With practice, you’ll leave behind old negative thought patterns and adopt new, more positive ones. Remember, it’s also important to feel and accept our emotions, but we can’t allow a negative thought or belief to ruin our emotional well-being.
1. Redirect Your Thoughts – Consciously shift your focus to something positive, like a happy memory or a recent achievement.
2. Write in a Journal – Express your emotions freely in writing to process and release them.
3. Meditation & Visualization – Practice guided meditation or visualize a peaceful, anxiety-free future.
4. Create a “No-Thought Zone” – Set specific times when you completely forbid yourself from thinking about the issue. If needed, postpone it to a set time later in the day.
5. Use Positive Affirmations – Repeat phrases like “I am at peace with my decisions” or “I let go of what no longer serves me.”
6. Focus on the Present – Stay grounded by paying attention to your breath, bodily sensations, and surroundings.
7. Engage in Enjoyable Activities – Keep your mind occupied with hobbies, exercise, movies, or socializing to cultivate emotional well-being.

SUNSCREEN.SUNSCREEN.SUNSCREEN. ik this is already bible for some people but im gonna keep saying bc its soo important when traveling to places that are closer the equator & countries that are known to be hotter ALWAYS HAVE SUNSCREEN. and not just ur regular SPF 30 try using spf 50! like for me this summer i’ll be in place like san diego,florida & saint thomas and they have really harsh suns especially in summer im gonna need a way stronger SPF than my regular 30 to always be sure to have a stronger SPF everywhere!!
always be friendly with the locals its nice to always be friendly no matter what

Self-care night. Candlelight bubble baths, hair mask, manicure, face mask, home-cooked meal, a good book or your comfort show, some journaling... allow yourself some rest <3
Organise and use your planner/calendar. This will help you reduce stress by helping you stay structured and focused.
Update your Spotify playlists. Nothing is more annoying than being on the go, trying to relax to your music, and constantly having to skip songs that don't resonate with you anymore!!
Sunday reset is a non-negotiable!! laundry, fresh sheets, cleaning your make-up brushes, decluttering, etc...

Plan a weekly girl's day!! maybe a picnic, some shopping, a movie night, or perhaps just a coffee date? make some plans and catch up with your girls <3
