I hate how the same people who recognise that gods are multi-dimensional proceed to act like Dionysus is this 1 dimensional party god and if you don’t fit the bill, you shouldn’t be worshipping him.

METHODS —
everything you need to know about shifting methods :) remember that different methods will work better for different people. the MAIN KEY is that you’re taking care of yourself and having patience!! trust the process; you are more tyat capable of shifting! these methods will get you to your desired reality in no time! :) i recommend listening to subs, meditation audios, and guided meditations to help you!! remember to listen to subliminals throughout the day for better results and quicker progress.
THE RAVEN METHOD ;
one of the most popular methods i’ve seen. it’s a sleep method and requires steady concentration as well as lots of focus.
METHOD PROCESS: Lay down on your back in a starfish position (at least make sure that none of your limbs are touching). Once you’re as comfortable as you can get, feel yourself melt into the ground. Focus on your breathing and relaxing yourself; Fix your concentration on your DR. After you’ve gotten yourself into a calm and focused state of mind, start counting to 100 slowly. In between every number, give yourself affirmations and think of your DR. What will you feel once you’re in your DR? Who are your friends? How capable are you of shifting? Remind yourself that you’re strong and completely capable of shifting! Don’t focus so much on the present. Don’t worry so much about getting there, focus your energy on what it’ll feel/be like once you get there. Once you count to 100, keep giving yourself affirmations and start visualizing your DR as you fall asleep. Drift off as calm as possible. REMEMBER NOT TO MOVE AT ALL THE ENTIRE TIME :,) You should wake up in your DR/WR once you’re done!
MY EXPERIENCE: this method is the one i have gotten closest to!! it is the easiest to understand for me, (after i figured out that i had to fall asleep :,) ) but concentrating is really difficult for me since my mind wonders a lot. i typically use the raven method mixed with a different method to help me shift! :)
THE PILLOW METHOD ;
this method is the easiest to do, it just takes practice and full trust of the process. this is another sleeping method.
METHOD PROCESS: Write a script about your DR, or write out affirmations on a piece of paper and put it under your pillow. (If your script is on your phone, either write on a piece of paper “everything scripted on my phone will happen” or just leave your script open and your phone on) Once your script is set, lay down with your head on your pillow. You can lay in whatever position you feel most comfortable in! Make sure to focus on your breathing first; Maybe follow a guided meditation to keep yourself focused on your DR. After you’ve relaxed, fall asleep while visualizing different things in your DR and giving yourself affirmations! :) You’ll wake up in your DR/WR!
MY EXPERIENCE: i use this method very often. typically, i mix this method with the raven method and also make my own twist to it haha! as i’m falling asleep, what i’ll do is i’ll first list things in thankful for in my CR. after i’ve run out of things to list, i’ll start to list things im thankful for in my DR (sometimes while counting to 100). then as i’m falling asleep, i’ll visualize rooms in my DR and different scenes/scenarios that happen. i show a lot of symptoms when i use this method.
THE SUNNI METHOD ;
this method requires MAX concentration and a lot of visualization. it is a non sleeping method, and also fairly easy.
METHOD PROCESS: All you have to do is sit/lay down in a comfortable position. Focus on your breathing and close your eyes. Imagine your DR, and imagine your CR melting into your DR. What i mean by that is that you have to imagine and visualize different things in your room or about yourself shifting into your desired form. Anything you hear will become something in your DR. Anything you feel or sense around you will become something in your DR. Imagine what you’ll smell and start to feel that. What do you hear? How does that make you feel? What do you taste? What will you see when you open your eyes? Ground yourself in those desired things. Continue this process until you know you’re for sure in your desired reality! :)
MY EXPERIENCE: i’m not the best at visualizing, but i am getting better. i have had progress when mixing this method with the raven method/pillow method, but i have never tried it individually.
THE ESTELLE METHOD ;
this method is similar to the sunni method. it requires focus and visualization as well!
METHOD PROCESS: Lay/sit in a position that is comfortable for you. First focus on your breathing and let all your current worries fade away. After you’ve calmed yourself down, pick a song. This song can be anything you wish. Once you play the song, imagine yourself laying/sitting in a room in your DR and someone from your DR asking you to dance. Throughout the song, visualize yourself dancing with that person from your DR. Once the song ends, or loops, or goes to the next song, the person from your DR will hold out their hand and ask you if you want to go home now. Take their hand, and they’ll lead you to the door of that room in your DR. That person will open the door for you and behind the door will be a white light. Trust it, affirm yourself, and walk through the door. DO NOT OPEN YOUR EYES. While in this white void-like place, keep affirming yourself. You’re so close!! The time you’re in this white-lot area might be five minutes or twenty, but it doesn’t matter! You’ll get there! After a while, you’ll suddenly feel like you’re falling; Like the floor just went POOF! But don’t panic, this means you’re LITERALLY SO CLOSE!! Breathe and keep affirming yourself. After a while of falling, you should feel yourself land on the ground. All you should see is black. (This is the part where people open their eyes too quickly so be sure to be careful) Don’t open your eyes until you know for sure that you’re in your DR. Script that you taste or smell something once you land. You might have to fall asleep once you see black because everyone is different. Once you open your eyes/wake up, you’ll be in your DR!!
MY EXPERIENCE: i’ve only tried this method once or so, but again i’m not good at visualizing. i think i was so focused on IMAGINING the things happening instead of VISUALIZING. there’s a sliver of a difference between the two and i can’t seem to figure it out 👁👄👁
REASSURANCE :
shifting takes roughly 3-6months on average for someone to get, but so many people are breaking that norm. YOU are capable of shifting! you are SO close! you WILL shift, i promise you. i believe in each and every one of you! :) also, my friend who shifted told me that once you fall asleep during the methods, you should see a bright light and immediately shift the second you fall asleep. (it might be different for some people, but that might help you guys to feel more secure in what you’re doing. it helped me! :) )
