Small Update: Found someone called False Knight, and they kicked my ass.
Started playing Hollow Knight, here's some updates --
• The sound design, atmosphere, and graphics are AMAZING. I love the art style.
• Had to remap my controls, though. It didn't make a lot of sense??? That's fine, though. I do that with a lot of games.
• The main character is adorable. I have no idea what their name is, so they're just being called Knight for now.
• Have I mentioned the art style is wonderful??
• And the sound???
• I have? Cool.
• Met Elderbug; he's chill
• Found a guy named Quirrel, and he's cool
• Found the shopkeeper; I think his name is Sly??? I think there was something weird going on with him; I have no clue. Outrageous prices at his shop, though.
• Met the mapmaker guy and his wife; cool couple, but man Cornifer needs to pay some attention to Iselda.
• Killed a boss, I think. All I remember is the subtitle of Mother, and it looked like a fly. It also exploded with little fly guys.
• Might have found a mini boss? Big bug that sends shockwaves, and has a big sword. Killed him too.
• Killing the tiny bugs that don't fight back makes me feel bad; they didn't do anything to me. I try to avoid them, unless I need health really bad.
• Found these one-eyed, worm guys in glass cases that make cute noises when they see me. I like them; they're cute. I'm also letting them out of the jars or whatever they're in, because they're nice.
• I still have no idea what is going on.

A Question
Is anyone else having issues with Tumblr not saving likes (or hearts or whatever it's called)? For example, seeing a post, liking it, and later when you check your likes it's not there. That's the issue I have been having for three days, and I am just /a tiny bit/ annoyed.

Wooo, been wanted to try the game for awhile. I even made an OC without any prior knowledge other than:
1. There appears to be bug people
2. You play as a tiny, bug person and they're adorable
3. Grimm is a character and they look cool?
4. So, by 3's default that means they're the immediate favorite character
And that's all I know. The OC's name is Kingsley btw, and I will post art when I finish a coherent picture. But I am SO EXCITED to finally play!
For once, instead of a, "hell yeah" I would enjoy a, "hell yeehaw"

The rest of this might be a joke, but I have actually traded for and own six souls. Not sure what that means in the long run, but it happened.
in high school one of my best friends and I somehow started a running joke that he was a disgraced god sent to live as a human for Many lifetimes as punishment for some misdeed and that I was sent to keep an eye on him and every time we die we remember everything but this lifetime we accidentally remembered and this joke has gone on for years.
Last week he introduced me at a party to a guy he’s dating as the being sent to monitor him in his Earthly banishment.

An Important Announcement
So, even if my following is kind of small, I'd like to be up front. I'm not leaving Tumblr; it's the only platform I have and really use that I feel more-or-less secure on. I may not be all that active post-wise, but I am on the site everyday. Whether that be talking to friends or just scrolling and browing, Tumblr is in a sense, my safe-haven. For what I do post, this is a small art blog. Maybe it's not all that great, but it's whatever. It's for me to have fun and express myself in a place I can feel safe. However, with the recent events going on on Tumblr, I must pose a question. If my blog does get hit -- I've already had one of my posts hit -- I'll need another media platform to use. What sites would you recommend I use, that you would be interested in seeing my content on? I need something that allows me to privatize my life, but also share with you the content I create. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Some Bad News…
Elsie, my cat that you have only just recently seen a little bit of, has liver cancer. We found out today, and it has progressed to a state where we need to euthanize her. She isn’t in any pain as of right now. However, if we don’t do this she will proceed to starve, hurt, and die within the next few days. I don’t know how long she has struggled with this, and it breaks my heart to see her go, as she has been with me most of my life.
She is my best friend, a close family member, and the light of my life. Elsie is sixteen, and she has had a long and happy life. Everyday she has been loved and has loved back. She has been there for me in my best and worst times, and I have and will always be there for her in her’s. I will miss her very, very much. Words cannot describe the love and grief that fills my heart. Words cannot describe how truly amazing and lovely Elsie is.
In this time, I would like to ask that I have the support of my family and friends, and any sort of support from you all too would mean the world to me.
That being said, I will still continue this blog, and I will continue to post about her from time to time, as I still have plenty more to share about my darling sweetheart. I just ask that I have some time to step away and heal before returning.
I love you Elsie, and I will be with you always, as you have been for me.

okay, I know they hear this a lot from me, but I swear @jumbleytumbles isn’t human
• they’re almost impervious to outside weather. they almost exclusively wear pants and a tshirt, maybe a hoodie, regardless of heat or cold. dry heat is their only weakness
• that being said, indoor climates do affect them, if it’s too cold or too hot inside a house or car, they bundle up, remove a layer, or ask to change the temp
• knows a shit ton of video game lore (mainly Skyrim)(has a rival in this area tho, she knows who she is)
• they’ve been referred to as “the spawn of satan” before, according to them
• their dad is weirdly good at starting fires in their fire pit, so maybe the satan thing has more truth to it
• owns six (6) souls that were exchanged for food
• has held a grudge against someone for over 4 years and counting
• while both of us were in a park looking for Cool Sticks, they find a desirable one, proceeds to pull a fucking fallen BRANCH from the brush and SNAPS a decent, staff-sized stick from it
• has an extremely evil demon OC that I occasionally see reflected in their personality. doesn’t seem too odd until I think of their idea that involves said OC tearing a little girl’s heart out
long story short, I don’t plan on angering them ever (you’ll never get my soul tho, JT)
