every day is a struggle between the self that is consumed by the cruelty of the world and the self that recognizes the beauty in it
this post is heavily inspired by @voldyateme on tiktok. i saw her video and decided to do research on my own, and write a detailed post about this topic to make myself understand better. i also would like to mention that some of the claims irene made in her tiktok were wrong (and biased) i also wanted to clear some things up for myself.
fyi: long post ahead. this took me three days to understand and write. i might still be a bit unclear on my understanding of some aspects, but to avoid having to write a whole novel on the subject, i simplified my findings and shortened them by a lot.

john clauser is a physicist who won the nobel peace prize in 2022 for his work on quantum entanglement. his theory confirms that quantum particles can be entangled across vast distances, and that their behaviors are instantly connected, even if they're light years apart.
a very simplified example:
i: you create two entangled particles
ii: you send particle A to tokyo, and particle B to paris
iii: a person in tokyo measures particle A and sees it spinning up, then instantly, meaning instantly, faster than light, the person in paris will know particle B is spinning down
this is simply based on particle A or B's observation, w/o there having to be sent any message or signal between them. they behave as if they're one system - not two separate ones.
the moment you measure one particle, you're instantly aware of the other particle's state.
⭒ relating quantum entanglement to shifting:
okay so now we know that entangled particles act as of they're one system, even through long distances. so, if everything was once connected to the big bang, then on some level, everything may still be entangled. meaning you, your consciousness and other "versions" of yourself in other realities.
this could therefore suggest that we are already connected to all possible versions of ourselves. they exist within a quantum field of potential, and our awareness can shift between these versions by tuning into the version we desire - essentially by choosing a different frequency.
say you're listening to the radio. you know that you’re able to listen to any radio broadcast because there are thousands playing at the same exact time, but you choose which one to listen to, knowing you have the choice to change it to another.
it's the same exact with shifting. you know that there are endless versions of you in existence right this moment - you only have to choose to become aware of your desired self.

john wheeler, another physicist, proved that reality is directly linked to our consciousness and what we observe. it's been demonstrated that particles don't move until they're actually observed. so if we're not observing something, it doesn't have a definite state at all. this is called the "observer effect"
the effect has challenged and in some ways helped disprove einstein's theory of realism. einstein believed that that the physical world exists independently of whether we observe it or not.
example: according to einstein, if a tree falls in a forest and no one is there to observe it, the tree still falls. this is shown to be false on a quantum level. that said, we can't w/ certainty say that the tree does (or doesn’t) exist if no one is perceiving it (confusing, trust me, i know)
wheeler also proved that particles will change their makeup based on our choices and observation. simplified, this means that reality doesn't fully decide its state until it's observed. it can have different outcomes, and our choices affect the past behavior of particles.
⭒ relating the observer effect to shifting:
we know that quantum particles don't take on a definite form or "reality" until they're observed. this implies that our observation plays a direct role in shaping reality - not just by watching, but also deciding. this implies that reality isn't fixed, but fluid, shaped by our decisions, thoughts and observations and means we can "choose" our reality.
quantum physics shows that reality isn't fixed until observed, observation and consciousness do play a key role and that multiple outcomes are possible. so our consciousness focus can be said to be the mechanism that "shifts" us into a desired timeline or reality.

way before quantum physics existed, george berkley, a philosopher in the 1700s argued the idea "to be is to be perceived", which is eerily similar to what scientists are exploring today.
he believed that physical objects don't exist independently of our own perception. so if no one is for example perceiving a tree, then it doesn't exist.
berkeley said that there is no such thing as matter existing on its own w/o a mind to perceive it. BUT! there's a twist. you see, berkley also argued the existence of God being necessary to explain how the world works within his theory of perception and idealism.
okay so, to simplify because it can be really confusing:
i: physical things only exist if they're being perceived.
ii: when humans aren't perceiving things, God is.
iii: the reason why the world keeps existing even when we're not looking is because God is always "watching".
this raises the question: if we're not perceiving something, and the only reason it exists because God is, then how do we know it actually exists when we're not perceiving it?
berkeley responded:
"we know it exists because we can come back and perceive it again, and it behaves consistently"
if you look at a tree, walk away, come back. it's still there. berkeley argued that you assume the tree existed the whole time because when you go back, the tree would still be there, at the exact same spot.
this consistency would therefore be explained by God's continuous perception of it. so even though you didn't perceive it the whole time, the fact that reality is orderly and consistent is reliable "proof" that something (God) kept it there.
critics have argued back that assuming God is perceiving all the time isn't proof that He actually is, so how would we know that?
the answer is: w/o God, things would just pop in and out of existence every time we blink and that doesn't happen. so God is used to explain why the world is consistent and stable even when we're not watching.
you can't personally perceive something that you're not perceiving, but you trust that it's still there when you go back there, because of God.
berkeley's theory is still relevant today because the things he imagined in the 1700s do line up w/ scientific discoveries today and i resonate w/ his theory, so i just had to include it even though God’s existence isn’t proven. it’s fascinating, really.
⭒ relating george’s idealism to reality shifting:
if. like berkeley said, things only exist when they're being perceived, and if reality stays consistent because someone is always perceiving it, then that means perception isn't just passive, it's creative and shapes what exists.
this ties back to shifting beacuse it suggests that your desired reality doesn't need to "appear" in front of you for it to be real - it only needs to be perceived. if you consciously focus on your dr, perceiving it in your mind as real, then by berkeley's logic, it is real, maybe not in the physical sense just yet, but within the field of awareness that gives rise to reality in the first place.
so basically: if reality is perception based, and you're perceiving your dr, then you're giving form to something that exists because you're actively perceiving it, and you are capable of being in that place.
i think peak historical fiction is when there is a random ass major historical figure but as a comedic relief side character. like geoffrey chaucer being a naked gambling addict in a knight’s tale or leonardo da vinci being cinderella’s fairy godmother in ever after. like. nothing can top that.
need i say more? no, not really but of course i will say more.
identifying with failure is the cause of failure. when you wake up from a shifting attempt and are still in your current, undesired reality, the automatic reaction for some is to admit defeat and accept that you failed. yet, the most successful people are the ones who do not accept failure. it is simply not an option that exists in their stratosphere so remove it from yours.
"will she ever lose?" man, i guess we'll never know - nosebleeds, doechii
this is the mindset we all must adopt. if you know that you cannot fail, that means that nothing can go wrong. it means you do not have to do anything, it will happen on it's own because above all else you will persevere and succeed.
this applies to manifestation as well, not just shifting because this is how life works.
you do not need to live by the auto-assigned rules of this reality. do not take what you are processing with your five senses as an unrefusable fact, you decide what's fact or not. dare to assume success when you would normally assume failure.
every moment is being spent in the reality that you want, no matter what. only accept that and nothing else. no matter what you do, say, or think YOU ARE THERE.
try this out for a week or two. whenever you start to think you are failing or might have already failed, stop yourself and remember that failure is no longer an option so what's there to worry about? stop using effort, trying a billion different methods, and worrying about time while doing this and solely focus on knowing you are always successful in your endeavors but make sure to be gentle with yourself though, this isn't a witch hunt. even if nothing seems like it's changed, it has. you have changed and that's all that needs to change in order to succeed because everything comes from you. this is an amazing foundation to have, you are gaining confidence and acting with brazen impudence.
"maybe next time it'll work? ugh, this is so hard. when will it happen? how long does it take to shift? can this be manifested?" girl, drop it. you've won, chill. how can you fail when you've already gotten first place? let's stop pitying ourselves.
remember that motivation is fickle but discipline is forever, keep your head up baby. you got this i love you! my asks are open if you need help and i'm doing this with you, you're not alone <3
Should I wear all black or all black today
The solution to all my problems was realizing that I am the solution. It was also accepting that problems, circumstances and everything that stands between me and my desires are nonexistent. Was it easy to accept such a relief? No, at least not for me. In all these years, struggle was my comfort. So no, feeling relief wasn't easy. Struggling kept me alive, it gave me purpose. The problems in my life, they were like missions I have to complete. It took me years to let go of struggle. It took me years to stop myself from creating problems. Not because it was difficult, but because I didn't want to let go of it. Because what would happen if I've let my self feel relieved for once? What would I entertain in my mind then? What could I fix then, if nothing ever needed to be fixed? What would I simply do in this life? The answer is, I would simply be. I forgot so quick that I am pure consciousness having a human experience and love is my nature. How beautiful is that?
The law opened my eyes. It showed me that my inner world can be shaped by me only. And I can shape it with love. It showed me how sacred my imagination is. I can have everything here. I want a new nose? I have it. I want to be confident? I am it. I want to go to Italy? I am in Italy.
You know, there was a time where I didn't even want to imagine the things I wanted. I was getting mad when I read posts where bloggers would say things like "you just have to imagine. You want something, go within and imagine your end." It would stress me so much I can't tell you how mad I would get. But why? Why did I feel this way? Why was I so hopeless and desperate? Let me tell you why, my love: I did not see imagination as reality. But not only that. I imagined to get. I did not see whatever I did or claimed in imagination as the end. I saw it as the start. I saw it as something I have to activate in my mind, and then it would show up in my 3d. Of course I would get mad to imagine what I want! There are two things you have to accept: Consciousness is the only reality and creation is finished. So when you imagine, you are experiencing/having/being it and you are done, that was the end, you have it/ are it now. How does that make you feel? Can you accept that or are you still not okay with that? If not, is it maybe because you are still expecting something when you imagine? Do you still hope to get something? But what? I've said it before and I say it again: If you want something in the outer world, achieve it with your outer self. Imagination has nothing to with the outer world. You are not imagining to trigger or activate something to finally experience it in the 3d. Please understand that. You are also not creating, because creation is finished. When you imagine and you have thoughts like "is this possible? I think this is so much. How would that even happen it seems a little unrealistic." then I want to ask you something: What are you doing, my love? Why would it be impossible? Why would it be unrealistic? And why are you thinking about the "how"? "How" what? It's about experiencing!!! It's about feeling what you want to feel and being who you want to be IN IMAGINATION! Put the 3d out of equation, please. You will only suffer. Imagine purely for enjoyment. Nothing else.
This is how you become your own solution. You see something in the 3d you don't like? Do not accept it. You don't have to. Go inwardly and experience your happy end. Just experience it in your imagination. You are not doing, hoping or getting, you just want to feel what you want and that's it. And when it shows up in the 3d (which it will wether you care or not) it will be quite ordinary. Because in imagination, your desire became a fact. You no longer desire. You no longer crave the materialization of that feeling.
Let's say you want to manifest a penthouse. Before you read this post, you probably had doubts manifesting one. You probably worried about the how and when. Maybe you wanted to use imagination as a way to manifest that penthouse into your 3d. But after reading my post, you know that misusing imagination to get the penthouse in the 3d is pointless and focusing on the how and when would only contradict your state. Now, the penthouse on its own has no meaning. If the penthouse had no worth or meaning why would we want one? We want the feelings that come with owning a penthouse. The feeling could be freedom, it could also be wealth or privacy. Or happiness or even responsibility. If you want to use visualization as a method, you could look up for cute pictures of penthouses. It's not really necessary because you imagine for fun not to attract anything so you don't have to visualize every little corner of that penthouse (unless you want it. It's literally your choice. You do what you want to do in your inner world). In the world of imagination, you don't need anything. It's not about making the scenes perfect. It's about fulfilling yourself. Do that by giving yourself all these feelings that you WANT to feel. I want you to take all the meaning and feeling out of that penthouse and fulfill it within. Give it to yourself in imagination. Don't forget who you are, you are god of your inner world. There is nothing you can't have in your inner reality. Every thing in your reality is so small compared to you. So everything that you do in your imagination feels good and when you imagine your penthouse, it would be weird not to feel good. I mean why would you feel bad? You simply enjoy imagining what you want which would be a penthouse in this case. Okay, let's say you imagined what you want then looked around and asked "well, where is it then? I can't see it! It's not working.". First of all, you are misusing your imaginative power and why would you say that you can't see it? It's not about seeing, my love. It's about feeling and being what you want. And if you are feeling and being who you want to be, then it has worked, because the whole purpose of imagination is to feel fulfilled. Do you see, my love? The 3d has no place in this process, it has no role. By the time your desire has materialized, you have moved on because the penthouse came totally alone, you already took its worth and meaning and fulfilled it within.
This is what we mean when we say to only change self. It's all about you. Remember, nothing in imagination is impossible. It's your safe space, your creative power. If you feel desperate imagining than a) you don't imagine what you want e.g. you imagine negative things that make you feel bad or b) you imagine to get sth in the 3d meaning you're postponing the feeling.
I hope that you slowly get why in imagination, circumstances and problems are nonexistent. I mean, you can still make imagination your own personal hell if you want to but now you know that you don't have to. Looking back, I find it so surreal that as GOD, I chose to make my inner world suffer so much. But if I can decide hell, I can also decide heaven. I can decide love.
And so can you, my love.
When you go through an Uttara Phalguni’s discography you’re likely going to find a song about them contemplating the nature of a woman & her power and autonomy/cayani shakti (why I like to call this nak “feminine excellence” or “the Woman herself”)
Examples:
Beyoncé — “Grown Woman” (especially because this nakshatra is specifically the state of a girl growing into a woman which is why they’re often late bloomers, avoidant towards accepting “womanhood,” or rebellious when it comes to accepting the roles that woman “should” embody)
Doja Cat — “Woman”
Mariah the Scientist — “From A Woman”
Britney Spears — “I’m Not A Girl, Not Yet A Woman” | “Womanizer”
Side note — Britney has a song called “Heaven on Earth” and Mariah the Scientist has a song called “Heaven is a Place On Earth”. If you’ve been along with me in my journey in discovering the nature of Uttara Phalguni for well over a year, you know that this nakshatra is about finding Paradise on Earth after mankind’s Fall From Grace.
the man, the myth, the legend. being a keen enthusiast of the human brain from a young age, dr. jacobo grinberg was a mexican neurophysiologist and psychologist who delved into the depths of human consciousness, meditation, mexican shamanism and aimed to establish links between science and spirituality.
grinberg's theories and research can be tied to reality shifting, seeing as he explored the fusion of quantum physics and occultism. being not only heavily established in the field of psychology but also a prolific writer, he wrote about 50 books on such topics. he was a firm believer of the idea that human consciousness possesses hidden and powerful abilities like telepathy, psychic power and astral projection.
the unfortunate loss of his mother to a brain tumour when he was only twelve not only fuelled his interest in the human brain but also pushed him to study it on a deeper level, making it his life’s aim.
he went on to earn a phd in psychophysiology, established his own laboratory and even founded the instituto para el estudio de la conciencia - the national institute for the study of consciousness.
despite sharing groundbreaking and revolutionary ideas, his proposals were rejected by the scientific community due to the inclusion of shamanism and metaphysical aspects. on december 8th, 1994, he went missing just before his 48th birthday. grinberg vanished without a trace, leaving people thoroughly perplexed about his whereabouts. some believe he was silenced, while others believe he discovered something so powerful and revolutionary that changed the entire course of reality, or well, his reality.
grinberg's work was heavily influenced by karl pribram and david bohm's contributions to the holographic theory of consciousness, which suggests that reality functions the same way as a hologram does. meaning, reality exists as a vast, interconnected macrocosm. it even suggests that all realities exist among this holographic structure.
lastly, it also proposes that the brain does not perceive reality, rather actively creates it through tuning into different frequencies of existence.
this not only proves the multiverse theory (infinite realities exist), but also the consciousness theory (we don’t observe reality, but instead create it).
grinberg’s most notable contribution was the syntergic theory, which states that, “there exists a “syntergic” field, a universal, non-local field of consciousness that interacts with the human brain." - david franco.
this theory also stated that
the syntergic field is a fundamental and foundational layer of reality that contains all possible experiences and states of consciousness.
the brain doesn’t generate consciousness, it instead acts as a receiver and its neural networks collapse the syntergic field into a coherent and structured reality.
reality is created, not observed.
we can access different variations of reality (which is the very essence of shifting realities)
the syntergic theory is even in congruence with the universal consciousness theory (all minds are interconnected as a part of a whole, entire consciousness that encompasses all living beings in the universe).
grinberg concluded that
all minds are connected through the syntergic field
this field can be accessed and manipulated by metaphysical and spiritual practices, altered states of consciousness and deep meditation.
in conclusion, the syntergic theory proposes that our consciousness is not a mere byproduct of the brain, but rather a fundamental force of the universe.
grinberg was far ahead of his time, and even 31 years after his disappearance, the true nature of reality remains a mystery. regardless, the syntergic theory helps provide insight and a new perspective on how we access and influence reality.
summary of grinberg’s findings:
the brain constructs reality
other realities exist and can be experienced
other states of consciousness exist and can be experienced
consciousness is not limited
all minds are connected through the syntergic field
shamanic, spiritual, metaphysical and meditative practices can alter and influence our perception of reality.

The Free/Pro Palestine movement are nothing but a bunch of MAGA and GOP/Trump assholes enablers that have never given a shit about Democracy in this country or have never given a single FUCK about Palestinians.
Trump is out here seriously making plans to turn Gaza into a second City of Dubai for the wealthy. He's talking about ethnically cleansing Gaza and wanting to misplace many Palestinian people, even saying that he will use military force if he has to.
Yet I don't hear or see any massive protests or outrage from these so-called Pro Palestine "ActiviSts" and so-called Free Palestine student protesters on Trump and on his heinous horrid administration actions against the very people they claim and pretend to care about.
Yet they called President Biden " Genocide Joe" and has called Kamala a " Genocide lover " and all other terrible insults and just straight up racist and anti-black misogynoir comments about her.
Yet I don't hear anything on Trump from these useless pieces of shit rat-fuckers.
Fuck every single Pro and Free Palestine idiot fake activist who wouldn't know true legit real activism if it bite them in their assses.
How I Manifested My SP After a Year of Struggle, Chaos & Misunderstanding the Law
(buckle up, this is a lil wild)
Let’s start with the fact that… I didn’t even know this guy. I had never spoken to him. Not once. I just randomly started crushing on him one day — and honestly?? It was so random that I wouldn’t be shocked if HE manifested me first. I was minding my business.
My friend used to know him, so I’d been hearing stories about him for like… two years? And I knew we went to the same school, but I’d never seen him until suddenly—BOOM. There he was. Real. Breathing. Cute. And I was like “ok wait why is my heart doing things??”
Naturally, I spiraled. I started stalking his TikTok reposts (don’t do that, it’s not cute) and realized we liked the same stuff. He seemed fun, lowkey goofy, just my type. So the crush got worse. But here’s where I messed up: my mindset? Absolute garbage.
I kept thinking, “He’s too shy. I’m not good enough. He’d never like me like that.” I was literally setting myself up to fail. I messaged him once — got nothing back. Because duh, I was already assuming he wasn’t gonna answer. I knew about the Law of Assumption, but I didn’t really understand it. I’d visualize him, then be like “but what if it never happens” five seconds later.
Every day I thought about him. Every day I got mad that it wasn’t working. I kept saying I was manifesting him but deep down I was still waiting for proof. Still doubting. Still lowkey begging the universe to show me something.
Took me a YEAR to realize the problem was me. I was saying “he’s mine” while still looking at the hallway like a heartbroken NPC every time he walked by. I had to change that.
So I did. I stopped looking for signs. Stopped stalking. Stopped overthinking. Every time he popped into my head, I was like “yep, he’s already mine, moving on.” And I finally started believing it. I worked on myself, built up my confidence, and didn’t even try to “manifest” him again.
And guess what? HE messaged ME. Outta nowhere. Apologized. Explained stuff. Total plot twist moment.
I wasn’t even shocked. I was like “well, finally.” Because once you actually believe you’ve got it, it has to show up. That’s how it works.
AND NOW??
We’re literally perfect. Like not even being dramatic — he treats me so well. He always checks in, sends me memes, compliments me out of nowhere, and actually listens when I talk (10/10 bare minimum KING behavior). He flirts with me like we’re in a teen movie and makes me feel like I’m the only girl on earth. He’s soft with me in private but funny and chill around others. AND he remembers the smallest things I say?? Ugh.
We joke around, go on little walks, sometimes just sit in silence and it's still perfect. It’s not forced. It’s not stressful. It just clicks.
The version of him I wanted? He’s literally that now. And honestly, I’m not even surprised — I became the version of me who had this. That’s the real secret.
So yeah. Don’t give up. Don’t spiral. Stop begging the hallway to make eye contact. Act like it’s already yours — and then it is.
Now go live your Wattpad story.
