bad thing, depending on what you like. if i’m going for a cupcake and sugar scent, i’ll grab this and lather it all over
shower products
1. Fresh Cream (body wash) - Philosophy ( ❤︎ )
“its perfect for those who like sweet, powdery, and soft scents”! this body wash is super lactonic compared to the warm cashmere version. it’s a very light scent which can make it underwhelming for some people, but perfect for layering with other products
2. Sugar Cookie (body wash) - Native ( ❤︎ )
smells identical to the lotion and hair products. I have almost all the products in this line and I can recommend all of them. with sugar, butter, and vanilla notes, you’ll step out of the shower smells delectable AF
3. Sugar Cookie (shampoo & conditioner) - Native ( ❤︎ )
these two are literally the key to having sweet smelling hair. I absolutely love using this combo on my hair! I would def recommend these products if you don’t know which yummy scented shampoo & conditioner to go with
4. Sweet Cream (body wash & scrub) - prty grl beauty ( ❤︎ )
omg…where do I even begin?! these two products smell sooo good and so sweet! literally a vanilla ice cream cone. as much as I love the smell of these, they’re extremely light in scent. i would recommend using a body wash from another brand before using this one
5. Cinnamon Buns (body scrub) - prty grl beauty ( ❤︎ )
smells exactly like cinnabon and freshly made cinnamon buns. if you like the smell of those, you’ll love this scrub. i pair it with the cinnamon buns body wash from philosophy as they go sooo well together!
body oils
1. Glazed Donut - prty grl beauty ( ❤︎ )
very similar scent to the matching body milk. I love the consistency with all the scents from this brand! if you love the smell of freshly made glazed donuts, you’ll love this. I like to layer this with other scents, but using this with the matching body milk will have you smelling so so sweet
2. Sweet Cream - prty grl beauty ( ❤︎ )
my all time favorite body oil!! it smells sooo sweet and yummy (my bf loves this one!) if you want to smell exactly like a vanilla cupcake, pair this with vanilla & dreamy from vs pink or eos vanilla cashmere. I will wear this scent till I die
3. Brown Sugar Baby - prty grl beauty ( ❤︎ )
sweet and strong. it smells exactly like brown sugar syrup with a hint of caramel and in my opinion the perfect body oil pairing with any vanilla lotion! I love pairing it with eos vanilla cashmere. this body oil will have you smelling delicious and edible!
honorable mentions
more product recs to consider ˚₊‧
1. Vanilla Cashmere (lotion) - eos ( ❤︎ )
one of the best layering lotions for gourmand perfumes and body oils! it goes so well with other baskery-esque scents. this lotion is a staple in any gourmand-lovers collection because of how great it is for layering
2. Sticky Dates (body spray) - Lush ( ❤︎ )
this is an extremely strong scent that I would only recommend using with another scent. this smells nearly identical to maple syrup and caramel. it’s sickeningly sweet (which you might like) but smells too much like maple syrup for me to wear on its own
3. Cake Pop (perfume oil) - prty grl beauty ( ❤︎ )
I really like this one! it smells like a sweet vanilla cake + icing, but not exactly like a birthday cake pop from starbucks. an extremely soft and subtle scent that I love using for my bakery smelling routines!

Why You Need a “Hot Girl Reset” Every Single Week
by Soleau Club
If you’re trying to look good, feel good, and live a life that’s giving main character on a yacht in Capri—you need a weekly reset.
Not want. Need.
Because no matter how hot, healed, or high-functioning you are, life gets chaotic. Your skincare piles up, your inbox is scary, and you forget who you are mid-week (been there, babe).
That’s where the Hot Girl Reset comes in.
It’s not just cleaning your apartment or doing a face mask. That’s maintenance. A Hot Girl Reset is a full system recalibration. A ritual. A vibe. A weekly ceremony of self-devotion.
It’s how you become that girl—again and again.
Start with your physical environment. Because if your room looks like chaos, your brain is chaos.
Strip your bed and do fresh sheets
Open the windows, let the light in
Wipe down everything (even your vibe)
Light incense or palo santo like you’re banishing demons (aka last week’s stress)
Then detox your energy:
Sage your aura with sound bowls or Beyoncé
Take a long, borderline indulgent shower with body oil and scalp massage
Delete those texts. You know the ones.
Hot girls don’t run on chaos. They run on calendars and rituals.
Plan your week in your cute planner (yes, stickers allowed)
Make a grocery list of bloat-free, glow-boosting foods
Set 3 goals max—because overwhelm is not chic
Put your vitamins in that little pill organizer (we’re grown)
Bonus points if you color-code. Double bonus if you film it for content. Triple if you romanticize the whole thing with a matcha latte in hand.
This is where it gets juicy. Reset your beauty, baby.
Dry brush, exfoliate, and oil your body like you’re a Greek goddess
Wash your makeup brushes (yes, you’ve been putting bacteria on your face)
Put on a hair mask and pretend you’re in a spa commercial
Pick your outfits for the week that scream rich, rested, and unbothered
We’re not just resetting—we’re rebranding. Every Sunday.
Hot girls protect their inner peace like it’s Prada.
Journal: “What am I releasing this week?” + “What am I calling in?”
Meditate—even if it’s just 4 minutes in silence with your hand on your heart
Listen to a podcast that makes you feel elevated, not overstimulated
Sip a sleepy girl mocktail and go to bed early (beauty sleep is a business strategy)
When you reset weekly, you:
Reduce anxiety (because your life’s not a mess)
Boost confidence (because you’re in control)
Show your nervous system it’s safe now
Reconnect with your vision board self (the baddie you’re becoming)
Your Hot Girl Reset is your anchor. Your power source. Your soft armor.
It says, “I respect myself too much to stay in chaos.”
This isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being intentional. It’s about saying: “I deserve a life that feels like a Pinterest board—because I built it that way.”
So light that candle. Put on your spa playlist. Romanticize the mundane.
And remember: A Hot Girl Reset is not a luxury. It’s a lifestyle.
