what people forget about the law is that it’s a personal experience. when you spend your time looking for that next post, awaiting for someone outside of yourself to give you the answer or doing millions of methods desperately— you are forgetting that there is nothing to look for outside of yourself.
so many of us find the law when we’re the most upset or hurt in our lives, i know i did. we chain ourselves to our mistakes, our pasts. we ponder on what we could’ve been or what we should’ve done. all the choices we could’ve made and where we would be if we took them.
but why must you re-live your pain over and over again? don’t you see it does nothing but hurt you even more. and give you more reason to be cruel to yourself?
when we acknowledge that we do not have to have to suffer anymore, that attaching ourselves to the past does nothing but give us more reasons to feel worthless we have this desire to do better.
we may have not made the best choices in the past, we may have not lived up to certain expectations but thats not a reason to give up on ourselves and submit ourselves to failure, we cant beat ourselves up for as long as we live.

so..imagine. imagine all the things you want to imagine, maybe right now they’re impossible or you cant even see it materialising. oh well. who cares? does it make you feel good? if the answer is yes, do it!
don’t enter your imagination with the intention of manifesting something in the 3D, you’ll only be left starving. imagine because it feels good, imagine because you’re no longer trapped. you’re free in imagination. imagine because you deserve all the great things in life.
eat the citrus fruit of your life and enjoy every bit of it, suck the juice from every finger, run your tongue over your chin and savour every last bit. do it because no one is stopping you, do it because you are free too.
fulfil yourself inwardly. it’s actually a very beautiful thing to do so— when you give yourself what you want & claim ownership of it, you no longer need validation from the external world.
you no longer depend on the external world and lean on it to tell you what you are. you identify yourself with whatever you wish to be identified as so go above and beyond— you don’t need a reason why. you don’t need anyone’s permission approval to fulfil yourself within but your own.
it’s more about getting your desire, this is about identifying yourself as who you want to be. this is about not letting society/external world label you but you labelling yourself on your own terms.
if your manifesting arent "here" after months of affirming, will you keep persisting or reflect what did i do wrong?
i think both!! i affirmed for months with little progress and finally one day it all clicked and i realized i was doing stuff "wrong". for one, i was still letting negative thoughts in but i thought they were being cancelled out by my affirmations. spoiler--they weren't. negative thoughts can be disguised tho! such as having fake arguments with people in your head, having conversations with people in your head where you discuss your undesired circumstances/have to talk about how you don't have your manifestation.
also daydreaming about your desire (if you don't do it from the feeling that you already have it) can be slowing down your progress too.
& just assuming you're doing stuff wrong all the time could be holding you back as well. no matter what you do assure yourself you're doing everything right. affirm that your mental diet has been flawless, even if it hasn't. you're doing everything perfectly and you're gonna get all your desires any second now!!!
++another tip is to work on self-concept if you haven't already. i used to never want to affirm for self-concept, i thought it was "boring". but i was really just screwing myself over lol. manifesting is easy, you have everything you want, everything always works out for you, your 3d conforms instantly, etc.
idk what you're manifesting but it's good to affirm for limiting beliefs you might not even think you have. for sp, you're worthy of love and accept love into your life. if you're manifesting money, you deserve money and money is easy to come by. if you're manifesting physical change, you've always been confident and it's sooo easy to change your body/face/whatever. apply this to whatever you're manifesting, i just feel like these are the main three :)
but yes, persist!!! and work on trusting yourself. you said you've been manifesting this for months, so your subconscious definitely knows what you want and will bring it to you as soon as you let it. just step into "it's done", focus on yourself, and work on your beliefs about manifesting. you manifest your desires overnight, you see movement instantly, it's almost scary how fast things manifest.
remember, with manifesting, ultimately less is more :)

THE EASY GUIDE TO MANIFESTING: SCIENCE BEHIND MANIFESTATION
I recently came across a girl on Tik Tok who teaches how to 'manifest properly according to science'. She tried to debunk the Law of Assumption - and then when she tried to explain how to ACTUALLY manifest according to science, she literally described the exact process of using the Law of Assumption... So I'm here to clear this up for y'all in a super clear step-by-step guide on how to manifest, where I explain exactly what to do, when to do it, and why (with factual explanations).
1. When you are manifesting something new, you are 'quantum leaping/shifting' into a new reality where this manifestation is true. How do you do this?
2. In order to quantum leap into the new reality where your manifestation is true, you must change your beliefs, aka, 'assumptions' in relation to yourself and the thing you are manifesting. How do we do this?
3. In order to change your beliefs, you must access the subconscious mind and 'install' the new belief, as your subconscious mind is where these beliefs are stored and where your reality is projected from. How do you access the subconscious mind?
4. You access the subconscious mind by visualising and/or affirming when you are in SATS (state akin to sleep), aka, when you are in the theta brainwave state. What is this state and when are you in it?
5. Healthline.com states that we are in SATS/theta state when we are 'in a very deeply relaxed state of mind; a state that some may describe as “autopilot.”' You are in this state when running on autopilot during the day when you are awake, but especially when you are falling asleep and the first 30 minutes after waking up. What do you do when you are in this state in order to change your beliefs?
6. You can:
Affirm: Affirm up to 3 sentences that imply that you have your desire and your wish is fulfilled.
Visualise: Visualise a short scene, only a few seconds long, which implies that you have your desire and your wish is fulfilled.
Listen to submiminals/affirmations: Record yourself saying your affirmations and (if you wish) use simple software to set it to binaural beats in the theta pattern, aka, music in the theta pattern, to help induce the theta state. This music can be found on youtube.
As you do these things, simply attempt to access the physical and emotional (if you can) state within your imagination that would be felt if this were true.
7. You must mentally embody the version of yourself who has your desire in your day-to-day life. How do we do this?
Train yourself to more strictly think thoughts that you would be thinking if you had your desire. This is what we call the 'mental diet'.
Ensure you also add affirmations for your self-concept. This is because the version of yourself who does have your desire as a firmly cemented and stable part of their life would be extremely relaxed and confident about its presence and existence, as well as their worthiness, deservingness, and ability to actually have this desire.
8. As a result of shifting to a new belief and a new version of yourself in a new timeline/reality where you have your desire, you will begin to naturally act like the version of yourself who has the desire. This will mean that you will begin to naturally take 'inspired action' towards your manifestation. This cannot be forced. Inspired action is action you take that you are unaware is contributing to the sequence of events that will lead to your manifestation coming true.
9. The law of assumption states that your 3D reality is simply a reflection of the beliefs within your subconscious mind. Once you have changed your belief and have persisted in consistently embodying the version of yourself who has their desire, your subconscious mind will begin to shift your physical/3D reality in order to bring your manifestation to you. How does this take place in the 3D?
10. In the 3D, a sequence of events, (known as the bridge of incidents) will begin to take place that you may not be aware of behind the scenes (that you may also unknowingly contribute to through inspired action). This bridge of incidents is the transition between realities, where you are shifting from your old reality to your new reality.
11. The transition period can occasionally include a 'purge' of old beliefs which oppose your desire, because sometimes in order for the 3D to shift from one reality to a completely different one, your old beliefs will play out in order to disappear for good. The purge can come through struggles with sticking to your mental diet and battling with opposing thoughts, or simply the desire itself being 'hot and cold' or presenting itself in a way that opposes your ultimate goal, which may tempt you to give up.
12. This bridge of incidents and transition period is what will bring about the logical formation of the circumstances around your manifestation, in order for your transition to the new reality to make logical sense in the 3D.
13. Your manifestation finally occurs in the 3D in a way that you probably never even expected, but worked out pretty logically and perfectly. You have successfully shifted into your new reality! Congratulations!
And that, my friends, is how manifestation works, and what you need to do in order to get whatever it is you want. The key is persistence, knowing that the 3D is never final and is only reflecting old beliefs, and not allowing anything outside of you to influence your trust in the inevitable manifestation of your desire.
The law of assumption IS the law behind the scientific method of manifestation. Period.

people tend to miss that YOU HAVE TO ASSUME THE STATE OF THE PERSON WHO HAS WHAT YOU DESIRE.

does a person who has w great social life THINK ABOUT getting friends all the time? no, but you might. because you're not thinking as they would, you’re not in the state they are in.
does someone who has perfect skin constantly find imperfections on their skin? no.
does someone in a happy relationship always think about getting a text from them and spiral when they don’t get a text back? no.
does someone who wants to be thick think about their lack of thickness (lol) all the time? no.
you need to realize there's nothing to "get" in the first place. you're telling yourself that you already have it and when you tell yourself you have it, you DO HAVE IT because imagination is the only reality.
generally, you have to think from (or interact with) rather than think of (or describe) your desire in your mind.
example: say i want a boyfriend, right?
thinking of would be: he has tan skin, freckles, blue eyes, dark hair, pretty eyes, is a little bit taller, is an animal lover, and is a overall good person. (this is a random example LMAO)
thinking FROM would be: Imagining dates with him, imagining our conversations, imagining how we would generally (inter)act
so yeah. everything depends on you. some people might disagree with this, but the universe/god is within all of us. making you a creator. you create. i create. you create your own reality with your mind. you might be predisposed to something but you can change it.

today i had a photoshoot with my family. even if i "didnt see" my dream appearance in the 3d, i still persisted WITHOUT PROBLEM AT ALL and when we were finished, i saw 11:11 asap. today i was gonna test out the makeup so i kinda finished my no mirror challenge thing and istg my eyes are like 2x bigger and more symmetrical than before. seriously. i also have been so mesmerized by the fact my?? nose?? got?? smaller?? HELLO i couldnt believe it 😭 also in the photoshoot i had a pic where i was facing the side and my jawline was so fucking sharp bye

If you're manifesting beauty and someone compliments your appearance don't even think about saying things like "oh no, I'm not that pretty, I'm ugly". You're manifesting beauty but you're also admitting that you're ugly. So what is it? If you wanna be humble just say "thank you" BUT ACCEPT THE COMPLIMENT.
Stop saying things like "you didn't have to" when someone gets you something or does something nice for you. Thank them for their efforts instead.
Stop acting like you don't deserve money, nice things, compliments and people treating you well. Accept all the good things that happen to you and be grateful for them and you'll keep happening to you.
